Assetz Snaps Up 11.5 Acres on Old Madras Road for ₹1,400 Cr Luxury Housing Project
5 August, 2025 - Assetz Property Group, one of Bengaluru’s top real estate developers, has secured a significant 11.5-acre land parcel located on Old Madras Road (OMR) / Hoskote Highway in East Bengaluru. The project carries a projected Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding ₹1,400 crore, backed financially by Motilal Oswal Alternates and in partnership with Vanshee Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd.
Positioned along Old Madras Road (OMR) and the Hoskote Highway, the project benefits from seamless connectivity on one of East Bengaluru’s busiest and fastest-growing corridors, linking to key employment nodes across the city.
This upscale development will offer approximately 1.4 million sq ft of saleable built-up area, housing around 800 premium residential units.
Sunil Pareek, Executive Director of Assetz, emphasized that strategic land acquisitions are central to the firm’s development play, supporting a robust pipeline of 17 million sq ft across 19 projects capable of delivering 9,000 homes, with 10 launches planned for the year.
