Why Does Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida Show Three Pin Codes Online
Pin code 201306 is the correct code for Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida, delivered by I.A. Surajpur S.O. Two other codes appear online: 201310 on portal FAQs and 201308 in one ATM record. Both are wrong for this sector. Verified addresses and portal consensus give the code medium confidence.
Search for the Zeta 1 pin code and three different six-digit numbers come back. Only one of them, 201306, belongs on an envelope. The other two have explanations, and knowing them stops a society office or a bank from copying the wrong code into a KYC form.
The first stray, 201310, shows up on portal FAQs and on the Alpha Greater Noida S.O beat. It is a live code, but it belongs to the Knowledge Park-I delivery area, not to Zeta 1. The second stray, 201308, appears in a single Axis Bank ATM record. That code was the old Alpha Greater Noida code; India Post retired it and the office now carries 201310. So 201308 is dead for everyone, and 201310 is live but misplaced here.

I.A. Surajpur S.O delivers to Zeta 1. There is no post office inside the sector, so the Surajpur beat covers it along with the Bisrakh and Kulesra branch offices. CRPF Greater Noida S.O also sits on the code, but as a counter office without a delivery role. Speed Post, Registered Post and Aadhaar work can be booked at either I.A. Surajpur S.O or CRPF Greater Noida S.O.
Confidence sits at medium. The Dr Lal PathLabs address at AVJ Heights prints 201306 and the portals agree, while the Axis record is split between codes, which keeps the rating short of high.
Pin code 201306 is a small club. Five other sectors share it: Sector Zeta 2, Knowledge Park 2, Ecotech 2, Ecotech 3 and the Surajpur Industrial Area (Site A/B/C). Within the number, 2 is the northern zone, 20 is Uttar Pradesh and 201 is the Ghaziabad sorting district, which also serves Gautam Buddha Nagar.
Above the sub office stand Noida Head Post Office (201301), the Gautam Buddha Nagar division, the Lucknow HQ region and the Uttar Pradesh circle. A resident address for a courier checkout reads: Flat [number], AVJ Heights, Sector Zeta 1, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201306.
Which Roads Frame Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida on the Map
Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida is a residential sector in Greater Noida under GNIDA, the city's development authority. It sits in the Greek-letter residential belt, in what one listing calls the north-eastern parts of the city. Eta II, a fellow Greek-letter sector about 1.26 km away, is its nearest fixed reference point.
Roads give the clearest handle on Zeta 1, even though none of them is described as an edge. Every trunk route linked to the sector appears only as a road it connects to. That places Zeta 1 within reach of the main corridors without fixing a boundary, and the table keeps the exact wording.
| Road |
Role |
| Noida-Greater Noida Expressway |
Connects to |
| Noida-Greater Noida Link Road |
Connects to |
| Dadri Main Road / NH-91 |
Connects to |
| Site C Road, Site C Extension Road, Sakipur Road |
Local roads named for the locality |
The local names are more telling. The Site C road names point toward the Surajpur side of the city, and listings also give Gulistanpur village and Surajpur as reference points, without a distance for either.
GNIDA, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, plans and administers the sector, which lies in Gautam Buddha Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. Within the city it belongs to the Greek-letter residential belt near the Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta core and close to Knowledge Park. That puts it on the institutional side of the grid, a useful fact for anyone pairing staff housing with the Knowledge Park campuses.
Nearby sectors
Zeta 2 is the obvious companion. Locality listings also name Eta 1, Eta 2, Alpha 2, Beta 2, Gamma 2, Delta 3 and Pi in the same cluster. They show proximity, not shared boundaries, and they carry no directions.
Noida city is about 18.5 km away by one listing's figure, a reminder that Zeta 1 belongs to Greater Noida proper rather than the Noida fringe. The road and belt facts hold up reasonably well, but the neighbor list rests on property listings alone, and a GNIDA site plan is the document that fixes the sector's edges.
Is Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida Plotted or Group Housing
Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida is a planned GNIDA residential sector that holds both plotted housing and high-rise group housing. A developer's blog describes it as a mix of plotted developments and apartments, and the AVJ Heights society shows the group housing side. No village abadi is recorded inside the sector.
Both, though no public source gives the split. GNIDA, a statutory body created under the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976, leases the land, and this guide classes Zeta 1 as residential. A developer's blog calls the sector a mix of plotted developments and apartments, and that sentence is the only description found that covers the whole sector rather than a single building.
AVJ Heights is the clearest group housing example, a multi-tower society that a listing marks as ready to move in. The same listing is out of date in places and contradicts itself on status, so its scale figures should be read as approximate rather than exact.
Sector profile
- Alternate name: Zeta I
- Planned or village: Planned authority sector
- Group housing example: AVJ Heights, about 12 acres, 11 towers up to 23 floors, about 1,822 apartments (listing figures)
- Plotted housing: Described in a developer's blog; no plot listing confirmed for Zeta 1 itself
- Village abadi inside: None recorded
- Pending change: Greek-letter name may be replaced by a number
The plotted side is harder to pin down. A resale plot listing exists for a sector labeled simply "Zeta," without saying whether it means Zeta 1 or Zeta 2, so it cannot be assigned here. The developer's description remains the main evidence that individual plots sit alongside the towers.
On development, the same blog groups Zeta I and Zeta II as places with mature civic infrastructure and well-established locales. Read together with the December 2015 possession date at AVJ Heights, the sector looks largely built out, not a land bank waiting for allotment. No allotment year for the sector as a whole surfaced, and nothing describes its blocks or pockets.
No source mentions a village abadi inside Zeta 1. The evidence overall is a developer's blog plus listings, with no authority or news source behind it. GNIDA's sector plan is the final word on how the land divides between plots and group housing.
How Secure Does Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida Feel for People Living in Its Towers and Plots
Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida combines large gated group housing with older plotted blocks, and no police release or news report found points to a crime problem specific to the sector. Residents inside the towers rely on society gates and guards; those in plotted lanes depend more on street lighting, neighbors and patrols.
One group housing society here runs to about 1,822 apartments in 11 towers, some 23 floors high. A complex that size works almost like a small town with a single perimeter, where entry gates, visitor logs and guard rotations do most of the security work. Plotted blocks with independent houses sit around such societies, and those streets have no gate at all.
Height brings its own question, and it is about fire more than crime. In May 2026 a residents' group told officials that many high-rises in the district, including in Greater Noida West, hold fire clearances while sprinklers do not work, hydrant pressure is low and alarms fail. That memorandum named no Zeta 1 building, but it gives tower residents a concrete list to test at home.

