Sector 34 is in Noida, Uttar Pradesh and a commonly known residential location. The area diverges from the main road Gijhor and flows eastern side of the road. The place has many banks, temples, churches and mosques, shopping malls and so on. The place also has 3 parks namely Aravali park, Sector 34 park and Udayagiri 2 society park. People residing in this location will visit this park in the evenings. It also has Oriental Bank of Commerce in the southern part of the locality. It is packed with apartments on each street that there is no free space except for the parks.

Why Is the Sector 34 Noida Pin Code Different From Its Neighbours

Sector 34 Noida uses pin code 201307 because Sector 34 Noida S.O, inside the sector, is a delivery sub office with its own beat. Only three other sectors, Sector 55, Sector 61 and Sector 68, share the code. No alternate code appears in verified addresses, and confidence is high.

The answer is a post office. Most central Noida sectors borrow the head office code, 201301, because no office of their own delivers to them. Sector 34 is different: Sector 34 Noida S.O stands inside the sector and India Post has given it a delivery beat. A delivery sub office needs a code of its own, and that code is 201307.

The beat is narrow, which is good news for residents. Only three other sectors use 201307, namely Sector 55, Sector 61 and Sector 68. Fewer sectors on a code means fewer chances of a mis-sort. The branch office Sarfabad B.O in Sector 72 also hangs off this code, serving its own village beat under Sector 34 Noida S.O.

Code Where it appears Use it for
201307 Sector 34 Noida S.O inside the sector; establishment addresses; the three sectors that share it Every Sector 34 address, KYC form and online order

Counters are available at Sector 34 Noida S.O itself, and at Sector 12 Noida S.O and Sector 55 Noida S.O, which handle Speed Post, Registered Post and Aadhaar updates but do not deliver. Of the three, only the Sector 34 office sends postmen out.

Pin code 201307 reads like any other code in the district: 2 for the northern zone, 20 for western Uttar Pradesh, 201 for the Ghaziabad sorting district, which also serves Gautam Buddha Nagar, and 307 for the Sector 34 sub office. The office answers to Noida Head Post Office, then to the Gautam Buddha Nagar division, the Lucknow HQ region and the Uttar Pradesh circle.

Write a flat as: Flat 204, Tower B, Society Name, Sector 34, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201307. The thing to avoid is copying 201301 from a neighbour; a checkout or bank KYC system will accept both codes as Noida, but only 201307 lands the parcel on the right beat.

An India Post office inside the sector confirms the code, so confidence is high.

Which Roads Pin Down Sector 34 Noida

Sector 34 Noida is a residential sector of Noida under the NOIDA Authority in Gautam Buddha Nagar district, Uttar Pradesh, inside the Old Noida (Central) belt. The Sector 35 listing states that Sector 35 borders Sector 34, and the Noida Sector 34 Metro Station on Captain Shashi Kant Sharma Marg sits in the sector's Block C.

Roads do the placing for Sector 34 Noida, because the sector's one confirmed border and its best-known landmark both sit on them. Captain Shashi Kant Sharma Marg runs through the sector, and the Noida Sector 34 Metro Station stands on it in Block C. Golf Marg is described as the main road connecting the locality, and Udyan Marg and Jagannath Mandir Marg run through the interior.

Road Role
Captain Shashi Kant Sharma Marg runs through; metro station in Block C sits on it
Golf Marg main road connecting the locality
Udyan Marg runs through the sector
Jagannath Mandir Marg runs through the sector
Main Road Gijhor runs along the sector toward Gijhor village

The sector belongs to the NOIDA Authority's grid in Gautam Buddha Nagar district, Uttar Pradesh, and to the Old Noida (Central) belt. It is a residential sector. One property listing says it is situated near the Delhi border and close to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway; both claims are doubtful for an interior sector and are set aside.

Neighbors

A listing for Sector 35 says that sector borders Sector 34, so the two share a boundary. The rest are nearby entries: Sectors 33, 51 and 53 from listings for Sector 34 itself, and Sector 32 and Sector 33A from listings for those sectors. No direction is attached to any of them.

