An Overview
Maintained by Mysore Urban Development Authority, Mysore Ring Road is a 42.5 kms long stretch which encircles the city of Mysore. The outer ring road was conceptualized to be an eight lane road but owing to the paucity of funds it got limited to six lanes. It has reduced the bottlenecks in the city and has eased out the traffic congestion.
