Sector 64, sector 65 and Medawas are the neighbouring localities of sector 63. The locality is easily accessible through the Delhi Expressway and Metro. Haryana roadways buses offers better connectivity of this locality with other parts of Delhi NCR and nearby cities. It is close to railway station and HUDA City Centre metro station. In addition, Indira Gandhi National Airport is just 23 km away from Sector 63 via Delhi Expressway. Numerous reputed schools and Educational Institutes are available in or near this locality. A number of hospitals and banks are also available in the area along with shopping malls and other recreational activity hubs.
Why Does Sector 63 Noida Show Two Pin Codes
Sector 63 Noida's working pin code is 201301, delivered by Noida Head Post Office, and it is the one to use for the industrial blocks. A second code, 201309, appears for the Chhajarsi colony pocket inside the sector, where Chhajarsi B.O is listed. Bank branches and factories in Sector 63 print 201301, so confidence is high.
Two codes, two beats, one sector. The industrial blocks of Sector 63 are on the Noida Head Post Office beat under 201301. The Chhajarsi village colony inside the sector has its own branch office, Chhajarsi B.O, and that office is listed under 201309, the Sector 62 sub office code. Both are real India Post arrangements rather than portal errors, which is why both keep turning up.

| 201309 |

The verdict for a business is plain: use 201301. Three verified establishments, two bank branches and a manufacturer, print it on their addresses, and the head office delivers to the plots. That is also why confidence is high. Chhajarsi B.O, though it stands inside the sector and does deliver, serves the colony lanes and not the factory rows.
Counters and the GST line
No sub office sits in Sector 63. Speed Post, Registered Post, Aadhaar and savings-account counters on 201301 are at Noida H.O, Sector 16 Noida S.O and Sector 27 Noida S.O; the two sub offices are counter-only. A GST or Udyam registration should carry the plot form: [Company Name], H-1/A-7, Sector 63, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301.
Pin code 201301 is shared by 96 other sectors, among them Sector 60, Sector 63A, Sector 64, Sector 65 and Sector 66, so the plot and block line does the real work of locating a unit.
The head office answers to the Gautam Buddha Nagar division, the Lucknow HQ region and the Uttar Pradesh circle. In the digits, 2 is the northern zone, 20 is Uttar Pradesh, 201 is the Ghaziabad sorting district, which also serves Gautam Buddha Nagar, and 301 is the delivering head office.
What Lies Around Sector 63 Noida
Sector 63 Noida is an industrial sector of the NOIDA Authority in Gautam Buddha Nagar district, Uttar Pradesh, and its alternate name, Phase-3, is also the name of this guide's NH-24 belt from Sector 57 to Sector 69. NH-9 runs along it, and it borders Sector 62, Yusufpur village and Indirapuram.
NH-9, the Delhi-Meerut Expressway stretch also listed as NH-24, is described as the main road that runs along Sector 63, and that single fact places the sector on the Ghaziabad edge of Noida. The Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad Expressway is named as its connector, while Vishwakarma Road and Lohia Road are the local streets inside.
The sector belongs to the NOIDA Authority in Gautam Buddha Nagar district. This guide classes it as industrial land and also knows it by the name Phase-3. Its locality page calls it a mixed-use residential and commercial locality in central Noida. Chhajarsi is the village abadi inside it, and Chhajarsi Chowk is one of the landmarks that locate it, together with the International Trade Expo Centre and Radha Krishan Park.
Neighbors and borders
The locality page states that Sector 63 borders Sector 62, Yusufpur village and Indirapuram in Ghaziabad. Other sectors confirm an edge from their own side: the Sector 64, Sector 67 and Sector 69 pages each name Sector 63 as a border, and the Sector 62 page does the same. Sector 65 and Sector 63A are only listed nearby, as are Khora Colony, Christian Nagar and Nai Basti Dundahera on the Ghaziabad side.