Map anchors with distances: Sector 52 Metro Station and Golf Course Metro Station at 3.8 km each. One listing also gives 1.5 km to the Sector 34 station, which conflicts with an encyclopedia entry placing that station inside the sector; the conflict stays open. Shree Jagannath Temple and St. Mary's Catholic Church are locators inside.

The roads are well attested, and the Sector 35 edge is stated outright. The remaining neighbors have no boundary map behind them.

Is Sector 34 Noida Plotted or Group Housing

Sector 34 Noida is both plotted and group housing: a planned NOIDA Authority sector of bungalows and independent houses alongside apartment blocks, several of which listings attribute to the authority itself. No village abadi is reported. This guide classes it as residential.

Sector 34 mixes large private houses with rows of apartment blocks because the authority used it for two purposes at once: allotting plots to individuals and building flats of its own. The apartment blocks carry the names of mountain ranges, such as Aravali, Himgiri, Udaigiri and Dhawalgiri, a naming habit that sets them apart from private projects.

In this guide it sits among the residential sectors of the NOIDA Authority area. A listing site calls it "a well-planned locality," and another describes an established residential and commercial area in central Noida.

A property portal prefixes several of the mountain-named blocks with "NDA," short for Noida Development Authority, which suggests they are authority-built flats. No authority or news source confirms this. If they are, resale follows the authority's fixed transfer-charge schedule, which sets separate charges for EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG flats, and buyers can confirm a block's category with the authority.

Type Examples Notes
Authority flats (by name) NDA Aravali Apartments, NDA Himgiri Apartments, Dhawalgiri Apartment, Nar Vihar 1 and 2 Not confirmed by the authority
Group housing Supertech 34 Pavilion, Udaigiri Apartments Private and possibly authority stock
Plotted houses Bungalows and independent houses No named examples
Commercial B 8 Market Block B
Religious Shree Jagannath Temple, St. Mary's Catholic Church Two sites

Private development is also present. Listings mention "luxurious bungalows, large independent houses, and multi-story apartment buildings," and one developer project sits among them.

The sector is fully developed, with listings describing ready homes and settled infrastructure. No source gives a development year.

Layout details are partial. Pocket C and Block B appear in addresses, with a market in Block B.

No source mentions a village abadi.

Confidence is moderate at best. The bungalow and apartment mix appears in two listing sites, but the authority-flat reading depends on a name prefix, and the share of plots versus flats is unknown.

How Secure Is Sector 34 Noida for Night-shift Workers Coming Home

Sector 34 Noida is a settled mix of Noida Authority apartment complexes, a group housing society and plotted bungalows. The one concern a resident raises about late returns is stray dogs, not crime, and no police or news reports of incidents specific to the sector surfaced.

One resident review on a listing site, written by someone on night shifts, names the problem plainly: "the dog issue here is getting out of hands." For anyone walking home in the small hours, stray dogs along quiet roads are a real hazard, and this is the only security-related complaint about Sector 34 that surfaced.

The housing stock spreads security across several formats. Noida Authority apartment complexes such as Aravali, Himgiri, Udaigiri, Dhawalgiri and Nar Vihar have their own compounds, Supertech 34 Pavilion is a gated society, and the bungalows and large independent houses rely on owners' arrangements. B 8 Market in Block B adds evening activity.

Strengths Watch-outs
Authority apartment compounds and a gated society Stray dogs flagged by a night-shift resident
Market in Block B keeps one area active in the evening Bungalow lanes depend on owners' own security
Sector 24 police station listed nearby Covering station not confirmed by any source
No incident reports found No news coverage to confirm the wider picture

The nearest police stations listed for the area include the Sector 24 police station opposite the RTO office. No police release or news report naming the station that covers Sector 34 was found.

For night-shift workers, district police said in late 2025 that all PRV-112 response vehicles would stay active on roads and female beat officers would work in wards under the state's Mission Shakti drive. Emergency help is on 112 and the women's helpline is 1090. Neither commitment is measured at sector level.

A night-shift worker should walk or ride the route from the main road to the gate at the hour they would normally return, noting where dogs gather and which stretches are lit. Ask the complex's association whether it has raised the dog issue with Noida Authority.

