What Pin Code Does Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida Fall Under

Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida falls under pin code 201310, the code of Knowledge Park-I S.O, which delivers to the sector. Only a locality tag on a property portal and the India Post beat support the number; no establishment address inside Mu 1 could be verified, so check an official letter before relying on it.

Pin code - 201310
Evidence - India Post beat, portal locality tag; no establishment address
Confidence - Low
Delivery office - Knowledge Park-I S.O
Counters - Knowledge Park-I S.O, Alpha Greater Noida S.O (non-delivery)
Branch offices - Ghori B.O, Sakipur B.O
Head office - Noida Head Post Office (201301)
Chain - Gautam Buddha Nagar division, Lucknow HQ region, Uttar Pradesh circle

Mu 1 is a quiet sector in the records. A property portal tags the locality under 201310 and the India Post beat for the area, run by Knowledge Park-I S.O, carries the same number, but no school, bank or shop could be found printing a Mu 1 plot number with the code attached.

That is the definition of low confidence, and the remedy is a delivered envelope: whatever six digits India Post has already put through the letterbox are the ones to copy.

No post office stands inside Mu 1. Speed Post, Registered Post and Aadhaar counters are at Knowledge Park-I S.O and at Alpha Greater Noida S.O; the second office does not deliver. The two village branch offices, Ghori B.O and Sakipur B.O, sit on the same code.

No alternate number has turned up, which at least means there is nothing to argue with. Fifty-five other sectors share 201310, the nearest being Alpha 1, Alpha 2, Beta 1, Beta 2 and Gamma 1, so the words Sector Mu 1 are what separate a parcel from its neighbours.

The address for a KYC form or an online checkout: Flat 1207, Tower 6, [Society name], Sector Mu 1, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201310. The code itself is read as the northern zone (2), the Uttar Pradesh sub-zone (20), the Ghaziabad sorting district (201), which also serves Gautam Buddha Nagar, and the delivery office (310).

In Which Greater Noida Cluster Is Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida Found

Raipur Bangar village appears in the same property listings as Sector Mu 1, a residential sector of Greater Noida. GNIDA administers Mu 1 in Gautam Buddha Nagar district, and the sector belongs to the Greek-sectors residential belt, grouped with the Omicron and Xu sectors in the Greater Noida East micro-market.

Raipur Bangar is the most distinctive name in Mu 1's surroundings. It is listed as nearby rather than inside the sector, and no village abadi sits within Mu 1 itself. The village still works as a locator, since it is a place name rather than a planning label and is easier to search for than a Greek letter.

Neighbor Relationship Evidence
Mu 2 Listed nearby Property portal
Omicron I Listed nearby; also used as a reference point Property portal
Omicron II Listed nearby Second property portal
Xu 1 Listed nearby Second property portal
Xu 2 Listed nearby Second property portal
Raipur Bangar Village listed nearby Property portal

Two independent portals agree on the company Mu 1 keeps: the Omicron sectors, the Xu sectors and its own partner, Mu 2. Neither gives a direction or a boundary, so the table describes a neighborhood, not a frame.

The Omicron link is the most useful for an outsider. Omicron I appears both as a nearby sector and as the reference point the listings use for Mu 1, which places the sector inside the Omicron, Mu and Xu cluster without saying on which side of Omicron I it lies.

Two named points carry distances. Pal Market Kyampur is 2.2 km away and Rambhul Market 2.5 km; both serve here only as named points on a map.

No road is named as bounding or crossing Mu 1, and no named landmark sits inside it. That leaves the sector defined entirely by the names around it.

Mu 1 is a residential square of the lettered grid. Its edges remain unconfirmed: the neighbor picture comes from listings rather than a boundary map, and a GNIDA site plan is what would settle its sides.

Is Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida a Plotted Colony

Sector Mu 1 is a planned GNIDA sector of plotted houses on lettered blocks with numbered plots, a plotted colony in practice. It belongs to Greater Noida's later wave of sectors, its blocks are occupied, and no source places a village abadi inside it.

