Does Sector 30 Noida Have Its Own Pin Code

Sector 30 Noida uses pin code 201303, which it shares with eight other sectors. Sector 30 Noida S.O stands inside the sector but handles counters only; delivery comes from Sector 37 Noida S.O. No alternate code appears in verified addresses, and confidence in 201303 is high.

The honest answer is no, and the reason is instructive. Sector 30 has a post office of its own, Sector 30 Noida S.O, but India Post gave that office a counter role rather than a delivery beat. The code it carries, 201303, is the code of the delivery office two sectors away, Sector 37 Noida S.O. So the sector shares a code, shares a postman network, and keeps a counter close to home.

What the counter does is still useful. Speed Post, Registered Post, savings accounts and Aadhaar updates are all handled at Sector 30 Noida S.O. The same services run at Sector 37 Noida S.O, Sector 41 Noida S.O and Sector 45 Noida S.O. Of those four, only Sector 37 sends out postmen.

Code Where it appears Use it for
201303 Sector 30 Noida S.O inside the sector; establishment addresses Every address, form and checkout for Sector 30

No second code competes with 201303. The group of sectors sharing it is small, just eight others, with Sector 28, Sector 37, Sector 39, Sector 40 and Sector 41 the closest. That compactness makes mis-delivery less likely than in the larger belts of Noida.

The structure of the number tells the rest. Zone 2 is northern India, 20 is western Uttar Pradesh, and 201 is the Ghaziabad sorting district, which also serves Gautam Buddha Nagar. The final 303 identifies the Sector 37 sub office. The office line of authority runs to Noida Head Post Office, the Gautam Buddha Nagar division, the Lucknow HQ region and the Uttar Pradesh circle.

Write a residential address as: Flat 8, Tower 2, Sector 30, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201303. That string passes bank KYC validation and any e-commerce pin code check. An India Post office physically inside the sector confirms the code, which is why confidence is high.

Which Part of Noida Is Sector 30 Noida In

Sector 30 Noida is a residential sector of Noida administered by the NOIDA Authority in Gautam Buddha Nagar district, Uttar Pradesh, and it sits in the Old Noida (Central) belt. Property listings describe it as located near Nithari Marg and Golf Marg, beside Sector 31 and the Jal Vayu Vihar side of Sector 25.

Two listing sites file Sector 30 Noida under two different labels, and the disagreement is instructive. One calls it Northwest Noida; the other groups it under Noida Central. Both describe the same thing: the sector lies inside the older grid of the NOIDA Authority in Gautam Buddha Nagar district, Uttar Pradesh, which is why this guide places it in the Old Noida (Central) belt.

The roads resolve the ambiguity better than the labels. The sector is described as located near Nithari Marg and Golf Marg, with Chameli Marg running through it. The Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is listed as a road the sector connects to, a looser relationship than a boundary.

Neighbors on which two sources agree

Both listing sites name Sectors 25, 25A, 26, 28, 29 and 31 as nearby, and that agreement is the firmest evidence available. Neither offers a boundary statement, so these remain cluster neighbors, written here without compass bearings. One listing says the sector is surrounded by Sector 20, which is read as a nearby entry and nothing firmer.

Sector 30 Noida at a glance

  • City and authority: Noida, NOIDA Authority
  • District: Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh
  • Belt: Old Noida (Central); listings say Northwest Noida and Noida Central
  • Land use: residential sector
  • Roads: Nithari Marg, Golf Marg (near or along), Chameli Marg (through)
  • Agreed neighbors: Sectors 25, 25A, 26, 28, 29, 31
  • Map anchors: Botanical Garden Metro Station 2.4 km, Noida Sector 18 Metro Station 2.5 km
  • Boundary picture: two sources agree on neighbors; no boundary map

Nithari village, on the neighboring Sector 31 side, and the Noida Golf Course are the two anchors without distances, and they carry the most meaning for a local reader. The sector sits on the golf course side of the old grid, next to one of Noida's original villages. Inside the sector, the Shani Mandir is the one named locator.

Two independent listings agree on the neighbors, which gives the picture a reasonable footing. A boundary map is still missing, and the NOIDA Authority's plan remains the final reference.

