HIGH RISK. Please stay away. This company seems to be a potential fraud. I had booked a flat in Maangalya Park Avenue (A-1303) by paying a booking amount of Rs 5 lakhs. The agreement of sale draft was shared on: 15th May 2021 The agreement execution timeline: 15 days Lockdown period: 27th April - 14th June 2021 Lockdown started within the 15 days period and their office was closed. The day lockdown period ended, the builder demanded the entire bank disbursal in 20 days or threatened either of cancellation or levying heavy interest. The bank was ready to disburse the amount in 30 days but he did not agree. Who would let go of a customer for a difference of 10 days if not in a financial crisis. Also, he is indulging in this behavior at the time of pandemic when banks were not working full capacity. He was completely adamant even after we connected him directly with the banker. We cancelled the agreement as per his repeated mails regarding cancellation. Now, he is not refunding the entire booking amount. I was warned by an ex-employee about the bad situation of the company but I didn't pay much heed as I thought this may be due to some of their old issues and now facing it the hard way. There has been no response to our legal notice also. Please stay away from such fraud builders. There is a chance that he may not complete the building also considering his current behavior. We were told that the model flat will complete by May end but when asked about it, his reply was 'We will complete it whenever we feel like. Dont talk about it. Disburse the amount within 20 days or we will cancel the flat allotment'. I am unable to attach the entire mail conversation here. Please mail me on ca.deepthi@gmail.com for more details. We invest our hard earned money to realize a dream but such frauds play with innocent customers without a smallest regret.