The picture is moderately firm. Resident feedback is specific, but there is no news coverage of the sector.

Does Sector 34 Noida Have Its Own Metro Station

Noida Sector 34 station on the DMRC Blue Line stands inside Sector 34 Noida, in Block C on Captain Shashi Kant Marg, and a listing site puts it about 1.5 km from its reference point for the sector. Residents near Block C are steps away; others face a longer walk.

Sector 34 got its own Blue Line station when DMRC opened the extension from Noida City Centre to Noida Electronic City. The stretch was inaugurated on March 8, 2019 and opened to the public the next day. Noida Sector 34 is the first stop east of City Centre, and its address places it in Block C of the sector.

Measured station to station from their coordinates, Noida City Centre is about 0.94 km away in a straight line and Noida Sector 52 about 1.17 km. Those two neighbors define what the station is useful for. Trains west run through City Centre, Golf Course and Botanical Garden toward Delhi; trains east reach Noida Sector 52, where a 400-meter skywalk leads to the NMRC Aqua Line at Noida Sector 51.

The Aqua Line is a separate system. It has its own fare scale, from Rs 10 to Rs 50 on Monday to Saturday and up to Rs 40 on Sunday, with a 10% discount for smart-card users. DMRC smart cards do not work on it, so a rider changing at Sector 52 needs an NMRC card or token.

A listing site gives figures that sit oddly with the station's address: about 1.5 km to Noida Sector 34 and about 3.8 km each to Noida Sector 52 and Golf Course. Those numbers suggest the site measures from a point well away from Block C.

Source Distance given
Station address Inside the sector, Block C, Captain Shashi Kant Marg
Listing site Noida Sector 34 about 1.5 km; Noida Sector 52 and Golf Course about 3.8 km each
Station coordinates, straight-line Noida City Centre 0.94 km and Noida Sector 52 1.17 km from the Sector 34 station

The firm fact here is location: the station is inside the sector. The listing distances describe one reference point only and should not be read as the distance from any particular home.

What Routes Serve Sector 34 Noida

Golf Marg is the main road into Sector 34 Noida, backed by Captain Shashi Kant Sharma Marg, Udyan Marg and Jagannath Mandir Marg inside the sector and Main Road Gijhor along its edge. Anand Vihar Terminal is about 9.2 km away in a straight line, with Ghaziabad Junction about 10.3 km.

Golf Marg carries most of the traffic that enters and leaves, linking the sector to the City Centre district. Inside, Captain Shashi Kant Sharma Marg runs past Block C, while Udyan Marg and Jagannath Mandir Marg spread traffic across the residential blocks. Main Road Gijhor follows the edge toward Gijhor village and serves as a secondary exit.

The sector's position favors trips east. Measured straight-line from the sector itself, Anand Vihar Terminal and Ghaziabad Junction are both closer than Hazrat Nizamuddin, which sits about 10.7 km away; an older listing put Nizamuddin about 15.5 km by an unstated method. Hindon's civil terminal is about 14.1 km, but it does not handle night landings and its terminal runs over its design capacity.

IGI Terminal 1 is about 23.6 km away and Terminal 3 about 27.1 km in a straight line, while Noida International Airport at Jewar is about 51.6 km. Public e-buses to the new airport launched in June 2026 with fares of Rs 10 to Rs 50 from key Noida and Greater Noida points, running from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at first.

Road names for Sector 34 are well documented, but the distances are straight-line estimates only. No listing site or news report gives a road distance, drive time, local bus stop or road works for the sector.

Nearest hubs, closest first (straight-line from the sector):

  • Anand Vihar Terminal: about 9.2 km (straight-line)
  • Ghaziabad Junction: about 10.3 km (straight-line)
  • Hazrat Nizamuddin: about 10.7 km (straight-line)
  • Hindon Airport: about 14.1 km (straight-line)

Which Authority Apartment Complexes Stand in Sector 34 Noida

Noida Authority apartment complexes named after mountain ranges dominate Sector 34 Noida: Aravali, Himgiri, Nilgiri, Udaigiri and Dhawalgiri. Private enclaves such as Nar Vihar and Kribhco Apartments, plus plotted bungalow blocks A, B and C, complete a mostly settled, ready housing stock.