Addresses tell the story. Listings for Mu 1 give locations such as Block D and house numbers such as A-159, an address format that belongs to individual house plots rather than flats in a tower. Listings also mention a Shiv Mandir, a Second Park and an MU 1 Block Park, the small shared spaces of a settled plotted layout.

This guide classes Mu 1 as residential, under GNIDA. An encyclopedia entry on the city names Mu among the emerging sectors, developed after Alpha, Beta and Gamma. The occupied blocks in listings suggest that phase has largely passed for Mu 1.

Sector profile

Field Detail
Authority GNIDA
This guide's class Residential
Main typology Plotted houses
Layout Lettered blocks with numbered plots
Status Developed and occupied
Village abadi None inside; villages named nearby

Mu 1 is one of two Mu sectors, and the other followed another path: Mu 2 holds a large GNIDA flat scheme. An upcoming apartment project marketed as Hero Homes Sector MU gives no sub-sector, so this guide does not count it as part of Mu 1.

Listings name Ghodi Bachheda and Junpat as nearby villages, and none places either inside Mu 1. Village land around these sectors carries its own history. GNIDA decided in 2008 to allot 6 percent developed abadi plots to farmers whose land it acquired, and in December 2024 that policy was reported as largely unimplemented when the Allahabad High Court issued a show-cause notice to the GNIDA CEO.

Everything here comes from listing pages plus the encyclopedia's general note on sector age. The plotted character is clear from the address pattern. Block counts, plot sizes and allotment years are not published, and GNIDA's sector plan holds them.

How Safe Are the Plotted Streets of Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida

Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida is an occupied plotted neighborhood of independent houses, so security depends on block associations and homeowners rather than society gates. No police or news reports specific to it were found, and the edges facing nearby villages and the lighting on inner lanes are what a resident should look at.

Mu 1 lies among planned sectors and older villages, with Ghodi Bachheda and Junpat named as nearby settlements, although no source places a village inside the sector. The planned part consists of independent houses in lettered blocks, Block D among them, on open roads without a perimeter.

A plotted sector of this kind works on layered, informal security. Owners fit gates, grilles and cameras. Neighbors notice unfamiliar vehicles. The block association, if active, may hire a night guard or put up barriers at entry points. Where those layers are strong, streets feel watched. Where an association is inactive or houses stand empty, lanes can feel deserted after dark.

Mu 1 at a glance

  • Built form: independent houses in lettered blocks, open roads
  • Nearby villages: Ghodi Bachheda and Junpat, not inside the sector
  • Shared security: block association, where active
  • Police coverage: no station named
  • Reported incidents: none found

Village edges are not a risk in themselves. They do bring more varied traffic, narrower connecting lanes and less predictable lighting, which shapes how a late walk or ride feels on the roads linking the sector to its surroundings.

No source names the police station covering Mu 1, and no press release or news report about the sector surfaced in recent years. The local station can confirm the beat officer and night patrol routes.

Find the block association before buying or leasing, ask whether it pays a guard and during what hours, and then check that answer against a late-evening walk through the block and out to the nearest connecting road.

The read draws on layout and the absence of reports. It holds up in outline, and the details depend on the block.

Is There Any Metro Near Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida

Depot station, the Aqua Line's Greater Noida terminus, is the likely nearest operational stop for Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida, with GNIDA Office as the other option, but no source publishes a distance to either. Mu 1 sits in south-east Greater Noida near Kasna and Raipur Bangar, away from the line.

Not in the sense most commuters mean. Mu 1 lies among Mu 2, Omicron I, Omicron II, Omicron 1A, Xu 1, Xu 2 and Raipur Bangar, in a part of Greater Noida that the Aqua Line does not cross. The two stations at the line's eastern end, Depot in Sector 34 and GNIDA Office in Knowledge Park IV, are the obvious options, but neither has a published distance from Mu 1.

The nearest figure in print belongs to a neighbor. A 2018 property news report places a housing project in Omicron 1, next to Mu 1, 8.4 km by road from Pari Chowk, measured to the junction rather than the station. That distance should not be read as Mu 1's.