| Fire readiness |
A district residents' group flagged faulty sprinklers and alarms in high-rises in May 2026; no Zeta 1 building was named |
| Edges and interior |
Arterial roads on the edges; quieter inner plotted streets |
Major roads frame the sector, including the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway side and the Dadri main road. Busy arterials keep the edges lit and active late, while the inner plotted streets go quiet early. No police release names the station covering Zeta 1, so the nearest station is the place to ask about beat patrols for a specific block.
Anyone moving into a tower should ask the facility manager when the last fire drill ran and request a look at the pump room. In a plotted lane, a walk after dark to see which corners lose light is worth more. The overall view rests on what the sector is made of rather than on reported events, so it is a starting point, not a settled conclusion.
How Far Is Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida From the Aqua Line
Pari Chowk station on the NMRC Aqua Line is the only stop with a published distance from Sector Zeta 1: about 5 km by road, under 10 minutes' drive, from a housing project in the sector. Delta 1 and GNIDA Office, both on the Aqua Line, may sit closer, but no source gives their distance.
That 5 km figure comes from a credit-rating report on a group housing project at GH-12A in Zeta 1, and it measures the drive to the Pari Chowk junction rather than to a platform. It is a road distance from one address, not a figure for the whole sector.
Zeta 1 borders Delta 3, Eta 1 and Alpha 2, which brings two other Aqua Line stations into the picture. Delta 1 station stands in Block A of Delta I, and GNIDA Office station stands in Knowledge Park IV, next to Eta 1. Either may be the shorter trip from parts of the sector, yet no listing site or map source puts a number on it.

