Is Sector Omicron 1A Greater Noida a Separate Sector From Omicron 1 on the Map
The A in Omicron 1A marks a separate listing beside Omicron I in Greater Noida. GNIDA administers Omicron 1A as a residential sector in Gautam Buddha Nagar district, within the Greek-sectors residential belt and the Greater Noida East micro-market, with Omicron I listed as nearby.
The suffix invites a guess that Omicron 1A is a slice of Omicron I. Published descriptions do not say so. They treat it as its own locality and list Omicron I as a nearby sector, which tells a reader the two are close but not how they share ground.
Lettered companions : Omicron I, Omicron II, Mu 1 and Sigma III, listed as nearby with no side stated.
Industrial neighbor : Ecotech 1 and its extension, listed as nearby.
Settlement nearby : Raipur Village, listed as nearby rather than as an abadi inside.
Hospital locator : Tanisq Hospital, 1.2 km.
Other fixed point : Pal Market Kyampur, 1.1 km.
Bounding roads : None named.
The Ecotech link is the most telling part of the list. The listing places Omicron 1A between the Omicron I and II pair, Mu 1, Sigma III and the Ecotech 1 industrial area, also called Tech Zone 2. That makes this a residential sector with industrial land among its near neighbors, a useful clue when reading a general map.
None of those names carries a side. The picture comes from listings rather than a boundary map, and no compass direction can be attached to any of them.
Tanisq Hospital is the closest named fixture that doubles as a locator for an outsider. Omicron I, named without a figure, is the obvious reference at sector scale.
No road is named as bounding or crossing the sector, and no named landmark sits inside it. Its alternative spelling, Omicron IA, is worth knowing when searching listings.
Omicron 1A is a residential sector. Boundary evidence is thin: one property portal's listing is all there is, and a GNIDA site plan would settle both its sides and its relationship with Omicron I.
When Were the Flats in Sector Omicron 1A Greater Noida Completed
The GNIDA flats in Sector Omicron 1A, a planned Authority housing sector, were certified complete on 28 February 2022. They make up the BHS-17 scheme's GH-02A plot of 1,320 flats, some offered as leftover stock around 2020, and no village abadi is recorded inside the sector.
The completion date comes from GNIDA itself. A completion certificate for the BHS-17 scheme lists plot GH-02A in Omicron 1A, with flats in two sizes, 83.38 sq m and 58.18 sq m. The same scheme's other plot, GH-03A, sits in Omicron 1.
Before completion, GNIDA was already marketing the stock. A scheme brochure labeled BHS-17/LOF-03 offered leftover multistory flats in Sector Omicron-01A in 1 BHK, 2 BHK Deluxe and 3 BHK layouts. Offers of this kind show the authority selling directly to households, with no private developer between them.

That makes Omicron 1A an Authority housing sector in the plainest sense. This guide classes it as residential, and no source names plotted blocks, private societies or commercial complexes for it.
Ownership follows GNIDA's leasehold model. The authority keeps the land under a 90-year lease, and a resale needs a GNIDA transfer memorandum and a registered transfer deed. Banks check the lease-deed chain and authority approvals before lending, which for Authority flats means GNIDA's own allotment papers.
No village settlement is recorded inside Omicron 1A, and none of the sources mentions one. The sector reads as fully given over to the authority's scheme, though that rests on what the two documents cover.
Both sources are GNIDA documents, which makes this one of the better-documented sectors in the Greek-letter series, at least for its flats. What else stands on its land is not described, and GNIDA's sector plan would show it.
Why Does Safety in Sector Omicron 1A Greater Noida Hinge on the Flat Blocks' Own Arrangements
Sector Omicron 1A Greater Noida consists mainly of a Greater Noida Authority multi-storey flat scheme with about 1,320 homes, so security turns on how each block manages its gates, guards and common areas. No sector-specific police or news reports were found, and the blocks' own arrangements remain the main thing to verify.
One-bedroom, two-bedroom deluxe and three-bedroom flats fill Omicron 1A, built under the Greater Noida Authority's BHS-17 scheme on plot GH-02A, roughly 1,320 homes in all. With no plotted housing or commercial frontage listed, the flat blocks are effectively the sector, and their management shapes daily security more than anything on the surrounding roads.