Depot is the more logical first stop to check. It is the Aqua Line's terminus, with three platforms, and the first and last trains of the day leave from there: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday. GNIDA Office sits one stop closer to Delta 1, Pari Chowk and Noida.

Likely nearest stops: Depot and GNIDA Office, Aqua Line (NMRC)

Published distance from Mu 1: None

Closest figure in print: 8.4 km by road from neighboring Omicron 1 to Pari Chowk junction (2018)

Planned station in Mu 1: None named

A listing site's pages for Mu 1 and nearby Omicron 1A name no metro station at all. They mention only the planned Ghaziabad-Jewar Namo Bharat corridor, and none of its proposed stops is named near Mu 1.

In short, the station choice for Mu 1 is an inference from its position on the map. No source describes e-rickshaw or feeder bus links to either station.

What Transport Links Reach Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida

Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida has no listing of its own, so its links are read from neighboring Omicron 1, which feeds Surajpur-Kasna Road and roads toward the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. A listing site puts that neighbor about 4 to 5 km from Pari Chowk and about 50 to 55 km from IGI Airport.

Mu 1 sits in a cluster with Mu 2, the Omicron sectors, Xu 1 and Xu 2, and Raipur Bangar village. No listing page covers the sector itself, so the best guide is the corridors serving that cluster and the figures published for Omicron 1 next door.

Surajpur-Kasna Road is the named artery for Omicron 1, and a listing site says local buses and shared autos link that sector to Pari Chowk. From there, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway runs toward Noida and Delhi, and the Yamuna Expressway toward the Noida airport.

Destination Distance Basis
Pari Chowk about 4 to 5 km listing site, for Omicron 1
Ajaibpur halt about 5 km 2018 listing, from an Omicron 1 project
Boraki Halt station about 9.8 km same 2018 listing
IGI Airport about 50 to 55 km listing site, for Omicron 1

Airport access is changing. Noida International Airport began commercial flights on June 15, 2026, and the Yamuna Expressway's new interchange with the Eastern Peripheral Expressway at Jaganpur-Afzalpur is targeted to open around Oct. 15, 2026. GNIDA approved a six-month pilot of 15 electric feeder buses to the airport in May 2026, though routes were not named.

For rail, a listing site measured about 9.8 km from a housing project in Omicron 1 to Boraki Halt station in 2018, and about 5 km to the small Ajaibpur halt, which a rail directory lists with one daily train. Boraki is slated for a much larger multimodal hub, still in land acquisition as of August 2025.

This is the thinnest kind of picture: every distance belongs to a neighbor, and Mu 1's own roads, exits and bus stops are unpublished.

Which Townships and Plot Blocks Fill Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida

Authority-plotted blocks and the 23-acre Omaxe Palm Greens township make up most of Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida. Champa Estate is a ready plot estate, and Hero Homes Leafsong Retreat, with possession listed for August 2031, is the sector's new launch.

House numbers such as A-159 show how Mu 1 started: as lettered blocks of Authority plots. Block A and Block D appear on listings with independent houses, Block D near the sector's Shiv Mandir. Two named parks, Second Park and MU 1 Block Park, sit among the occupied blocks.

Champa Estate is a plotted estate listed as ready to move.

Omaxe Palm Greens is the largest built project. Omaxe developed about 924 units on 23 acres, with two- to four-bedroom flats and villas spread across the original project, a Phase II and a villa section. It is ready to move, and listing sites tag it to Sector MU 1.

The newest arrival is Hero Homes Leafsong Retreat. Hero Realty plans 536 three-bedroom units on 4.5 acres, and possession is listed for August 2031.

A general reference on the city names Mu among Greater Noida's emerging sectors, developed after Alpha, Beta and Gamma. A property portal counts two projects in Mu 1 and eight across Mu as a whole.

Several names on that wider Mu list, including Omaxe Orchid Avenue, Unitech Capella Star and Unitech Uniworld City, cannot be placed in Mu 1 rather than Mu 2, so they are left out. Ghodi Bachheda and Junpat villages appear in listings as nearby, not inside.

