What Does the Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida Pin Code Tell You
Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida carries pin code 201310, whose last three digits name Knowledge Park-I S.O, the office that delivers to the sector. The code rests on the India Post beat, portal listings and the Phi III infobox rather than on a verified address inside Phi 3, so check it against an official letter before relying on it.
Read 201310 digit by digit and it describes a journey. The 2 sends a letter to the northern postal zone. The 20 narrows it to the Uttar Pradesh sub-zone. The 201 hands it to the Ghaziabad sorting district, which also serves Gautam Buddha Nagar. The final 310 names the delivery office, Knowledge Park-I S.O, and that is where the code stops being informative. It does not say Phi 3.
It cannot, because 55 other sectors end in the same three digits, among them Alpha 1, Alpha 2, Beta 1, Beta 2 and Gamma 1. The sector name on the envelope is what the postman reads once the sorting is done.
What the code also does not do is prove itself. No bank, school or shop with a Phi 3 plot number could be found printing 201310 on its own record; the number comes from the beat, from portal listings and from the Phi III infobox. That is low confidence. A tenant filling a KYC form should copy the code from a letter already delivered to the flat rather than from a listing.
Counter services are at Knowledge Park-I S.O, which delivers, and at Alpha Greater Noida S.O, which does not. Either books Speed Post, Registered Post and Aadhaar updates. Ghori B.O and Sakipur B.O are the branch offices for villages on the code. No post office stands inside Phi 3.
A complete residential line: Flat 2204, Tower D, [Society name], Sector Phi 3, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201310. No alternate code has been seen for the sector.

How Does Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida Relate to the Chi Sectors on the Map
Two Chi sectors line the western edge of Phi 3, a residential sector of Greater Noida. GNIDA administers it in Gautam Buddha Nagar district, as part of the Greek-sectors residential belt in the south-western part of the city. Chi III and Chi IV are those western neighbors.
Phi 3 is the hinge between two lettered blocks. Chi III and Chi IV run along its west, and Phi I and Phi II sit to its north, so this is the sector where the Phi and Chi names meet most directly.
Phi 3 at a glance
- Map point: 28.443 N, 77.522 E
- North: Phi I and Phi II
- West: Chi III and Chi IV
- South: Phi IV
- East: not stated
- Chi V: 3.5 km
- Bounding roads: none named
The southern side completes a Phi column. Phi IV lies below Phi 3, and the Phi IV entry agrees, so Phi 3 is the middle link in a line that runs from the Phi I and Phi II pair down to Phi IV. On the western side, the Chi IV entry confirms the relationship from its own end.
The eastern edge has no named neighbor. That is the one blind spot in an otherwise well-documented sector, and no sector or road should be filled in there without a GNIDA plan.
For outsiders, Omega I is the better-known reference in the wider cluster, although it comes without a distance. Chi V carries the only published figure, a center-to-center measure from a property portal rather than a boundary statement.
Phi 3 is a residential locality in south-western Greater Noida, with no named landmark or village abadi inside it. Its position therefore rests entirely on the sectors around it, which is workable here because there are four of them on three sides.
Three sides are firmly settled. The Phi III, Phi IV and Chi IV entries agree, and property listings for Omega IV and Chi V both name Phi III as nearby.
Is Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida Part of the Chi-Phi Plot Scheme
Sector Phi 3 is a planned GNIDA plotted sector and part of the Chi-Phi extension, where residential plots of 350 to 1,000 sq m were allotted in tree-named blocks. The only progress account dates from 2012, and no village abadi is recorded inside it.
Residents treat Phi 3 as one piece of a single plotted scheme that also takes in Phi 4, Chi 3, Chi 4 and Chi 5. They call it the Chi-Phi extension. GNIDA allotted the residential plots in size bands and named each band's blocks after trees, from Techoma and Chorosia at the small end to Cassia Fistula for the largest plots.
This guide classes Phi 3 as residential. Of the two plot forms GNIDA uses in these sectors, individual plots and group housing plots, the scheme leaned heavily toward the first, with only a handful of group housing sites across all five sectors.