Authority schemes hand much of the running of a block to residents once allotment is done. Where an association is active, it typically contracts guards, fixes gates and lights, and keeps a visitor book. Where it is weak, entrances may stand open and stairwells dark. Two blocks built to the same plan can therefore feel quite unlike each other after 10 p.m.
No source names the police station covering Omicron 1A, and no press release or news report about the sector surfaced. The nearest station can confirm the beat. In an emergency, 112 reaches the police. For complaints that need follow-up, the state's IGRS grievance system is another route, and in August 2026 a Hindi daily reported that 23 of the commissionerate's 27 stations had been rated first-grade on it for July.
Ask the residents' association for its guard contract, gate timings and the number of working cameras, then see whether the answers match the entrance at night.
The sources confirm the scheme's size and unit types but not how it is run. This is an outline of what to examine.
Omicron 1A at a glance
- Built form: Authority multi-storey flats, about 1,320 units
- Unit types: one-, two- and three-bedroom
- Key variable: residents' association management
- Police coverage: no station named
- Reported incidents: none found
Which Metro Station Works Best for Sector Omicron 1A Greater Noida
GNIDA Office or Depot on the Aqua Line is the likely nearest operational station for Sector Omicron 1A Greater Noida, but no source publishes a distance to either. The only figure in print, 8.4 km by road to Pari Chowk, was measured from a project in neighboring Omicron 1.
Omicron 1A is a far south-east sector with no metro close by. It borders Omicron I, Omicron II, Mu 1, Sigma III, Eta II, Xu 2, Raipur Village and the Ecotech 1 area. The Aqua Line's last two stations, GNIDA Office in Knowledge Park IV and the Depot terminus in Sector 34, may sit closer in a straight line than Pari Chowk, but no source measures either.
The single published distance does not belong to the sector. A 2018 property news report places a housing project in Omicron 1 8.4 km by road from Pari Chowk junction, and it describes a metro link as upcoming. A listing site's page for Omicron 1A carries no metro or commute data.
Depot works best for anyone who wants a train that starts empty, since every Noida-bound service begins there; first trains leave at 6 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. on Sunday. GNIDA Office is one stop closer to Delta 1, Pari Chowk and Noida.
Likely nearest stops: GNIDA Office and Depot, Aqua Line (NMRC)
Published distance from Omicron 1A: None
Nearest figure in print: 8.4 km by road, Omicron 1 project to Pari Chowk junction (2018)
Planned nearby: EcoTech-1E metro stop, Ghaziabad-Jewar corridor, not approved
One plan runs nearby. The proposed Ghaziabad-Jewar Namo Bharat corridor lists an EcoTech-1E metro stop, and Omicron 1A borders the Ecotech 1 Extension area. NCRTC calls the project in advanced stages of approval, but central approval was not confirmed and no construction had started as of August 2026.
No source describes feeder buses or e-rickshaw fares from Omicron 1A.
How Do Residents Commute Out of Sector Omicron 1A Greater Noida
Neighboring Omicron 1 sets the pattern for Sector Omicron 1A Greater Noida, where no source names a road of its own; Surajpur-Kasna Road is the artery named next door. A 2018 listing measured about 8.4 km from a project in that neighbor to Pari Chowk and about 9.8 km to Boraki Halt station.
No source covers Omicron 1A on its own. It borders Omicron 1 and 2, Mu 1, Sigma 3, Eta 2, Xu 2, Raipur village and the Ecotech 1 area, and the figures here are borrowed from Omicron 1. A newer listing gives that neighbor about 4 to 5 km to Pari Chowk, so the two counts disagree.
Beyond Pari Chowk, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway runs toward Noida and Delhi and the Yamuna Expressway toward the Noida airport. Listing pages for Omicron 1 flag peak-hour traffic on connecting roads.

Rail plans touch the wider area. A planned Ghaziabad-Jewar Namo Bharat line lists Surajpur and EcoTech-VI among its 11 stations; it had not begun construction by August 2026.