What Does Sector 30 Noida Consist Of

Sector 30 Noida consists of planned plotted housing in lettered blocks with their own parks, a defense-linked apartment enclave called Ram Vihar, and a large school campus. It is a NOIDA Authority sector with no village abadi described, and this guide classes it as residential.

Sector 30 feels open because each of its lettered blocks was planned around a park. Block A, B, D and E each have one, so the sector reads as clusters of houses facing green squares instead of one continuous built mass.

The NOIDA Authority planned and governs Sector 30, and this guide classes it as residential. Listings describe it as calm and well developed, and they tag it mid-premium.

Plotted houses are the main type, with listings for independent homes in A Block. A second strand of housing comes from enclaves. One address reads "Ram Vihar AWHO," which ties Ram Vihar to the Army Welfare Housing Organisation, and a property portal lists both Ram Vihar and Rail Vihar as projects in the sector. Rail Vihar also appears under Sector 33, so it may straddle the two.

Institutional land takes a visible share. Delhi Public School Noida stands inside the sector, as does the Shani Mandir.

  • Authority: NOIDA Authority
  • Class in this guide: Residential
  • Layout: Lettered blocks, each with a block park
  • Plotted housing: Independent houses, A Block
  • Enclaves: Ram Vihar (AWHO address), Rail Vihar Sector 30
  • Institutional: Delhi Public School Noida
  • Commercial: Kirtiman Plaza
  • Village abadi: None described

Like other planned sectors in Noida, Sector 30 is leasehold land. The authority allots plots on lease, and any resale needs a Transfer Memorandum from the authority after registration. The charge for flats allotted from 2011 onward was cut from 5 percent to 2.5 percent on 24 September 2021; buyers should confirm present rates with the authority.

No source describes a village abadi inside Sector 30.

Two listing sites agree on the sector's neighbors and general character, which gives the description some footing. The Ram Vihar link to AWHO rests on one listing address, though, and no authority document was available to confirm the enclave's status or the mix of plots and flats.

What Makes Sector 30 Noida Feel Secure for Families, and What Should Residents Watch

Sector 30 Noida draws consistently positive resident comments about feeling secure and well lit at night. Its enclaves for defence and railway families and its plotted A Block form a settled residential base, while heavy rain has waterlogged its roads, according to a resident review from September 2025.

Sector 30 is shaped by its enclaves. Ram Vihar, an AWHO housing area for defence families, and Rail Vihar sit beside plotted independent houses in A Block, so a large share of residents live inside defined compounds with controlled entry. Delhi Public School Noida adds a large institutional campus, busy in school hours and quiet after them.

Resident comments found are unusually consistent. One resident review on a listing site says the sector "feels secure and well-lit at night," and other reviews describe it as calm. Reviews are personal impressions, but the agreement among them is worth noting.

The nearest police stations listed for the area include the Sector 24 police station opposite the RTO office. No police release or news report naming the station that covers Sector 30 surfaced, so the local station should confirm beat details for a given address.

At a glance

  • Built form: AWHO Ram Vihar and Rail Vihar enclaves plus plotted A Block houses
  • Police: Sector 24 station listed nearby; covering station not confirmed
  • Night feel: Residents describe the sector as well lit and calm
  • Watch: Roads waterlogged during heavy rain, per a September 2025 review
  • Incidents found: None specific to the sector

Rain is the one recurring complaint. A resident review from September 2025 reports that roads get waterlogged during heavy rains, which can slow a car or make an unlit stretch harder to walk at night. No authority report on drainage in the sector was found.

Help in an emergency comes through 112, the statewide police number, where the state government says average response times fell to about 9.44 minutes by 2023. That figure is a statewide average, not a Noida measure.

A practical check is to drive and walk the approach to the specific house during or just after a monsoon shower, since that is when the sector's only reported problem shows. Ask enclave offices how guards log visitors at night.

The picture is reasonably clear for a residential sector, built on several matching resident reviews, though no news coverage of incidents or police activity here was found.

Where Do Sector 30 Noida Residents Catch the Metro

Botanical Garden, the DMRC Blue and Magenta interchange, is the nearest station to Sector 30 Noida at about 2.4 km, according to a listing site. Noida Sector 18 on the Blue Line is almost level at about 2.5 km, so neither stop is clearly closer.