The sole account of how the scheme was doing comes from a May 2012 residents' forum thread. Plot owners said construction was held up by a shortfall in water supply and by commercial space the authority had not yet provided. In a plotted sector each owner builds separately, so a delay in services holds back the whole area.

Plots in the scheme are leasehold. GNIDA keeps title and grants a 90-year lease that cannot be converted to freehold, and any later sale goes through an authority transfer memorandum and a registered transfer deed.
Whether Phi 3 has since filled in is not reported. No newer listing or authority document covering its plots surfaced, so the 2012 picture is almost certainly outdated. GNIDA's allotment records would show which tree-named blocks lie in Phi 3 and how many plots carry houses today. No village settlement is recorded inside the sector.
Is a Developing Plot in Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida a Secure Place to Live
Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida is a developing plotted extension, so early residents live among vacant plots and building sites rather than finished streets. No police or news reports specific to the sector were found, and isolation after dark, site security and road lighting shape how secure a new home feels.
Residential plots of 350 to 1,000 square meters make up Phi 3, laid out by the Greater Noida Authority as part of the Chi-Phi extension. The sector is still developing, which in practice usually means a patchwork of finished houses, foundations, boundary walls around empty plots, and land not yet touched. Exactly how far construction has gone is not documented.
Living early in a sector like this carries particular trade-offs. Neighbors are few, so the informal watch that settled streets enjoy is thin. Building sites bring workers, deliveries and materials, and they can leave trenches or water-filled pits beside roads. Streetlights and footpaths may lag behind the plots they serve.
A plotted extension also lacks a society layer. There is no common gate or guard unless owners in a block band together to pay for one, and in the early years a block association may not yet exist.
Built form : GNIDA residential plots of 350 to 1,000 sq m
Stage : Developing; share of built plots not documented
Shared security : None unless a block association organizes it
Police coverage : No station named by any source
Reported incidents : None found
No source names the police station covering Phi 3, and no release or news report about the sector surfaced. New residents can introduce themselves at the local station, leave contact details, and ask whether patrol vehicles cover the internal roads at night.
Before moving in, drive the full route from the main road to the plot after dark, noting unlit sections, open excavations and the distance to the nearest occupied house.
The sources confirm the sector's plot sizes and stage, nothing more. This is a framework for judging it, not a report on conditions.
Will Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida Get a Metro Stop
Knowledge Park II and Pari Chowk on the Aqua Line tie as the nearest operational stations to Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida, each about 2.67 km in a straight line from the sector's mapped point. A Phi-3 metro stop appears in the proposed Ghaziabad-Jewar corridor plan, which still lacks central approval.
Phi 3 is one of the few Greek sectors whose name appears on a proposed station list. The Ghaziabad-Jewar Namo Bharat corridor, a 72.44 km rail and metro project ending at Noida International Airport, includes a Phi-3 metro stop among its proposed stops. A news report from Aug. 15, 2026, cautions that names may change.
The project's status is far from a green light. Its detailed project report was submitted in 2024 and revised in August 2024, Delhi rerouting was dropped in January 2026, and NCRTC lists it as in advanced stages of approval. Central approval was not confirmed and no construction had started as of August 2026, so no opening date can be given.

Until then, the developing sector depends on the Aqua Line. Knowledge Park II and Pari Chowk sit at the same straight-line distance, so direction decides: Knowledge Park II for Noida and the DMRC Blue Line via Noida Sector 51, Pari Chowk for Alpha 1, Delta 1 and Depot. Alpha 1 is about 3.29 km away.
Pari Chowk has a feeder bus with a separate fare from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and paid parking, according to a property news report. No source mentions e-rickshaw links from Phi 3.
Phi 3 borders Phi I, Phi II, Phi IV, Chi III and Chi IV. Its distances are straight-line figures from one mapped point, and no listing site gives a kilometer figure for any Phi sector.