Pari Chowk still has its uses. It is the junction most riders in central Greater Noida already know, and a proposed Ghaziabad to Jewar Namo Bharat corridor lists a station there, named Pari Chowk / Alpha-I. NCRTC describes that project as in advanced stages of approval; no construction had started as of August 2026, and central approval was not confirmed.
Whichever station a rider picks, Aqua Line trains run to Noida Sector 51. Since the skywalk to Noida Sector 52 opened on Aug. 28, 2026, the change to the DMRC Blue Line no longer means a walk at street level. Average Aqua Line ridership rose to 73,298 a day in August 2026, from 61,811 in July.
Treat every number here as provisional. Only one distance has a source, it is a road figure to a junction, and the stations that may be nearer have no published figure at all.
How Far Is Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida From the Airport
Delhi's IGI Airport is about 55 km from a housing project in Sector Zeta 1, a project grading report says, while Pari Chowk lies 5 km away, under 10 minutes by car. A developer names the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the Noida-Greater Noida Link Road as the sector's main links.
Every sourced distance for Sector Zeta 1 comes from one place: a grading report on the ATS Dolce project at GH-12A. That report puts IGI Airport about 55 km away and New Delhi station about 45 km, without saying whether those figures are road or straight-line. It also places the Yamuna Expressway about 11 km off and Knowledge Park about 8 km, a useful marker for students and staff heading to the campus belt.
Noida International Airport at Jewar has no published figure from the sector. The route runs from Pari Chowk onto the Yamuna Expressway at Zero Point, then about 32 km to the airport link interchange, a stretch a June 2026 news report describes as toll-free. Commercial flights began there on June 15, 2026.
Closer to home, a listing site names Dadri Main Road, also called NH-91, along with Site C Road, Site C Extension Road and Sakipur Road as the local roads around the sector. Those streets carry traffic out to the two main links a developer credits to Zeta I and II.

Treat the figures as approximate. They are measured from a single project, the report is undated, and no coordinates for the sector have been published, so straight-line comparisons are not available.
Who Built the Apartment Blocks of Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida
Dense, finished apartment housing defines Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida, where nearly every listed project is ready to move. Paramount Golfforeste, AVJ Heights and ATS Dolce are the largest names, joined by ACE Platinum and a cluster of smaller societies from Migsun, Stellar, Purvanchal and Assotech.
A property portal lists 23 ready-to-move projects in Zeta 1, some of them repeat entries. The distinct names sort neatly by scale.
Large townships and societies. Paramount Golfforeste has the biggest footprint, a 90-acre township with apartments, villas, studio apartments and a block called Oak Tower; its apartments alone account for 3,576 listed units. AVJ Heights follows with 1,896 units on 17 acres, though another listing describes about 12 acres, 11 towers of up to 23 floors and roughly 1,822 flats, with possession in December 2015.
ATS Dolce has 1,322 units on 14 acres, and its Phase 2 is listed separately under the same figures.
Mid-size projects. ACE Platinum (1,276 units on 7 acres) and AVJ Platinum (1,268 units on 7 acres) are near twins in scale. Oasis My Homes has 900 units on 12 acres and Migsun Green Mansion 536 units on 4 acres.
Smaller projects. Amrapali Grand, an Amrapali group project, has 448 units on 11.3 acres; no court or NBCC status specific to it appears in public sources. Purvanchal Heights (336 units), Assotech Springfields (264 units on 13.77 acres) and Stellar MI Legacy (118 units on 2 acres) complete the builder list. Big India Village County, a 220-unit plotted development on 10 acres by Big India Group Housing Organisation, was completed in 2013.
GNDA Flats, Greenotel Apartment and SPH Shri Sai Vatika are also listed as ready to move, with no further detail.
New supply is coming on Authority land. On May 31, 2023, GNIDA e-auctioned group housing plot GH-128, about 23,600 sq m, where around 1,100 flats are expected. No developer has been named for it.