No metro line runs through Sector 30, so residents reach the network at one of two DMRC stations that a listing site places a little over 2 km away. Both sit on the Blue Line, the first DMRC route into Noida, which opened from New Ashok Nagar to Noida City Centre on Nov. 12, 2009.

Botanical Garden is the more flexible of the two. It is the Magenta Line terminus as well as a Blue Line stop, so a single boarding point covers trips into south Delhi toward Kalkaji Mandir and trips west along the Blue Line. Its four platforms handle both lines.

Botanical Garden : Blue and Magenta lines (DMRC); about 2.4 km; the change point for south Delhi

Noida Sector 18 : Blue Line (DMRC); about 2.5 km; one stop nearer Delhi

Noida Sector 51 : Aqua Line (NMRC); reached by the Blue Line to Noida Sector 52 and the skywalk

Noida Sector 18 is one stop nearer Delhi on the Blue Line. For a ride toward east and central Delhi, it saves one station compared with Botanical Garden, though that hardly matters on a long trip.

Bus links at the stations help with the last leg. DTC routes 33 and 33A stop at Botanical Garden, and in 2019 six of NMRC's 11 feeder bus routes ended there. An up-to-date NMRC feeder route list could not be confirmed, so check routes locally before relying on them.

For Greater Noida, take the Blue Line east to Noida Sector 52 and cross to the NMRC Aqua Line at Noida Sector 51.

Both distances come from one listing site, which does not state whether it measured by road or in a straight line. With only 100 meters between the two figures, treat the stations as equally close and pick by direction of travel.

How Well Is Sector 30 Noida Connected to Delhi

Nithari Marg, Golf Marg and Chameli Marg give Sector 30 Noida its local road grid, and a listing site notes quick access to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The same site puts Nizamuddin railway station about 12 km away and IGI Airport about 28.6 km.

Delhi connections start on the marg roads. Chameli Marg runs through the sector, while Nithari Marg and Golf Marg pass along or near it; one listing describes Nithari Marg as mostly traffic-free in the mornings. A loop of the Noida elevated road also touches the sector, giving a grade-separated way onto the central corridor.

For South Delhi, the DND Flyway remains the direct crossing and has been toll-free since Oct. 26, 2016; the Supreme Court upheld that order on July 13, 2018. The alternative, the at-grade Chilla road toward Mayur Vihar, jams around Film City and the Rashtriya Dalit Prerna Sthal, according to an April 2026 report.

Link to Delhi Today Planned
DND Flyway Open, toll-free since Oct. 26, 2016 Start point of an eight-lane elevated expressway to the Yamuna Expressway; DPR pending (July 2026)
Chilla route At-grade road, congested near Film City Chilla elevated road, 47 percent built in April 2026, July 2027 target
Kalindi Kunj junction Signal-controlled chokepoint Two NHAI loop flyovers approved April 2026, no timeline

A listing site gives about 12 km to Nizamuddin, about 12.5 km to Okhla railway station, about 19 km to Hindon Airport and about 28.6 km to IGI Airport, with its own FAQ quoting a 28 to 30 km range. None of these figures states whether it is a road or straight-line measure.

Nearby bus stops include Sector 38 and Noida Sector 36. The same listing flags noisy expressway traffic at peak hours, congested local streets, hard evening parking and waterlogging after heavy rain.

Delhi access is well described in outline, and four distance figures exist, but they come from one listing site with unstated methods, and no drive times are published for Sector 30.

What Will You Find Inside Sector 30 Noida

Plotted Blocks A through D of independent houses form the base of Sector 30 Noida. Two group housing enclaves stand out: Ram Vihar, built by the Army Welfare Housing Organisation, and the Rail Vihar cooperative society. Kirtiman Plaza is the named commercial complex.

Sector 30 works in two layers. The first is the plotted grid: Blocks A, B, C and D, each made up of independent houses on individual plots. Listings treat them as the sector's sub-localities, and they cover most of its residential land.

The second layer is group housing built for specific communities. Ram Vihar is an Army Welfare Housing Organisation enclave tagged to the sector. Rail Vihar CHS is a cooperative group housing society. Neither has a published year or tower count. Rail Vihar CHS is distinct from the Rail Vihar enclave in Sector 33, though the shared name causes mix-ups in listings.