Plotted blocks : Block A, Block D, with independent houses

Plot estate : Champa Estate, ready to move

Township : Omaxe Palm Greens, about 924 units on 23 acres, ready to move

New launch : Hero Homes Leafsong Retreat, 536 units, possession August 2031

The main projects are clear; a few Mu names still need a sector assignment.

Where Should Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida Residents Look for Schools and Hospitals

Every school and hospital serving Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida lies beyond its boundary. Samsara, The World Academy, a CBSE school in Sector 37, is about 2.44 km away. Green City Hospital and M G Hospital are named as nearby landmarks, but no distance to any hospital has been published.

Samsara, The World Academy, in Sector 37, is the closest school on the list for Mu 1, at about 2.44 km. It runs CBSE classes from Nursery to Class 12. That figure, like the others here, comes from a school directory that treats Mu 1 and Mu 2 as a single area, so it is a rough guide for any one block.

Next come Narayana e-Techno School in Omicron I at about 2.87 km, Greater Noida World School in Sigma I at about 4.2 km and Ursuline Convent Senior Secondary School in Sector 36 at about 4.43 km. All are CBSE, Nursery to Class 12.

No school or hospital lists a Mu I address.

Two hospitals, Green City Hospital and M G Hospital, show up as nearby landmarks in home listings for the adjoining Mu 2. Their addresses, size and services are not published, and neither has a stated distance.

  • Inside Mu 1: no school or hospital listed
  • Nearest school: Samsara, The World Academy, Sector 37, about 2.44 km
  • Other schools: Narayana e-Techno School (Omicron I), Greater Noida World School (Sigma I), Ursuline Convent Senior Secondary School (Sector 36)
  • Hospitals named nearby: Green City Hospital, M G Hospital (addresses not published)
  • Government hospital: GIMS, Kasna, 500 beds, 24-hour emergency
  • Ambulance: 108

The firmest point is the government hospital. GIMS near Kasna states 500 beds and 24-hour emergency and trauma care; it became an autonomous institute in February 2016, and its MBBS course was approved in 2019. No distance from Mu 1 to it has been published either.

For workers covered by ESIC, the corporation runs a dispensary in Greater Noida, and in December 2025 it approved land for a 350-bed hospital in the city, sector unnamed.

Mu 1 is thinly covered: schools have approximate distances from a combined Mu reference point, and hospitals have none.

Where Is the Closest Village Market to Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida

Pal Market in Kyampur village, about 2.2 km away, is the closest village market named for Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida, with Rambhul Market about 2.5 km off. Inside the sector, Block A has the Shri Sai Department Store. No mall distance is published.

Shri Sai Department Store in Block A is the one shop inside Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida that listings name, and it appears as a landmark in directions to homes in the block. What it stocks is not described.

Beyond the sector, a listing site points to Pal Market in Kyampur village, about 2.2 km away, and tags it as a supermarket. Rambhul Market, which also appears in listings for the Pi and Omicron sectors, is about 2.5 km away.

Listings also name Ghodi Bachheda and Junpat as villages near Mu 1, but no source describes shops in either.

  • Shop inside the sector: Shri Sai Department Store, Block A
  • Village market: Pal Market, Kyampur (about 2.2 km)
  • Local market: Rambhul Market (about 2.5 km)
  • Nearby villages: Ghodi Bachheda, Junpat (no shops described)
  • Vendor zone: Site identified in June 2022, status not reported
  • Banks, fuel, weekly bazaar, mall: None named

In June 2022 a news report listed Mu 1 among 22 additional sites the Greater Noida Authority had identified for vendor zones. No later report says the zone was built.

No sector market, bank, ATM, pharmacy, milk booth, fuel station or weekly bazaar is named for Mu 1, and no mall is linked to it with a distance.

One in-sector store and two markets more than 2 km away make up the whole documented list.