Where Can Families in Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida Find Schools and Doctors
Two CBSE schools carry Zeta I addresses: Darbari Lal Foundation World School and Vanasthali Public School, both teaching to Class 12. Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida has no hospital of its own. The nearest listed one, Green City Hospital in Delta 1, is a private multi-specialty facility, but no distance to it is published.
For schooling, Zeta 1 is better served than most Greek-lettered sectors because two campuses sit inside it. Darbari Lal Foundation World School takes children from Pre Nursery, and Vanasthali Public School from Nursery; both run through senior secondary under CBSE.
Families who look farther have four more CBSE senior secondary schools within about 5 km. Aster Public School in Delta II is about 3.97 km away, and Delhi Public School in Gamma II about 4.27 km. That Gamma II campus, opened in 1998, is one of the Delhi Public School Society's core schools. Ascent International School, also in Delta II, is about 4.82 km out, and Kaushalya World School in Pi I about 4.89 km.

Medical care is thinner. Five private hospitals are listed in surrounding sectors: Green City Hospital near Mother Dairy in Delta 1, Sharma Medicare Pvt Ltd in L-Block, Delta II, Navin Hospital in Pocket F, Alpha 2, JR Hospital in B Block, Beta I, and Felix Hospital on Block C, Gamma 1. None of these listings gives bed counts, emergency hours or a distance from Zeta 1.
For a government option, Greater Noida has a CGHS dispensary in Phi III for central government beneficiaries. In an emergency, the district ambulance number is 108, and the Gautam Buddh Nagar medical emergency line is 1800-419-2211.
Schools are well documented here; hospital information stops at names and addresses.
Is There a Market Inside Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida
Yes, in a small way. Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida has unnamed shopping rows and a shopping center inside the Assotech Springfields society. Beyond the sector, residents can look to Delta 2 Market and to Omaxe Connaught Place in Beta 2, though no published source gives a distance to either.
A listing site describes Zeta 1 as having "small shopping rows," without naming the shops. The Assotech Springfields project lists a shopping center among its amenities, which serves residents of that society.
Outside the sector, the same listing site names Delta 2 Market, Beta Plaza and Bajrang Shopping Centre as nearby options, plus a grocery, Balaji Provision And Confectionery. None comes with an address or a distance. A project page also points to the Migsun Wynn Shopping Complex as a landmark; the listing site places Migsun Wynn Boulevard in neighboring Eta 2.

On banking, one project listing says ATMs and banks are "in close proximity" but names none. No pharmacy, milk booth, fuel station, weekly bazaar or mandi turned up in the sources.
Omaxe Connaught Place in Beta 2 is the larger mall on the list. It covers about 15 lakh sq ft, with a five-screen multiplex, a food court and office space.
Change was on the books in 2022. That June the Greater Noida Authority named Zeta 1 among 22 more sites identified for vendor zones, the format it was building elsewhere with kiosks, toilets and parking. Later progress has not been reported.
How complete this is: names are published, distances are not, and no bank or fuel station is identified.
How Much Does a 2 BHK Rent for in Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida
A 2 BHK flat in Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida was listed at Rs 15,000 to Rs 30,000 a month across 13 listings seen in mid-October 2026. A property portal page refreshed in September 2026 gives an undated sector average of Rs 27 per sq ft a month, drawn from 272 rental properties.
Two-bedroom flats make up the largest share of current supply. The 13 listings seen in mid-October 2026, semi-furnished and fully furnished, sit between Rs 15,000 and Rs 30,000 a month. Independent 2 BHK houses span a wider band, Rs 7,500 to Rs 25,000, from two semi-furnished listings.
Society figures show where each complex lands. Ace Platinum 2 BHK listings run from Rs 15,000 to Rs 30,000 in mid-October 2026, while a property portal page updated in July 2026 gives Rs 24,000 to Rs 26,000.
AVJ Platinum shows Rs 26,000 on one listing site and Rs 31,000 furnished on the July portal page. Migsun Green Mansion runs Rs 22,000 to Rs 30,000 on that page, and AVJ Heights shows Rs 18,500.
Other sizes in mid-October 2026: 1 BHK flats in AVJ Heights at Rs 15,000 to Rs 16,000, 1 BHK independent houses at Rs 5,500 to Rs 6,000, 3 BHK flats at Rs 26,000 to Rs 28,000 plus Rs 4,000 to Rs 4,550 maintenance, and 4 BHK flats at Rs 35,000 to Rs 50,000.
One listing site states deposits in the area of Rs 12,900 to Rs 1,00,000 for society apartments and Rs 7,000 to Rs 56,000 for independent houses, as seen in mid-October 2026. Across the wider Greater Noida market, a Business Today report of June 16, 2026 put typical 2 BHK rents at Rs 12,000 to Rs 25,000 a month; that is a citywide figure, not this sector's.

