Kausa is located in the suburb of Mumbra, Thane District in Maharashtra. Kausa is a booming residential area and there are many Industries and business hubs present in the vicinity. There is no problem in terms of electricity and water in the locality. Kausa is administered by Thane Municipal Corporation. Kausa is located on the Old Mumbai Pune National Highway and also much more connected to the Navi Mumbai and Thane. Buses are operated by Navi Mumbai Municipal Transport as well as Thane Municipal Transport respectively. Planned tunnel road to connect the Mumbra and Kausa to the Navi Mumbai through Airoli is also in progress.
