This is the most attention gainer project in Keshav Nagar. It has tallest tower in Keshav Nagar. Project was launched in 2015 ...and now it's 75 % sold out. I found project nice with all amenities just the factor of road reaching to it should be taken care of.

after phase 1 named infinity. Some insights on infinity as below and decide yourself: 1. Litigations : as a buyer, don't ignore this, they have pending litigations on rejuve as well check their website. 2. Bridge coming up since 2015 , seems the water level is too high for godrej and it is sunken inside the mundhwa river water. All fake promises, the construction started statement made by sales is all baseless. They don't even have proper funding or construction plan, forget about construction start date. 3. Sales will promise you two gates and delivery team will deliver only one gate, no communication between teams, and instead of owning to their flaws and resolve it, they will cover it up in the name of IMPROVISATIONS. In infinity they had promised two gates on both sides and at last minute they are saying their would be gate only on one side for fulfilling their motive of higher sales of their commercial properties on one side. 4.They had promised in the agreement blueprint that you will have sliding door and infinity which is their phase 1 when visited had hinged doors. When asked why this change? They say this is better and we are sorry but if we put sliding door here now you cannot fit in the rest of the space to move from and to balcony. Well only one design issue? Not really there are more bigger safety issues. 5. The balcony railing is having a gap enough for your stuff or child to meet an accident. 6. Worst part is their management, run behind them for years and they will always have something more important, like currently infinity buyers are awaiting for issues resolution from past one year but they make rejuve sales as priority becuase infinity sales is done and they cannot give them more revenue so they aren't even least in the priority. Awfully stressed and wasted money in the name of Godrej. Wake up before its too late Well only one design issue? Not really there are more bigger safety issues. 5.