Indergarhi is a third named sub-locality, but no source describes what it contains.

Blocks A, B, C and D : Plotted blocks of independent houses; the sector's main residential fabric.

Ram Vihar : Army Welfare Housing Organisation (AWHO) enclave.

Rail Vihar CHS : Cooperative group housing society.

Indergarhi : Named sub-locality; contents not described.

Kirtiman Plaza : Commercial complex.

Kirtiman Plaza is the commercial complex listed for the sector. A listing site describes Sector 30 as a calm, developed area, and nothing in the available sources points to new projects under construction.

Several societies on nearby-society lists actually belong to Sectors 29 and 37, so only buildings tagged to Sector 30 are named here.

Blocks and enclaves are confirmed by name; Indergarhi and the societies' build dates remain undocumented.

Which Government Hospitals and Schools Sit in Sector 30 Noida

Sector 30 Noida is home to two government hospitals on Maharaja Agrasen Marg: Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Multispeciality Hospital and Child PGI, a pediatric super-specialty center. Delhi Public School Noida, which teaches CBSE from nursery to Class XII, is also inside the sector, about 0.2 km away by one listing's measure.

Sector 30 carries two of central Noida's public hospitals. Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Multispeciality Hospital is the government district hospital, and directories still list a government district hospital at Indergarhi in Sector 30, the older district hospital site. The district's newer District Combined Hospital now stands on Jain Road in Sector 39A.

Child PGI, formally the Super Speciality Paediatric Hospital and Post Graduate Teaching Institute, is run by the Uttar Pradesh government. It opened with 100 beds and, after a spell as an outpatient clinic, began admitting inpatients on April 12, 2016. Bed counts and emergency hours for both Sector 30 hospitals have not been published.

Private hospitals are next door in Sectors 26 and 27. Apollo Hospitals Noida, NABH and NABL accredited, and Kailash Hospital and Heart Institute, with 325 beds, both state 24-hour emergency care. ICARE Eye Hospital and Post Graduate Institute in Sector 26 handles eye care.

Delhi Public School Noida shares the Maharaja Agrasen Marg stretch with the hospitals. A listing site also places B.S Memorial Public School in Sector 30, without naming a board. N S Public School in Sector 26 and Vishwa Bharati Public School in Sector 28 are both CBSE senior secondary schools nearby.

Inside Sector 30

  • Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Multispeciality Hospital: government district hospital
  • Child PGI: government pediatric super-specialty, 100 beds at opening in 2016
  • Delhi Public School Noida: CBSE, nursery to Class XII, about 0.2 km
  • B.S Memorial Public School: board not stated

Nearby

  • Apollo Hospitals Noida, Sector 26: private, 24-hour emergency
  • Kailash Hospital and Heart Institute, Sector 27: private, 325 beds, 24-hour emergency
  • ICARE Eye Hospital and Post Graduate Institute, Sector 26: private eye hospital
  • N S Public School, Sector 26, and Vishwa Bharati Public School, Sector 28: CBSE senior secondary

The public side is well documented; capacity and emergency hours for the two government hospitals are the clear gap.

What Covers Groceries and Milk in Sector 30 Noida

Kirtiman Plaza in E Block is the shopping complex inside Sector 30 Noida, home to New Family Store, with a Mother Dairy milk shop in the same block. For a mall, a listing site points to Logix Mall in Sector 32, now Bhutani City Center 32, without giving a distance.

Residents of Sector 30 have asked, in listing-site reviews, for more shopping and entertainment options inside the locality. What exists today is compact and practical.

Kirtiman Plaza in E Block is the in-sector shopping complex, and New Family Store trades there, though no source states what the store sells. Milk comes from the Mother Dairy milk shop in Block E, a fixture that property listings use as a landmark.

Banking is where the sector is better served. An Axis Bank branch operates inside Sector 30, and a listing site places State Bank of India about 0.1 km away, Punjab & Sind Bank about 0.2 km away, and Kotak Mahindra Bank and HDFC Bank ATMs about 0.2 km away.

