JAGADENAHALLI

Situated in the Kolar District, Malur Taluk of Karnataka, the village of Jagadenahalli is a small settlement of approximately 700 people. A famous temple of Lord Venkateshwara is situated in this village. The native people of this village worship Lord Venkateshwara as Lord Thimmaraya Swamy. The temple also has idols of Bhoodevi and Sridevi. The village is an agricultural area where most people are farmers. The literacy rate in this part of the state is around 65%.