What Can a Tenant Find Under Rs 20,000 in Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida

All nine Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida listings on a listing site updated Sept. 12, 2026 asked under Rs 20,000 a month. Semi-furnished 2 BHK houses of 60 to 90 sq m ran Rs 12,000 to Rs 16,000, overlapping the site's 1 BHK range of Rs 15,000 to Rs 17,000.

The lowest card was an unfurnished one-room unit at Rs 10,000. At Champa Estate, a semi-furnished 1 BHK of 70 sq m listed at Rs 15,000 and a semi-furnished 2 BHK of 754 sq ft at Rs 16,000.

Five flats on the same site labelled only as Mu Greater Noida, at Omaxe Palm Greens and Palm Court, asked Rs 23,500 to Rs 30,000. Their exact sector is unconfirmed, and they are not among the nine Mu 1 listings.

A rental portal publishes a combined Sector Mu page dated October 2026. Of its 26 cards, seven are in Mu 1, two in Mu 2 and 17 elsewhere, mostly Omicron 2, Omicron 3 or Mathurapur, so its size bands are not used. Three one-room cards labelled Mu 1 asked from Rs 3,000 for 140 sq ft to Rs 10,000 for 200 sq ft.

Hero Homes Leafsong Retreat is a new launch with no rents yet. Neither source states deposits or maintenance for Mu 1.

For the wider city, a June 2026 business news report that cited no named firm put typical 2 BHK rents across Greater Noida at Rs 12,000 to Rs 25,000 a month. That is a citywide range, not a Mu 1 figure.

One-room unit : Rs 10,000, unfurnished (Sept. 12, 2026); Rs 3,000 to Rs 10,000 on three portal cards (October 2026)

One-bedroom : Rs 15,000 to Rs 17,000 (Sept. 12, 2026)

Two-bedroom house, 60 to 90 sq m : Rs 12,000 to Rs 16,000, semi-furnished (Sept. 12, 2026)

Champa Estate : 1 BHK of 70 sq m Rs 15,000; 2 BHK of 754 sq ft Rs 16,000, both semi-furnished

Omaxe Palm Greens and Palm Court, sector unconfirmed : Rs 23,500 to Rs 30,000 (Sept. 12, 2026)

Nine dated listings on one site from mid-September 2026 form the core of these figures; the portal adds three small cards.

What Do New Launches Cost in Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida

Hero Homes Leafsong Retreat in Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida launched on Oct. 8, 2026 at a base selling price of Rs 11,000 per sq ft. Its 3 BHK flats of 1,650 to 2,200 sq ft were priced at Rs 1.82 crore to Rs 2.42 crore as of Oct. 9, 2026.

Leafsong Retreat is new enough that only one dated source carries its prices, and possession is not due until August 2031. A second, undated page gives Rs 1.89 crore to Rs 2.30 crore for 3 BHK units of 1,650 to 2,000 sq ft, at Rs 11,485 per sq ft.

Beyond the launch, Mu 1 is hard to price on its own. The main portal's Mu 1 pages could not be read, and other sites group Mu 1 and Mu 2 together.

Property type Price Source date
Leafsong Retreat, base price Rs 11,000 per sq ft Oct. 9, 2026
Leafsong Retreat, 3 BHK Rs 1.82 crore to Rs 2.42 crore Oct. 9, 2026
Flats, Mu 1 and Mu 2 combined Rs 16.48 lakh to Rs 2.96 crore; about Rs 13,008 per sq ft seen mid-October 2026, 22 live listings
Omaxe Palm Greens, 2 to 4 BHK Rs 1.06 crore to Rs 2.63 crore; Rs 10,800 per sq ft seen mid-October 2026

Omaxe Palm Greens is tagged only as Mu, without a sector number, so it may sit in either Mu 1 or Mu 2.

New projects like Leafsong Retreat must be registered with UP RERA before sale. Under the RERA Act 2016, registration is required when the land exceeds 500 sq m or the project has more than eight apartments, and agents selling in such projects must also register. The project's registration number is UPRERAPRJ414014/10/2026.

