An Overview
Kandukur or Kandukuru is a town in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh's SPSR Nellore district. It is a municipality and the administrative centre of Kandukur mandal, as well as the Kandukur revenue division. Kandukur Mandal, with a geographical area of around 225 square kilometres, is located on the south-east side of the Prakasam District. Kandukur Mandal has only one city, Kandukur Municipality, which has an area of 37.63 square kilometres.