What Are the Access Routes for Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida
Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida, still developing, has no published boundary roads, so its access routes are those of the Pari Chowk belt: the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the Yamuna Expressway. Ghaziabad Junction is about 24.7 km away in a straight line, and the Noida airport about 31.5 km.
Phi 3 sits among Phi 1, Phi 2, Chi 3 and Chi 4, a block where sources describe hubs but not streets. Nothing names a gate, exit or bus stop for the sector.
For trips east and around Delhi, the Eastern Peripheral Expressway passes east of Greater Noida on its 135 km run from Kundli to Palwal, with distance-based tolls. Yamuna Expressway traffic has reached it via an 11 km detour through Sirsa; a direct cloverleaf at Jaganpur-Afzalpur is targeted to open around Oct. 15, 2026, at a cost that rose to about Rs 270 crore.
- Belt junction: Pari Chowk
- Ghaziabad Junction: about 24.7 km straight-line
- Noida International Airport: about 31.5 km straight-line
- IGI Terminal 3: about 44.4 km straight-line
- Eastern Peripheral link: Jaganpur-Afzalpur interchange, targeted around Oct. 15, 2026
- Bus: UPSRTC airport routes via Pari Chowk and Surajpur (agreement November 2025)
On straight-line measures, Boraki station is about 8.3 km away and Dadri about 10.8 km. Anand Vihar Terminal and Hazrat Nizamuddin sit almost level at about 30.7 and 30.8 km, and New Delhi station about 37 km. Hindon Airport is about 34.1 km as the crow flies.
UPSRTC's November 2025 agreement with the Noida airport includes a route to Ghaziabad via Surajpur, Vijay Nagar and Lal Kuan, and another via Pari Chowk to Noida. No fares were published for those routes.
Hub distances are steady, drawn from mapped coordinates. As a developing sector, Phi 3's internal roads and links have not been described in any published source, and no drive times exist.
What Mix of Plots and Societies Occupies Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida
Authority plots in the Chi-Phi extension scheme make up most of Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida, with a handful of small societies set among them. Prateek Residency, Airlines Society and Jalvayu Height are the best-known names, and SVG Heights is the smallest, at 54 flats.
SVG Heights fits 54 one-bedroom flats onto 0.2 acres, less land than the largest house plots around it. Shri Vinayaka Group built it, and it is listed as ready to move.
Those house plots set the tone for Phi 3. The sector is part of the Chi-Phi extension, an Authority scheme of residential plots from 350 to 1,000 square meters.
A residents' forum in May 2012 counted about 1,495 allotted plots and six group housing plots across the whole extension, which spans Chi 3, 4 and 5 and Phi 3 and 4. Owners were then delayed by a water supply shortfall and missing commercial space. No newer status for Phi 3 has been published, so how many plots now carry houses is unknown.
Group housing is limited to four ready-to-move projects on a property portal's count. Prateek Residency comes from Prateek Group. Airlines Society is a cooperative. Jalvayu Height completes the set. None of the three has a published unit count.
No village abadi is recorded inside Phi 3.

Which Medical Services Operate in Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida
The CGHS Dispensary in the Phi III shopping complex is the one medical facility inside Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida. Fortis Hospital Greater Noida is 1.2 km straight-line from the sector's center and GIMS 1.5 km. PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya is the nearest school, 1.1 km straight-line.
The CGHS dispensary for Greater Noida sits in the Phi III shopping complex on P3 Road, Block C. It is the one medical facility with a Phi 3 address, and it serves central government cardholders.
For hospital care, three larger hospitals cluster within about 1.6 km as the crow flies from the sector's center. Fortis Hospital Greater Noida, at Surajpur, is 1.2 km; it has about 200 beds, NABH accreditation and a 24-hour emergency. GIMS, the government medical college hospital, is 1.5 km and states 500 beds with emergency and trauma care around the clock. Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, Greater Noida, 400 beds and NABH, is 1.6 km.
Kailash Hospital in Knowledge Park I is 3.5 km straight-line and Sharda Hospital 5.2 km.