Official rates are separate from all of these asks. Mu 1 sits in Greater Noida Zone C of the district circle rate list notified Aug. 8, 2019, effective Aug. 1, 2019: Rs 26,000 per sq m for residential plots, Rs 26,500 per sq m of covered area for group housing flats and Rs 44,250 per sq m for commercial plots. These set the stamp duty floor, not the price.

Data here is thin and partly undated: one launch with a dated price list, plus two undated pages that may include Mu 2.

Who Should Rent and Who Should Buy in Sector Mu 1 Greater Noida

Renters who want a modest house floor at a moderate rent should look at Mu 1 now, while buyers face a choice between plotted houses and a new launch due in 2031. The deciding fact is that the sector's newest society, Hero Homes Leafsong Retreat, was only launched in October 2026.

Hero Homes Leafsong Retreat was launched on Oct. 8, 2026, with 3 BHK homes and possession set for August 2031, at a base price of Rs 11,000 a square foot in October 2026. It sits in a sector otherwise made of authority-plotted blocks, such as Block A and Block D, and the Champa Estate plots.

Renters fit first. Listed 2 BHK independent houses ran from Rs 12,000 to Rs 16,000 a month in September 2026, and 1 BHK and 1 RK units appear too. Couples and small families can find a floor without paying society rents.

Buyers wanting a ready home should focus on the plotted houses and on Omaxe Palm Greens, a ready Omaxe society with flats and villas, although listings tag it to Mu without always naming the sector number, so confirm its address.

Buyers who can wait until 2031 and want a new society flat are the audience for Leafsong Retreat.

Look elsewhere if you shop on foot. Only Shri Sai Department Store was documented inside the sector. The nearest listed metro is Depot station, with no distance given. An August 2026 news item said the Eastern Peripheral Expressway and Yamuna Expressway interchange was scheduled to open by Oct. 15, 2026; whether it has opened should be checked.

Renters: Good fit. House floors at moderate rents.

Buyers needing a home now: Fair fit. Plotted houses, and Omaxe Palm Greens once its address is confirmed.

Buyers able to wait: Fit for Leafsong Retreat, due August 2031.

Daily shoppers on foot: Weak fit. One department store documented.

Bottom line: Rent in Mu 1 today if a house floor will do; buy only after deciding whether you can live with a 2031 possession date.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the RERA number and possession date for Hero Homes Leafsong Retreat in Mu 1?

A listing site gives UPRERAPRJ414014/10/2026 as the RERA number, with possession on Aug. 31, 2031 "as per RERA," though the same page says that date was not confirmed from the UP RERA certificate. It lists a launch on Oct. 8, 2026, about 4.5 acres and three towers, and gives the unit count as 536 in one place and about 520 in another. Verify every figure on UP RERA.

Did GNIDA offer builder or institutional plots in the Mu sectors?

Yes, in 2023, though for sector Mu as a whole. GNIDA's builder plot scheme BRS-02/2022-2023 ran from Feb. 28 to April 3, 2023, and its institutional plot scheme INS-01/2023 from March 21 to April 11, 2023; both listed plots in sector Mu. The scheme summaries do not say whether those plots lie in Mu 1 or Mu 2, or who won them. Ask GNIDA for the details.

Is Greater Noida's power grid being upgraded near Mu 1?

One major upgrade landed in January 2026, when Tata Power commissioned the 400/220 kV Metro Depot substation with 1,000 MVA of capacity to serve load in and around Greater Noida and the NCR. Reports did not tie it to Mu 1 or to any named sector. Day-to-day supply complaints in Mu 1 go to the distribution company that issues the bill, not to the transmission operator.

Which parliamentary and assembly constituencies cover Mu 1?

For Parliament, Gautam Buddha Nagar, whose five assembly segments are Noida, Dadri, Jewar, Sikandrabad and Khurja, according to an April 2024 report. For the state assembly, the Dadri seat covers parts of Greater Noida including Surajpur, but the published description does not map individual sectors such as Mu 1. The Election Commission of India's voter services can confirm the exact constituency for an address.