How Much Does a Flat Cost in Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida
Flat asks in Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida averaged Rs 9,650 per sq ft in the June 2026 quarter, a property portal reports. Ready-to-move units averaged Rs 8,550 across 18 projects, while the single under-construction project averaged Rs 10,850 per sq ft on the same page.
Flat prices split along project lines. Among projects listed in mid-October 2026, starting rates reach Rs 12,400 per sq ft at AVJ Platinum and Rs 11,250 at ATS Dolce, where units are listed at Rs 1.63 crore to Rs 3.05 crore. SKA Destiny One starts at Rs 10,750 and Assotech Springfields at Rs 10,550.
Further down, Paramount Golfforeste starts at Rs 9,200, ATS Dolce Phase 2 at Rs 9,000, Stellar MI Legacy at Rs 8,300, Purvanchal Heights at Rs 7,540 and ACE Platinum at Rs 7,400. Migsun Green Mansion starts at Rs 6,350 and AVJ Heights at Rs 6,150.
The portal's own pages disagree on totals for several projects; ACE Platinum shows Rs 24.50 lakh to Rs 68.25 lakh on one page and Rs 51.10 lakh to Rs 1.42 crore on another.

Villas form the second tier. Paramount Golfforeste Villas are listed at Rs 1.88 crore to Rs 3.30 crore. Across all 287 properties for sale, totals run from Rs 14.87 lakh to Rs 12 crore, and the median ask is Rs 9.4K per sq ft.
The quarterly apartment average went from Rs 9,250 per sq ft in December 2025 to Rs 9,200 in March 2026 and Rs 9,650 in June 2026. A sector-wise guide by Sobha, published in August 2026, gives about Rs 13,720 per sq ft for Zeta, Omicron and Pi combined. That figure covers the group, not Zeta 1 alone.
Official values sit apart from all of this. Under the district circle rate list effective Aug. 1, 2019, a group housing flat here is valued at Rs 26,500 per sq m of covered area, a residential plot at Rs 26,000 per sq m of plot area and a commercial plot at Rs 44,250 per sq m. Those rates set the minimum value for stamp duty and are not market prices.
Firmness check: nearly every number comes from one portal, dated by quarter or seen in mid-October 2026, and its pages conflict on some project totals.
Is Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida a Good Fit for Families
Yes, for most families with school-age children: Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida pairs a long list of delivered societies with two schools inside the sector. The catch is distance from the metro and a large authority plot that will bring years of fresh construction.
Zeta 1 is one of the more settled Greek sectors. A developer blog describes mature civic infrastructure, and the big names here, including ATS Dolce, ACE Platinum, AVJ Heights, Oasis My Homes and Paramount Golfforeste, are all listed as ready to move. Darbari Lal Foundation World School and Vanasthali Public School sit inside the sector, and small shopping rows plus the on-site center at Assotech Springfields cover daily needs.
Working couples who drive will find the sector well placed. The Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, the Link Road and Dadri Main Road all serve it, so road trips toward Noida do not start with a maze of village lanes.
Renters have real choice. Two-bedroom flats were listed at Rs 15,000 to Rs 30,000 a month in October 2026, and the plotted pockets add independent-house floors at lower rents for tighter budgets.
Metro-dependent commuters should think harder. Pari Chowk on the Aqua Line is about 5 km away by listing, which means a daily feeder ride. Residents who want a quiet, fully built neighborhood should also note that GNIDA e-auctioned group housing plot GH-128 here in May 2023, with roughly 1,100 flats expected. Expect a construction site nearby for some time.

| Buyers who want a delivered flat now |
Anyone wanting a sector with no new construction |

Bottom line: a practical family sector with schools and ready towers; budget for a car and some construction noise.
