SONDEKOPPA

Within a distance of 30 km from the developed city of Bangalore, in the state Karnataka, India is the village Sondekoppa. The Sondekoppa village has two temples which are more than a century old. Both the temples are of Lord Shiva and are known as Kashi Viswanath Temple while the other one is known as Chandramoulwswara Temple. Apart from these two temples, there are other temples too, a Lord Vishnu temple which around 28 years old and the famous Chennakeshava Temple. The village has its own government primary school and another school upto class 5. A private school is also present within a distance of 2 km from the village.