Read the society names in Sector 34 and a theme emerges: Aravali, Himgiri, Nilgiri, Udaigiri, Dhawalgiri. These are the Noida Authority's apartment complexes, named after Indian mountain ranges, and they make up the sector's core housing.

Aravali Apartments comes in two phases, I and II. Udaigiri Apartments is likewise split into Udaigiri 1 and 2, with an address in Block 9. Himgiri Apartments rounds out the complexes that listings explicitly tag as Authority projects, while Nilgiri and Dhawalgiri are listed in the same Authority flats category. No source gives build years or tower counts for any of them.

Privately organized enclaves fill the gaps. Nar Vihar runs in two phases, Phase 1 and Phase 2. Amber Apartments and Kribhco Apartments, sometimes spelled Karbhako, are also tagged to the sector. Supertech 34 Pavilion is a Supertech apartment project listed here, though its status has not been confirmed.

Name Builder Status
Aravali Apartments I and II Noida Authority Existing, per listings
Himgiri Apartments Noida Authority Existing, per listings
Udaigiri Apartments 1 and 2 Noida Authority Existing, per listings
Nilgiri Apartments Authority flats category Existing, per listings
Dhawalgiri Apartments Authority flats category Existing, per listings
Nar Vihar Phase 1 and 2 Not published Existing, per listings

Kribhco Apartments Not published Existing, per listings
Supertech 34 Pavilion Supertech Not verified

Plotted housing takes up the remaining blocks. Block A, Block B and Pocket C hold bungalows and independent houses, and the B-8 Market in Block B serves as the local commercial strip. Portals describe Sector 34 as an established area with ready-to-move flats.

A Jaypee Wish Town Klassic listing tagged to Sector 34 actually belongs to Sector 134 and is excluded.

Complex names are well established; years, tower counts and Supertech 34 Pavilion's status are not published.

Where Do Children in Sector 34 Noida Study and Get Treated

Billabong High International School, which offers CBSE and Cambridge (CAIE) programs to senior secondary, is at A-73 in Sector 34 Noida. Massh-Manas Super Speciality Hospital sits inside the sector too, at A-93 Gijhore Road. Medanta Noida in Sector 50 is the closest large hospital, 1.3 km in a straight line.

Two schools have addresses here. Billabong High International School runs both CBSE and CAIE tracks through senior secondary, and Masha Daycare & Play School at 106-D covers preschool. Across the boundary in Sector 33, SRM Public School and Assisi Convent School teach CBSE to senior secondary.

Straight-line figures from the sector's center add more choices. Ramagya School in Sector 50 is 0.8 km away and Kothari International School, also in Sector 50, is 1.4 km. PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya in Sector 24, a central government school founded in 1987 under CBSE affiliation 2100045, lies 1.7 km off. The Khaitan School in Sector 40 is 2.0 km.

On the health side, Massh-Manas Super Speciality Hospital, also called Manas Hospital, is the private specialist hospital inside the sector. Its bed count and emergency hours are not published. Prakash Hospital in Sector 33 and two private hospitals in Sector 35, Sumitra and Surbhi, are close by address.

Measured as the crow flies, Medanta Noida is 1.3 km away and reported 382 operational beds and NABH accreditation in May 2026. ESIC Model Hospital, the public hospital for insured workers, is 1.9 km away. Kailash Hospital and Neuro Institute in Sector 71 is 2.5 km.

Facility Type Where Distance
Billabong High International School CBSE and CAIE, senior secondary A-73, Sector 34 Inside
Masha Daycare & Play School Preschool 106-D, Sector 34 Inside
Massh-Manas Super Speciality Hospital Private super-specialty A-93, Sector 34 Inside
Ramagya School CBSE Sector 50 0.8 km straight-line
Medanta Noida Private super-specialty, NABH Sector 50 1.3 km straight-line
ESIC Model Hospital Public, insured workers Sector 24 1.9 km straight-line

School coverage is strong on detail; hospital data is thinner, since the in-sector hospital publishes little.