No airport distance exists for Omicron 1A itself. Omicron 1's listing puts IGI about 50 to 55 km away. For Jewar, the Yamuna Expressway is the only direct road, with the airport link interchange about 32 km from Zero Point.
The Yamuna Expressway's interchange with the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, targeted around Oct. 15, 2026, will give the area a direct link to that peripheral road, replacing an 11 km detour through Sirsa.
Every figure here belongs to a neighbor, and the two Pari Chowk counts conflict. Omicron 1A's own roads, distances and drive times are unpublished.
What Has Been Built in Sector Omicron 1A Greater Noida
Two projects, one public and one private, make up the named stock of Sector Omicron 1A Greater Noida: GNIDA's Lohiya Enclave, with 1,320 Authority flats completed in February 2022, and Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences, a 716-unit new launch with possession listed for November 2030.
A GNIDA brochure from around 2020 offered leftover multi-storey flats in Sector Omicron-01A under the BHS-17 scheme. Those flats belong to Lohiya Enclave, the Authority project that now defines the sector.
Lohiya Enclave's Omicron 1A phase sits on plot GH-02A. It holds 1,320 flats of 83.38 and 58.18 square meters on 9.04 acres. GNIDA's completion certificate is dated Feb. 28, 2022, and the project is registered with UP RERA under PRJ9632.
The private half of the sector is still on paper. Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences, from Eldeco, is planned with 716 three- and four-bedroom units on 7.37 acres. It is a new launch, and possession is listed for November 2030.
A property portal counts two projects in Omicron 1A, matching the two named here.
No plotted blocks, older private societies or village abadi are recorded inside the sector. That makes Omicron 1A one of the plainest sectors in the Greek grid to describe: one finished Authority estate and one launch.
- Around 2020: GNIDA brochure offers leftover BHS-17 flats in Omicron-01A
- Feb. 28, 2022: completion certificate for Lohiya Enclave (GH-02A), 1,320 flats
- Launch, 2025-26: Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences launched, 716 units on 7.37 acres
- November 2030: listed possession for Eldeco 7 Peaks
Both projects are well documented; nothing else is named for the sector.

The rest are farther. Narayana e-Techno School in Omicron I is about 2.89 km, Greater Noida World School in Sigma I about 3.42 km and Ursuline Convent Senior Secondary School in Sector 36 about 3.65 km, all CBSE to Class 12.
No school, hospital or clinic has an Omicron IA address.

For healthcare, the only facility tied to the area by name is GIMS near Kasna. The government medical college hospital states 500 beds and 24-hour emergency and trauma care; its emergency department has operated since August 2014. No distance from Omicron 1A to GIMS, or to any private hospital, has been published.
In an emergency, the district lists 108 for an ambulance.
Thin: approximate school distances, no hospital distances, nothing inside.
When Does the Weekly Market Set Up in Sector Omicron 1A Greater Noida
On Sundays, going by its name, the Sunday Weekly Market sets up in Block B of Sector Omicron 1A Greater Noida. On other days, Pal Market in Kyampur village is about 1.1 km away. No mall distance is published for the sector.
Block B of Sector Omicron 1A Greater Noida has a market that listings call simply the Sunday Weekly Market. Its name is the only evidence for its day, and no source describes what the stalls sell or what hours they keep.
For the rest of the week, a listing site points to Pal Market in Kyampur village, about 1.1 km away, and tags it as a supermarket.
Sunday Weekly Market : Block B, inside the sector; held on Sundays by its name
Pal Market, Kyampur : Village market; about 1.1 km
Saturday Weekly Market : Sector Center Road, Omicron 2; distance not published
Omicron 2 holds a Saturday Weekly Market of its own on Sector Center Road, so the Omicron sectors between them have two weekend market days. No distance from Omicron 1A to it is published.
The Greater Noida Authority's BHS-17 flats in the sector were certified complete in February 2022, and listings name no shopping complex alongside them.
No bank, ATM, pharmacy, milk booth or fuel station is documented for Omicron 1A, and no mall is linked to it with a distance.
The weekly market and one village market are on the map; everyday shops are not.
