Which Pin Code Should a Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida Campus Print on Its Letterhead
Pin code 201310 is the code a Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida campus should print. Sharda University at Plot 32-34 and Apeejay International School both use it, with portals in agreement, which makes confidence high. GL Bajaj Institute's own site shows 201306, but that code belongs to a different delivery beat.
Print 201310. Sharda University at Plot 32-34 and Apeejay International School both carry it on their published addresses, the portals agree, and Knowledge Park-I S.O delivers under it. Two independent establishment addresses inside the sector are enough for high confidence.
GL Bajaj Institute's own site is the exception, giving 201306. That code is live, but it belongs to the I.A. Surajpur S.O beat and not to Knowledge Park 3. A campus that copies it from the GL Bajaj page is routing its mail through the wrong office.

Keep the words Knowledge Park 3 intact; the code is shared with 55 other sectors, with Sector Alpha 1, Sector Alpha 2, Sector Beta 1, Sector Beta 2 and Sector Gamma 1 the nearest, and sorters rely on the sector line once the code has done its work.
No post office operates inside Knowledge Park 3. Knowledge Park-I S.O delivers from outside the sector and also runs counters; Alpha Greater Noida S.O runs counters only. Bulk Speed Post despatches, Registered Post and Aadhaar updates for staff and students can go through either office.
The code decodes as 2 for the northern zone, 20 for Uttar Pradesh, 201 for the Ghaziabad sorting district, which also serves Gautam Buddha Nagar, and 310 for the delivery office.
Which Campuses Mark the Position of Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida
Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida is an institutional sector of Greater Noida, under GNIDA. It belongs to the Knowledge Park belt of colleges and universities, lying north of Knowledge Park II and west of Gamma I. Sharda University is one of the campuses inside it and the easiest landmark to find.
Sharda University and the Amity University Greater Noida campus are the two names most visitors use to find Knowledge Park 3. The Dronacharya Group of Institutions, also known as Delhi Technical Campus, stands inside the sector as well. For a visiting faculty member or a supplier delivering to a campus, any one of them fixes the location.
The sector is planned and administered by GNIDA, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, in Gautam Buddha Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. Its land use is institutional, and it forms part of the Knowledge Park belt alongside Knowledge Parks I and II.

The two stated borders come from an encyclopedia entry. The same entry describes the sector as lying in south-western Greater Noida, even though it sits north of Knowledge Park II; the directions here follow the boundary statements as given. The Ecotech 2 and Udyog Vihar link is weaker, drawn from listings, but it shows that an industrial area lies close by.
Roads and reference points
A planned six-lane road is set to link LG Chowk, on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, with Knowledge Park 3. That makes LG Chowk a useful anchor even before the road opens. Jagat Farm market in Gamma I, across the eastern border, is the second reference, and the Surajpur and Dadri Road side is the third. No distances have been published for these anchors, and no village abadi lies inside the sector.
Two of its edges are firmly documented, each confirmed by the encyclopedia entry for the neighbor on the other side.
Is Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida a Campus Zone or a Mixed Sector
Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida is a campus zone: a planned GNIDA institutional sector holding universities, colleges and skill training centers, not housing or an urban village. Sharda University and the Amity University Greater Noida campus are its best-known occupants. No village abadi is recorded inside it.
A campus zone, with one twist. Alongside universities and engineering colleges, an encyclopedia entry says Knowledge Park 3 serves several skill development training centers. That widens the institutional mix from degree programs to vocational training, but it does not make the sector mixed in the land-use sense. This guide classes it as institutional.
The university layer is the most visible. Sharda University and Amity University's Greater Noida campus both sit here, and their university status sets them apart from the single colleges around them.
Engineering and management colleges fill out the rest, three of which appear in the profile. The same entry describes the sector as serving numerous private and public institutes, so ownership is mixed even though the use is uniform.
Knowledge Park 3 profile
- Class in this guide: institutional
- Colleges: G.L. Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management; Delhi Technical Campus; Dronacharya Group of Institutions
- Vocational use: skill development training centers
- Housing: none described
- Village abadi inside: none recorded
- Name change planned: none
GNIDA sets land use through its master plans: a Master Plan 2021, later revised, and Master Plan 2041, approved in August 2023. Knowledge Park 3's institutional use sits within that framework, and no source points to any move to change it. Under the authority's 2022 renaming proposal, a news report said, the Knowledge Park names would stay as they are.
No residential land, group housing or commercial block is described inside the sector. No village abadi is recorded, and no source mentions an old settlement left out of acquisition here.
The occupant list comes from an encyclopedia entry that gives no land-use breakdown, plot sizes or allotment years. The institutional character is not in doubt, but GNIDA's sector plan would be needed to show how the land is divided among campuses.
Is Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida Safe for Students Living in Private Hostels
Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida is a university district where police coverage is clearly established and two serious hostel cases in 2025 drew prompt police action. Neither case points to a wider pattern, but together they make hostel oversight, rather than street crime, the main question students and their families should ask about.
Police coverage here is on firm ground. A police press release from July 2022 places a location in Knowledge Park 3 under the Knowledge Park police station, and news reports from 2025 show the same station registering and investigating cases from the sector. Students and their families can therefore approach one known station for complaints and follow-up.
The sector holds several universities and engineering colleges, along with skill training centers, and a ring of private hostels serves students who do not live on campus. Campus hostels run under university rules and wardens. Private hostels vary widely: some have wardens, entry logs and cameras, others have little more than a lock on the front door.
In July 2025, after a student died in a university hostel, a case was registered at the Knowledge Park police station and two university staff members were arrested. In September 2025, police handled a shooting inside an off-campus private student hostel that left one student dead and another critically injured. These were separate events, and neither news coverage nor police describe a recurring problem.