Who Sells Groceries in Sector 34 Noida

B-8 Market in Block B is Sector 34 Noida's local market, with Madan Super Store and South Indian Store for groceries. The nearest mall by straight-line distance is Bhutani City Center 32, the former Logix City Centre, at about 1.2 km, and Spectrum Metro is about 1.8 km.

Two grocers set the tone in Block B. Madan Super Store trades from B-8 Market, the sector's local market, and South Indian Store sits in the same block, a name that suggests regional staples although no source lists its stock.

Banking is close. A listing site places Canara Bank and an RBL Bank ATM each about 0.1 km away.

For a mall, a listing site calls Modi Mall the nearest, without giving its sector, and also names Logix City Centre and G2 One Mall in Sector 32. By straight-line measure from the sector, Bhutani City Center 32, as Logix is now called, is about 1.2 km away.

Spectrum Metro in Sector 75 is about 1.8 km straight-line. It is Blue Square's 9-acre complex of shops, a food court and offices. A listing site also names Kanchenjunga Market in Sector 53 as a nearby market.

The older central markets sit farther off: Brahmaputra Market is about 3.2 km and Atta Market about 3.8 km as the crow flies.

Local market: B-8 Market, Block B Grocers: Madan Super Store; South Indian Store Banks: Canara Bank and RBL Bank ATM, about 0.1 km Nearest mall (straight-line): Bhutani City Center 32, 1.2 km Second mall (straight-line): Spectrum Metro, 1.8 km Brahmaputra Market (straight-line): 3.2 km The Great India Place (straight-line): 3.9 km

Sources name no pharmacy, milk booth, fuel station or weekly bazaar for Sector 34. Groceries, banks and malls are documented; the rest is unpublished.

What Is the Monthly Rent for a Flat in Sector 34 Noida

A 1 BHK in Udaigiri Apartments, Sector 34 Noida, asked Rs 20,000 a month on a listing site's page last updated Aug. 19, 2026. Two-bedroom cards on that page ran from Rs 25,000 to Rs 45,000, and 3 BHK cards from Rs 35,000 to Rs 45,000.

Sector 34 is a sector of named apartment blocks, and the August page lists six of them. From Udaigiri, a 2.5 BHK asked Rs 26,000. Dhawalgiri Apartments showed a furnished 2 BHK at Rs 30,000, and a 2 BHK independent house in Nar Vihar 1 asked Rs 26,000.

Farther up, Supertech 34 Pavilion listed 2 BHK flats at Rs 35,002 to Rs 40,000 and a 3 BHK at Rs 35,000, while a rental portal's listings seen in mid-October 2026 put a 3 BHK there at Rs 56,000. Amber Apartments carried a 3 BHK at Rs 40,000, and Nilgiri Apartments listed both a furnished 2 BHK and a furnished 3 BHK at Rs 45,000.

Society Unit Rent
Udaigiri Apartments 1 BHK; 2.5 BHK Rs 20,000; Rs 26,000
Dhawalgiri Apartments 2 BHK, furnished Rs 30,000
Nar Vihar 1 2 BHK independent house Rs 26,000
Supertech 34 Pavilion 2 BHK; 3 BHK Rs 35,002 to Rs 40,000; Rs 35,000 (portal Rs 56,000)
Amber Apartments 3 BHK Rs 40,000
Nilgiri Apartments 2 BHK and 3 BHK, furnished Rs 45,000 each

Monthly rents from a listing site page updated Aug. 19, 2026, unless noted.

Smaller units are scarce. The portal's mid-October listings showed a 1 RK at Rs 18,000 and a 2 BHK at Rs 35,000, and the listing site carried an unnamed 1 BHK flat at Rs 48,000. Zenstay's furnished PG, with food, offered private rooms from Rs 18,000 a month on the August page.

The portal's undated ranges give Rs 12,000 to Rs 20,000 for a 1 BHK, Rs 18,000 to Rs 30,000 for a 2 BHK and Rs 25,000 to Rs 45,000 for a 3 BHK. The listing site's undated overview averages Rs 30 per sq ft a month across about 36 homes and shows an unlabeled 7.14 percent beside it.