Schools come with a naming trap. PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya, Greater Noida, gives its address as HS-18, Sector P-3, but one school directory places that in a separate Builders Area pocket rather than residential Phi 3. The central government CBSE school, established in 2003, is 1.1 km straight-line from the sector's center. GD Goenka Public School in Swarn Nagri, CBSE, is 2.0 km.
Otherwise, the listed schools are K.R. Mangalam World School in Chi II (CBSE, Pre-Nursery to Class 12) and Sheoran International School in Omega I (CBSE, to senior secondary), neither with a published distance.
ESIC approved land for a 350-bed hospital in Greater Noida in December 2025; its sector has not been named.
One dispensary inside, hospitals close by straight-line measure, and no road distances or in-sector school.
How Well Served Is Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida for Everyday Shopping
Thinly, on the published evidence. An Amul Celebration Time outlet about 0.8 km from Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida and a UCO Bank branch about 1.0 km away are the only named services, and Ansal Plaza at Pari Chowk is 2.7 km as the crow flies.
An Amul Celebration Time outlet about 0.8 km outside Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida is the closest thing to a corner store that any source names. A listing site files it under supermarkets.
The same site lists a UCO Bank branch about 1.0 km away, without saying which sector it stands in. No ATM is named separately.
Phi 3 is part of the Chi-Phi extension. A May 2012 thread on a residents' forum said plot owners there were delaying construction because water supply fell short and commercial space had not yet come. That thread remains the newest source on the area's shops.
Amul Celebration Time : Amul dairy and food outlet outside the sector; about 0.8 km
UCO Bank : Bank branch; about 1.0 km
Ansal Plaza : Mall at Pari Chowk; 2.7 km straight-line
Jagat Farm market : Large market in Gamma 1; 4.8 km straight-line
For a larger shop, Ansal Plaza is 2.7 km in a straight line from the sector's middle, and Jagat Farm market in Gamma 1 is 4.8 km.
No market, pharmacy, milk booth, fuel station or weekly bazaar is named for Phi 3.
The published picture covers one food outlet and one bank; the sector's own shops, if any, are undocumented.
What Budget Does a Rental in Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida Call For
A 10,000 sq ft warehouse at Prateek Residency listed at Rs 3 lakh a month on a listing site updated Oct. 11, 2026, the highest rent among Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida listings. For homes, a rental portal page dated October 2026 put 2 BHK houses at Rs 18,000 to Rs 29,000 a month.
Homes are where most tenants will look, and the portal page's 11 main cards all sit in Phi 3. One-room units of 120 to 200 sq ft asked Rs 7,500 to Rs 10,500, 1 BHK houses of 400 to 900 sq ft Rs 12,000 to Rs 20,000, and a 2,000 sq ft 3 BHK Rs 25,000.
Maintenance ran Rs 500 to Rs 1,000 a month and deposits Rs 7,575 to Rs 57,599.
The listing site, with 17 listings, reaches higher. Its 2 BHK homes asked Rs 14,000 to Rs 25,000, 3 BHK homes Rs 35,000 to Rs 36,000, a 4 BHK Rs 50,000, a 5 BHK Rs 65,000 and 6+ BHK homes Rs 65,000 to Rs 70,000. A furnished 300 sq ft one-room builder floor asked Rs 15,000.
Named societies on that site include Prateek Residency, with semi-furnished 3 BHK houses at Rs 35,000 to Rs 36,000 and a 6+ BHK builder floor at Rs 65,000. Jalvayu Height listed a furnished 2,600 sq ft 4 BHK flat at Rs 50,000, and Airlines Society a furnished 2 BHK house of 120 sq m at Rs 25,000. No figure appeared for SVG Heights.
Shops at Satyam Galleria listed at Rs 22,000 for 220 sq ft and Rs 35,000 for 414 sq ft.
Cushman & Wakefield put industrial shed rents across Greater Noida at Rs 38 per sq ft a month in the first half of 2026, up 23 percent from a year earlier. That covers the city's industrial market, not this sector's single warehouse card.