What these cases put in focus is supervision inside residences, not lighting or road crime. Before choosing a private hostel, ask who the warden is and whether that person lives on site, how visitors are vetted, whether the owner has registered residents with police and what the curfew is. With a named station and dated reports, the picture here is fairly detailed, though limited to what news has covered.
Where Should Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida Students Get Off the Metro
Knowledge Park II station on the NMRC Aqua Line is the nearest operational stop to Knowledge Park 3 and sits at its edge. A college in the sector calls it a two-minute distance, while a straight line from the sector's map point measures about 2.1 km, nearly the same as to Pari Chowk.
The answer depends on which end of Knowledge Park 3 a trip ends. A college at 2B-2C Knowledge Park III describes its campus as near Knowledge Park II metro station, a two-minute distance. At the other end, a university in the sector tells visitors to leave the metro at Knowledge Park II or Pari Chowk and then drive about 10 minutes.
The straight-line figures sit between those accounts. From the sector's published map point, Knowledge Park II station measures about 2.05 km, Pari Chowk about 2.15 km and Alpha 1 about 2.3 km. A single point cannot represent a sector this large, so the edge-of-sector station and the campus directions are the better guides.

Knowledge Park II station stands in the adjoining Knowledge Park II sector, on the Aqua Line between Noida Sector 148 and Pari Chowk. NMRC opened it on Jan. 25, 2019. Pari Chowk, one stop east, is the alternative for the part of Knowledge Park 3 nearer to it.
For a student commuting from Delhi, the trip runs in reverse: Blue Line to Noida Sector 52, the skywalk opened on Aug. 28, 2026, to Noida Sector 51, then the Aqua Line south to Knowledge Park II. Saturday trains run every 10 minutes.
Knowledge Park 3 also appears in a proposed Ghaziabad to Jewar corridor, which lists a Knowledge Park 3 metro stop. The proposal awaits central approval, had no construction as of August 2026, and its stop names may change.
Confidence is high for the station choice, since two sources agree on it. It is lower for distance, which ranges from a two-minute trip to a 10-minute drive depending on the campus.
What Changes Are Coming to Roads Near Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida
A new six-lane road from LG Chowk on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is planned to reach Knowledge Park 3, a developer says, and a Hindon bridge link through the sector to Noida Sectors 146 and 147 was near completion in August 2026. Hazrat Nizamuddin is about 26.3 km away in a straight line.
Knowledge Park 3 is the sector most changed by recent road work on the Greater Noida side of the Hindon. An August 2026 report described a roughly 2 km link from LG Chowk through Knowledge Park 3 and over a six-lane bridge of about 290 m to Noida Sectors 146 and 147, meeting the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway near Sectors 145 and 146.