What Did the September Listings Show for Rent in Sector Omicron 1A Greater Noida
Ten listings on a listing site updated Sept. 15, 2026 make up the published rent picture for Sector Omicron 1A Greater Noida. Seven were 2 BHK houses, floors or flats at Rs 16,000 to Rs 32,000 a month, and the site averaged Rs 19 per sq ft a month across all ten.
GNIDA Lohiya Enclave, also known as BHS-17, supplies the named figures. An unfurnished 3 BHK flat of 108 sq m there asked Rs 20,000, a semi-furnished 2 BHK floor of 120 sq m Rs 16,000 and a furnished 2 BHK flat of 450 sq ft Rs 23,000.
Two 3 BHK listings asked Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000, and a semi-furnished 3.5 BHK house on a 350 sq m plot asked Rs 24,000. Those sit in the same band as the 2 BHK homes, so bedroom count alone says little about rent here.
Nothing is published for one-room units or 1 BHK homes in the sector. Eldeco 7 Peaks is a new launch with no rents yet. The site gives no deposit, maintenance or trend figures, and no second rental portal carries a working page for Omicron 1A.
Because one site supplies everything, the figures below read as individual asking rents rather than a settled market rate.

What Does a New Flat Cost in Sector Omicron 1A Greater Noida
Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences in Sector Omicron 1A Greater Noida was advertised from Rs 2.19 crore, at Rs 11,999 per sq ft, on a property portal page dated Aug. 3, 2026. No resale price or sector average has been published for Omicron 1A.
Everything known about prices in Omicron 1A runs through a single new launch. A separate page, undated and seen in mid-October 2026, lists 3 BHK units of 1,825 to 2,100 sq ft and 4 BHK units of 2,850 sq ft at Rs 2.37 crore to Rs 3.71 crore. A third site, updated July 3, 2026, lists the project as price on request.
The project is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ106523/01/2026, with possession given as November 2030.
The sector does have finished housing. GNIDA's BHS-17 GH-02A block received its completion certificate on Feb. 28, 2022, and the Authority once offered leftover flats here through a brochure. That brochure gave no flat prices, only a corpus fund of Rs 1 lakh to Rs 2.5 lakh and a floor preferential charge of Rs 100 per sq ft. No resale ask for these flats was found.

Eldeco 7 Peaks: Rs 2.37 crore to Rs 3.71 crore, undated |
The circle rate shown is the only one matched to Omicron 1A, under Greater Noida Zone C. It sets the minimum value for stamp duty and is not a market price.
With one project, two price statements that do not fully match and no resale data, Omicron 1A's figures are thin. They describe a launch, not the sector.
Is Sector Omicron 1A Greater Noida a Ready Home or a Future One
Both, depending on the household: renters can move into finished authority flats in Omicron 1A today, while Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences suits buyers who can wait until 2030. Metro-dependent commuters should look elsewhere, because the nearest listed station is far away.
The Greater Noida authority's Lohiya Enclave flats under the BHS-17 scheme, completed in February 2022, form the settled half of Omicron 1A. The other half is a promise: Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences, a new launch of 3 and 4 BHK homes with possession set for November 2030.
Renters who want a mid-size flat now come first. Listed 2 BHK homes ran from Rs 16,000 to Rs 32,000 a month in September 2026, and 3 BHK units are also available. A Sunday Weekly Market inside the sector covers fresh produce.
Buyers with a large budget and no urgent move date fit Eldeco 7 Peaks, where listed prices start at Rs 2.19 crore.
Buyers who want a ready authority flat face a gap: no resale prices for Lohiya Enclave flats were found, so you will need to gather quotes directly.
Metro-dependent commuters should look elsewhere. Pari Chowk is the nearest listed station, about 8.4 km away by listing distance, and the neighboring Omicron 1 is described as having limited metro access and peak-hour traffic. Schools inside the sector were not documented.
Renters needing a home now: Good fit. Finished authority flats.
Buyers able to wait until 2030: Fit for Eldeco 7 Peaks.
Buyers of resale authority flats: Unclear. No resale prices found.
Metro commuters: Weak fit. Station far off.
Bottom line: Omicron 1A is a renter's sector today and a buyer's bet on a 2030 handover; commuters by train should skip it.