Ranked by the highest monthly rent listed:
- Warehouse, 10,000 sq ft: Rs 3 lakh (Oct. 11, 2026)
- 6+ BHK homes: Rs 65,000 to Rs 70,000 (Oct. 11, 2026)
- 5 BHK home: Rs 65,000 (Oct. 11, 2026)
- 4 BHK flat, furnished: Rs 50,000 (Oct. 11, 2026)
- 3 BHK homes: Rs 35,000 to Rs 36,000 (Oct. 11, 2026)
- Shop, 414 sq ft: Rs 35,000 (Oct. 11, 2026)
- 2 BHK houses: Rs 18,000 to Rs 29,000 (October 2026)
- 3 BHK house, 2,000 sq ft: Rs 25,000 (October 2026)
- 1 BHK houses: Rs 12,000 to Rs 20,000 (October 2026)
- One-room builder floor, furnished: Rs 15,000 (Oct. 11, 2026)
Two listing sites, both dated October 2026, with 11 and 17 cards, back these figures; the larger homes each rest on a single listing.
What Do Shops, Offices and Plots Cost in Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida
A 220 sq ft shop in Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida was listed at Rs 42.9 lakh on a property portal updated Oct. 11, 2026. Residential plots that day ran from Rs 1.4 crore for 60 sq m to Rs 6.23 crore for 356 sq m, with no sector average per sq ft.
Phi 3 began as part of a plotted scheme that was slow to fill, and the listings still lean toward land and small commercial units rather than flats. Eleven listings appeared in all on the October 2026 page.

Office listings were harder to read. One office of 3,132 sq ft asked Rs 45 lakh and one of 322 sq ft asked Rs 51.61 lakh, a pairing that suggests one size is misstated. A 6+ BHK house listed at Rs 1 crore on 550 sq m raises the same doubt and is not relied on.
Two commercial projects gave ranges. Kamakhya Cross Walk listed from Rs 26.28 lakh to Rs 1.11 crore, and Satyam Galleria from Rs 92.88 lakh to Rs 1.32 crore.
On the official side, the district circle rate is a stamp duty floor and not a market price. Phi 3 sits in Greater Noida Zone B, with Rs 30,000 per sq m for residential plots, Rs 44,250 per sq m for commercial plots and Rs 27,000 per sq m of covered area for group housing flats, all from the list notified Aug. 8, 2019, effective Aug. 1, 2019.
Old plot asks from 2012 exist for the wider Chi and Phi extension, but they cannot be pinned to Phi 3 and are left out. Every current figure here is from one portal on one date.
What Draws Central Government Households to Sector Phi 3 Greater Noida
Central government employees and pensioners have a specific reason to look at Phi 3: a CGHS Dispensary operates inside the sector. Budget renters seeking a small floor in a plotted house will also find options, though current build-out is poorly described.
The CGHS Dispensary in Phi 3 is the detail that sets this sector apart from its Chi and Phi neighbors. For households covered by the central government health scheme, it puts routine care inside the sector, and Fortis Hospital Greater Noida is about 1.2 km away in a straight line.
Budget renters fit as well. Small 1 RK floors in independent houses were listed from Rs 7,500 to Rs 10,500 a month in October 2026, and 1 BHK and 2 BHK floors are also on offer.
Small retailers have options too. Shops at Satyam Galleria were listed for lease in October 2026, and offices have been offered for sale.
Society buyers have a short list: SVG Heights, a small block of 1 BHK units, plus Prateek Residency, Airlines Society and Jalvayu Height, all marked ready to move.
The gap is how built-up the plotted area now is. The only status account, from a May 2012 residents' forum, described plot owners waiting for water supply and commercial space. That is old, so check the lane in person. Metro commuters should note Knowledge Park II station is about 2.67 km away in a straight line.
CGHS-covered households: Strong fit. Dispensary inside the sector.
Budget renters: Good fit. Low-cost 1 RK floors listed.
Small retailers: Fair fit. Shops listed at Satyam Galleria.
Metro walkers: Weak fit. Station needs a ride.
Bottom line: Phi 3 is a practical, low-key sector for government families and budget renters; verify how built-up your block is.