The report targeted a September 2026 opening, with about 150 m of approach road and the shifting of a high-tension line still pending. An earlier target, set in September 2024, was December 2026.
Separately, a developer describes a planned six-lane road linking LG Chowk with the sector, and a property article mentions a planned LG Chowk to Knowledge Park 3 road with no start date. These appear to describe the same corridor, but no source confirms it.
Today, campus traffic arrives on the expressway and the sector roads shared with Knowledge Park II, Gamma I and the Ecotech II industrial area at Udyog Vihar, so college buses and factory trucks mix on the approaches.
For trains, Ghaziabad Junction is about 20.6 km in a straight line, Anand Vihar Terminal about 26.1 km and New Delhi about 32.4 km. Boraki, about 8.3 km, is the closest station. IGI Terminal 1 is about 37.2 km as the crow flies and Jewar about 35.7 km.
The coordinates come from a public reference and are reliable, but the opening status of the bridge link after September 2026 has not been reported.
What Universities and Colleges Fill Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida
Two private universities anchor Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida: Sharda University and the Greater Noida campus of Amity University. Engineering colleges such as G.L. Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management and Dronacharya Group of Institutions fill out the sector, along with student housing and IT office projects.
Knowledge Park 3 is where two university campuses sit side by side with engineering colleges. A general reference says it serves "numerous private and public institutes" and several skill development training centers. GNIDA's count of 340 institutions applies to all Knowledge Park sectors together, so no figure exists for this one.
Universities. Sharda University has a private campus here, and Sharda Hospital, a teaching hospital, is tagged to the sector by a listing site. Amity University runs its Greater Noida campus in Knowledge Park 3.
Engineering and management colleges. G.L. Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management teaches both engineering and management. Delhi Technical Campus and the Dronacharya Group of Institutions are engineering colleges. Business School of Delhi is tagged to the sector by a listing site.
Vocational training. Several skill development training centers operate in the sector. None is named.
Student and studio housing. Five studio and service apartment projects carry Knowledge Park 3 tags on a listing site: Era Residency Square, Vardhman Vedic Suites, Earthcon Beetle Street, Omson Star Residency and IHPL Platinum Bay.
Offices. Globus IT Park, Wegmans Business Park, Wegmans Signature Tower and Prasandi IT Square are commercial projects tagged to the sector by the same listing site.
No founding years for any of these institutions appear in the sources, and the housing and office placements rest on listing tags.

What Medical Care Sits Inside Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida
Sharda Hospital, the teaching hospital on the Sharda University campus, stands inside Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida, 0.6 km from the sector center as the crow flies. Three CBSE schools also hold addresses here, Apeejay International School, Delhi World Public School and Bharat Ram Global School, all teaching Nursery to Class 12.
This part of the campus belt holds the largest hospital cluster in the Knowledge Park sectors. Sharda Hospital occupies Plots 32 to 34, and in the same compound, Building 10A houses Sharda Care Health City. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated that 600-bed super-specialty block on March 8, 2025; it cost Rs 500 crore and took the group's capacity to 1,200 beds.
Published bed figures for the older hospital vary between sources, so the combined total is the safer number to cite.
Prime Dental Clinic, at No. 47, gives the sector a small outpatient option for dental care.

For groceries, the directory names Kanhaiya Grocery Store, and Spencers and Freshlee Retail appear on its supermarket list as listed nearby, without addresses. Milk turns up through an address landmark: Ananda Dairy Milk Shop in Chandila.
Jagat Farm market in Gamma 1 is the bigger draw. A published profile calls it one of the busiest marketplaces in Greater Noida, with chain outlets, street food and clothes, and notes its popularity with African-origin students. Housing listings use "Block E, Suraj Pur Kasna Road near Jagat Farm Market" as a landmark.
Two banks appear in the directory: Nainital Bank and United Bank of India, a listing name for a bank that merged into Punjab National Bank in 2020. No ATM or fuel station is named.