  • Milk: Mother Dairy milk shop, Block E (inside)
  • Shops: Kirtiman Plaza with New Family Store, E Block (inside)
  • Banks: Axis Bank branch (inside); State Bank of India, about 0.1 km; Punjab & Sind Bank, about 0.2 km
  • ATMs: Kotak Mahindra Bank and HDFC Bank, about 0.2 km
  • Market: Brahmaputra Market, Sector 29
  • Mall: Bhutani City Center 32 (formerly Logix Mall), Sector 32

For broader shopping, Brahmaputra Market in Sector 29 sells kitchenware, hosiery, phone accessories and street food, and a business directory lists it as open Monday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The mall named for Sector 30 is Logix Mall in Sector 32. It opened on March 27, 2016, with about 600,000 square feet of retail space, and Bhutani Infra bought it in November 2024, renaming it Bhutani City Center 32.

No pharmacy, fuel station or weekly bazaar is named for the sector. The account covers milk, a shop, banks and the mall; grocery coverage inside the sector rests on one plaza.

What Does a Home in Sector 30 Noida Cost to Rent

A furnished PG bed for women in Sector 30 Noida started at Rs 7,000 a month on a listing site's page updated Oct. 10, 2026. The same page showed 2 and 2.5 BHK homes at Rs 23,000 to Rs 33,500 and a 3 BHK apartment at Rs 49,000.

Sanskriti Homes runs that PG, with food available. Next up, two semi-furnished 1 RK units asked Rs 15,000 each. A rental portal's listings seen in mid-October 2026 show a 1 RK at Rs 20,000 and a 1 BHK at Rs 21,000.

Furnished one-bedroom stock on the Oct. 10 page included a 1.5 BHK villa at Rs 27,000 and a 1 BHK house at Rs 30,000. Five semi-furnished 2 and 2.5 BHK cards asked Rs 23,000, Rs 25,000, Rs 30,000, Rs 30,000 and Rs 33,500.

Two colonies carry names. A 2.5 BHK apartment in Ram Vihar asked Rs 30,000, and a 2.5 BHK builder floor in Rail Vihar Sector 30 asked Rs 23,000. The portal's largest listing was a 4 BHK at Ram Vihar AWHO for Rs 70,000, and its 2 BHK cards sat at Rs 25,000 and Rs 50,000.

Three-bedroom homes split by building type: Rs 30,000 for a builder floor and Rs 49,000 for an apartment. The portal's undated ranges run Rs 8,000 to Rs 15,000 for a 1 BHK, Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000 for a 2 BHK and Rs 25,000 to Rs 35,000 for a 3 BHK, though several of its own listings fall outside them.

  • Beds and single rooms: PG from Rs 7,000; 1 RK at Rs 15,000 (Oct. 10, 2026) and Rs 20,000 (portal, mid-October 2026)
  • One bedroom: Rs 21,000 (portal); Rs 27,000 for a 1.5 BHK villa and Rs 30,000 for a 1 BHK house
  • Two bedrooms: Rs 23,000 to Rs 33,500; portal cards at Rs 25,000 and Rs 50,000
  • Three and four bedrooms: Rs 30,000 and Rs 49,000 for a 3 BHK; Rs 70,000 for a 4 BHK (portal)

The listing site's undated overview puts the sector average at Rs 29 per sq ft a month across 51 homes.

No rent trend is published, and no listing states a deposit or a commercial rent.

These figures rest on one dated source: 55 listings in October 2026.

What Is the Circle Rate in Sector 30 Noida

Sector 30 Noida sits in the district's Band A for residential plots, with a circle rate of Rs 1,03,500 per sq m on roads up to 12 m wide under the list effective Aug. 1, 2019. On the market side, a property portal's August 2026 page puts villas at Rs 28,900 per sq ft.

A circle rate is the government's minimum value for a property when stamp duty is calculated. It is not what sellers ask. The list in force in Gautam Buddh Nagar was notified Aug. 8, 2019, effective Aug. 1, 2019, and the revision drafts of 2024, 2025 and 2026 were never notified.

Band A in that list covers Sectors 14, 14A, 15A, 16, 16A, 16B, 17, 18 and 30.

