Godrej Properties adds new housing project in Bengaluru

Realty firm Godrej Properties Ltd today said it has added a new housing project in Bengaluru comprising eight lakh sq ft of developable area. Godrej Properties said in a statement that "it will develop a 7.5 acres land parcel on Bellary road (NH-7) in North bangalore". It plans to develop a residential housing project of about 8 lakh sq ft. "We are happy to announce the addition of this new project in Bangalore. Bangalore is a key growth market for us and this project addition fits with our strategy of expanding our presence in the city," said Pirojsha Godrej, Managing Director & CEO, Godrej Properties. Godrej Properties, the real estate arm of Godrej Group, is currently developing residential, commercial and township projects spread across approximately 130 million square feet in 12 cities.