What Do Students Pay for PG Rooms in Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida
Students in Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida paid Rs 8,000 to Rs 17,000 a month for a boys' PG bed and Rs 10,000 to Rs 19,000 for a girls' bed in listings seen in mid-October 2026. One listing site counts 103 PGs in the sector, most with all meals.
Knowledge Park 3 has the deepest PG market among the Greater Noida knowledge parks. A listing site's page heading counts 103 PGs, and 24 of the 25 on its first page sit inside the sector.
On that page, 15 boys' listings asked Rs 8,000 to Rs 17,000 a month and nine girls' listings asked Rs 10,000 to Rs 19,000, mostly with all meals.
Each PG card also shows an unlabeled second figure, usually equal to one or two months' rent, which appears to be the deposit. Whole-building PG leases quoted on another portal are left out, since they are not bed rents.
Studios and small flats near the campuses form a second tier. A property portal page updated October 4, 2026 lists furnished 500 sq ft studios at Rs 16,500 to Rs 17,000, a furnished 400 sq ft 1 RK in Earthcon Beetle Orchid at Rs 18,000 and seven 2 BHK flats at Rs 20,000 to Rs 35,000.
In mid-October 2026, a fully furnished 1 BHK in Crystal Mall, Habitech asked Rs 15,000 and a fully furnished 2 BHK in Akash Apartment Rs 24,000 plus Rs 500.
The sector also carries commercial listings on the October 4 page: a semi-furnished 130 sq m shop at Rs 45,000 a month, 275,000 sq ft of unfurnished IT and SEZ office space at Rs 96.25 lakh a month, and a furnished 5-acre institutional campus at Rs 99 lakh a month.

Individual listings include a 1 BHK of 400 sq ft at Rs 30 lakh and a 1.5 BHK of 620 sq ft at Rs 57.5 lakh, both at Earthcon Beetle Orchid, and a 2 BHK of 550 sq ft at Habitech Hydepark for Rs 25 lakh. A Sobha guide of Aug. 5, 2026, gives about Rs 9,800 per sq ft for studios across Knowledge Parks 1, 2 and 3 combined.
Large parcels also appear: an IT or SEZ office space of 5 acres at Rs 100 crore and land of 2,500 sq m at Rs 15 crore. Plots range from Rs 12 lakh for 50 sq yd to Rs 3.8 crore for 230 sq m across nine listings; the small plots likely lie in village or colony pockets, not on GNIDA institutional land.
No circle rate row or GNIDA institutional allotment rate is published for the sector.
Firmness: one publisher's rates and September 2026 listings; solid for offices and studios, loose for plots.
Is Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida a Good Place to Live Near Campus
For students and campus staff, yes: Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida has a deep PG market wrapped around Sharda University, Amity University and several engineering colleges. Families who want quiet lanes and residents who depend on a walk to the metro should look nearby instead.
A listing site counted more than a hundred PGs here in October 2026. Beds for boys started around Rs 8,000 a month and beds for girls reached about Rs 19,000, so students can trade cost against room type and meals.
Faculty and staff with children have unusual support for an institutional sector. Apeejay International School, Delhi World Public School and Bharat Ram Global School are inside, and Sharda Hospital sits within the sector as well.
Small businesses serving students also fit. Shops, studio-apartment blocks and IT parks such as Globus IT Park have grown around the campuses, and a shop was offered for lease at Rs 45,000 a month on a property portal in October 2026.
Who should look elsewhere: families seeking calm streets, since campus traffic sets the rhythm, and daily metro riders. Knowledge Park II station is on the edge of the sector, about 2.05 km away in a straight line from its center.
Small plots appear in listings at low prices, but they are likely in village or colony pockets rather than on authority institutional land.
Before you sign a PG or lease, ask:
- Does the rent include meals, power backup and laundry?
- How much deposit is required, and when is it refunded?
- How far is the walk to your campus gate?
- Is the property on authority land or in a village pocket?
- How will you reach Knowledge Park II station?
Bottom line: a well-stocked student and staff base; families who value quiet should live a sector away.