Band A plot, road up to 12 m : Rs 1,03,500 per sq m of plot area

Band A plot, road 12 m to 18 m : Rs 1,08,700 per sq m of plot area

Band A plot, road 18 m to 24 m : Rs 1,13,850 per sq m of plot area

Band A plot, road above 24 m : Rs 1,19,050 per sq m of plot area

Group housing flat : Rs 55,000 per sq m of covered area

Market asks are a separate set of numbers. The portal's villa series reads Rs 27,650 per sq ft in September 2025, Rs 27,900 in December 2025 and Rs 28,900 in March 2026, with no figure for June. Its percentage change is labeled both quarterly and yearly, so it is not repeated here.

Flats come in lower. Ready-to-move homes in three projects averaged Rs 11,700 per sq ft in June 2026, and the portal's society rows that month put Ram Vihar and Rail Vihar at Rs 11,700 each and RWA Apartments Sector 30 at Rs 11,650. A listing site shows apartments at Rs 5,000 to Rs 8,000 per sq ft across five homes in listings seen in mid-October 2026.

How firm these are: the official rates come from a published 2019 list; the market figures rest on one portal dated to June 2026 and one listing site with a five-home sample.

Should Your Family Move to Sector 30 Noida

Parents chasing a short school run have a clear reason to consider Sector 30 Noida, home to the Delhi Public School Noida campus and a children's hospital. The catch is the commute: the nearest listed metro station is a ride away, and the expressway edge brings peak-hour noise.

On a school morning, a child living in one of the plotted houses of Blocks A to D can walk to Delhi Public School Noida or B.S Memorial Public School while a parent finishes breakfast. For many households, that short school run is the deciding factor. That is the strongest argument for Sector 30.

Families with young children also have the Super Speciality Paediatric Hospital & Post Graduate Teaching Institute, known as Child PGI, inside the sector, along with Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Multispeciality Hospital. Buyers who want a house have the plotted blocks, while those who prefer a flat can look at Rail Vihar CHS or the Ram Vihar enclave of the Army Welfare Housing Organisation.

Renters have a range to work with. A property portal lists two-bedroom rents of Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000 a month, though the ranges are undated and some of its own listings fall outside them.

Daily metro riders without a vehicle should think twice. Botanical Garden Metro Station is listed 2.4 km away, and an undated property portal page described weak last-mile links. The same page mentioned noisy expressway traffic at peak hours, hard evening parking and waterlogging in heavy rain. People who need quiet or rely on public transport may be happier closer to a station.

Pros

  • Delhi Public School Noida and B.S Memorial Public School inside the sector
  • Child PGI and a multispeciality hospital close at hand
  • Choice of plotted houses or cooperative flats

Cons

  • Nearest listed metro station is a ride, not a walk
  • Expressway noise at peak hours
  • Waterlogging reported in heavy rain
  • Evening parking can be hard

Bottom line: A strong pick for school-focused families with a car; a weaker one for metro-dependent commuters.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long until the Aqua Line interchange opens at Botanical Garden, the station nearest Sector 30?

Expect years, not months: as of 3 May 2026 construction tenders for the 11.56 km Sector 142 to Botanical Garden line had not been floated. The Union Cabinet approved the extension in February 2026 at an estimated Rs 2,254 crore. Botanical Garden is planned as a triple interchange for the Aqua, Blue and Magenta lines. One report targets completion within three years of construction start; a March 2026 report said about four. Check NMRC for the latest dated status.

Is there a DTC bus from Botanical Garden station for Sector 30 residents?

Yes, several. DTC routes 33, 33A, 33EXT, 34, 34A, 319, 319A, 323, 347, 347A, 443, 443A and 491 serve Botanical Garden station, the nearest to Sector 30. A YEIDA-run Yamuna Sarthi bus was reported in July 2015 running a 13-stop circle from the station to Sector 22D, but its current frequency is unconfirmed. No dated e-rickshaw fares were found. Check DTC route timings before you rely on a single bus.

Where do Sector 30 owners pay house tax?

NOIDA Authority collects it, not a municipal body. A 2026 lender guide says Noida property tax is paid online through the Authority's Citizen's Interface or at designated bank counters and camps, with the annual due date of 31 March. A July 2026 listing site describes flat tax as roughly 1.5 percent of the Authority-assessed value, an indicative figure only. Verify your assessed amount on the NOIDA Authority's online services before paying.