No card states a security deposit, and no shop or office rent is listed for the sector.

How firm: one dated source, 34 listings last updated Aug. 19, 2026, now two months old, plus undated portal figures.

What Are Society Flats Priced At in Sector 34 Noida

Apartments in Sector 34 Noida averaged Rs 10,800 per sq ft on a property portal's August 2026 page, a figure dated to June 2026 and reported as up 6.36 percent year over year. Nar Vihar 1 led the portal's society list at Rs 11,400 per sq ft.

Sector 34 is a sector of named apartment blocks, set among independent houses and builder floors. The portal lists nine of these blocks with their own figures on its August 2026 page.

Society Price per sq ft Date
Nar Vihar 1 Rs 11,400 August 2026 page
Supertech 34 Pavilion Rs 10,700 August 2026 page
Uday Giri Apartments Rs 10,000 August 2026 page
Nar Vihar 2 Rs 8,850 August 2026 page
Udaigiri Apartments Rs 8,750 August 2026 page
Dhawal Giri Apartment Rs 8,700 August 2026 page
NDA Aravali Apartments Rs 8,700 August 2026 page
Amber Apartments Rs 8,450 August 2026 page
NDA Himgiri Apartments Rs 8,450 August 2026 page

Beyond flats, villas on the same page averaged Rs 34,700 per sq ft, and ready-to-move homes across 11 projects averaged Rs 9,209. The portal also shows a wider micromarket rate of Rs 11,700 per sq ft in December 2025, Rs 10,900 in March 2026 and Rs 11,700 in June 2026; it covers the surrounding area, not Sector 34 alone.

Commercial space appears too. Moulshree Shopping Complex carried a listing rate of Rs 8,850 per sq ft on the August 2026 page.

Official rates are a separate measure.

The district administration's circle rate list notified Aug. 8, 2019, effective Aug. 1, 2019, remains in force, and it values group housing flats here at Rs 50,000 per sq m of covered area. Plots sit in Band B, from Rs 72,000 per sq m on roads up to 12 m wide to Rs 82,800 per sq m on roads above 24 m, with Rs 75,600 and Rs 79,200 in between.

These set the floor for stamp duty and are not market prices.

How firm these are: one portal with nine named societies and a dated year-over-year change; a second site's figure for the sector was far out of line and is left out.

Is Sector 34 Noida a Practical Base for Metro Commuters

With a metro station inside Block C, Sector 34 Noida suits people who commute by train every day, and its many authority-built apartment complexes give renters a wide choice of flats. Buyers who want a new tower with long amenity lists will find mostly established stock.

A commuter in Udaigiri Apartments can leave home, walk to Noida Sector 34 Metro Station and be on a train without an auto ride. Connaught Place is 15.2 km away in a straight line. For daily riders, that walk is the whole argument.

Working professionals renting a flat are the first fit. The sector's Noida Authority complexes, Aravali, Himgiri, Nilgiri, Udaigiri and Dhawalgiri, along with Nar Vihar and Supertech 34 Pavilion, give a deep pool of flats. A property portal lists two-bedroom rents of Rs 18,000 to Rs 30,000 a month, though the figures are undated.

Families with young children have Billabong High International School and Masha Daycare & Play School inside. Older residents have Massh-Manas Super Speciality Hospital in the sector, and Medanta Noida is 1.3 km away in a straight line. Daily shopping is handled at the B-8 Market in Block B.

Buyers who want a fresh launch with a clubhouse and pool should look at newer sectors, since most of the stock here is established authority flats and plotted bungalows. Price figures are also mixed: one property portal figure falls far below the others, so compare several sources before deciding.

Sector 34 at a glance

  • Metro: Station inside the sector
  • Flat choice: Wide, across several authority complexes
  • Schools inside: A school and a daycare
  • Hospital access: One inside, a large one nearby
  • New-launch options: Limited
  • Rent figures: Undated ranges

Bottom line: If the metro is your daily lifeline, Sector 34 lets you live without a car; buyers chasing new towers should keep looking.