The Ghaziabad localities along its listed edge say as much about the sector's position as any number. The outline is reasonably firm. One detailed listing gives the bordering statement and the road picture, and four neighboring sector pages agree, but no authority plan has been found to confirm it.
Does Sector 63 Noida Have a Village Abadi
Yes, by this guide's count: Sector 63 Noida is a planned NOIDA Authority industrial sector with the Chhajarsi village abadi inside. Factories and commercial offices fill the planned plots, gated housing is scarce, and the abadi itself has not been described by any source.
Sector 63 is so closely tied to Noida's third industrial phase that this guide carries "Phase-3" as an alternate name for it. An online sector directory lists 63 with 57, 58, 60, 64 and 65 as the Phase 3 sectors, and a residents' forum agrees. The industrial use is concrete: a 2020 news headline reported a fire at a toy-manufacturing unit in Sector 63.
Commercial and office space has grown on top of that base. A property portal calls the sector "primarily a commercial locality" with few gated residential options, and elsewhere "a mixed-use residential and commercial locality." The International Trade Expo Centre, known as ITEC, is the largest named commercial use, an exhibition venue on sector land.
Chhajarsi is the village. This guide places its abadi in Sector 63, and Chhajarsi Chowk is a known landmark of the sector. In Noida, abadi means the inhabited part of a village that was kept out of acquisition: older houses on their own lanes, outside the authority's block plan. No source describes Chhajarsi's housing or extent, and one portal lists a "Chhajarsi Colony" under Sector 60 instead, so the settlement may spill across sector lines.
The standing of such land is still being worked out. In 2021 the NOIDA Authority ran a drone-based property survey across all 54 of its villages and its urban sectors. The authority treats abadi that has not been regularized as encroachment, while farmers regard it as their homes.

What Should Call-centre Workers Know About Safety in Sector 63 Noida
Sector 63 Noida is a working sector of factories, offices and call centres, covered by the Sector 63 police station. Its documented problems are fraud operations shut down by police, not street violence, plus patchy lighting in older blocks that makes walking alone at night uncomfortable for some workers.
Twice in recent years, police in Sector 63 have shut down call centres that existed to cheat people. In April 2022 they busted a fake job-placement operation that charged job seekers registration and verification fees, and 10 people were arrested. In February 2024 a fake online-loan outfit sending forged approval letters over WhatsApp was busted after an FIR at the Sector 63 police station.
For job seekers, those cases carry a plain lesson. A legitimate employer does not charge a fee to interview or place you. Check the company's registration, visit the office in daylight and treat any request for money before joining as a warning sign.
Police coverage is well documented. Press releases from September 2023, November 2024, December 2025 and March 2026 show the Sector 63 police station handling cases from the sector; the station itself stands in Sector 63A along the FNG Expressway. Its officers also take part in drives against drinking in public, and in one drive reported in June 2026 they booked 72 people in markets, roads and parks.

Night conditions are the weaker side. One resident review on a listing site says "it's a bit tricky to walk alone on the street at night," and a listing summary flags inconsistent street lighting in older blocks. Gated housing is limited, so most people who live here stay in standalone buildings or rooms around Chhajarsi, without a society gate between them and the road.
If your shift ends after dark and your employer does not provide a cab, walk the route from office to room once at that hour. Note which blocks have lights, where guards sit and whether Chhajarsi Chowk or Vishwakarma Road offers a lit, busy waiting point.
The picture is firm on police coverage and fraud enforcement, which are well reported. Accounts of night conditions come from a small number of reviews.
Which Station Is the Better Pick From Sector 63 Noida
The metro stop that serves Sector 63 Noida best is Noida Sector 62 on the Blue Line, at about 1.4 km according to a listing site. Noida Electronic City, the line's eastern terminus, follows at about 1.9 km, even though its listed address straddles the Sector 62 and Sector 63 boundary.
The terminus carries Sector 63 in its address, yet the listing site ranks it second. That is less odd than it looks. Sector 63 is a large industrial sector stretching along NH-9, the FNG Expressway, Vishwakarma Road and Lohia Road, and the site measures from a reference point it does not name. Units near the Sector 62 side may find Noida Sector 62 station closer, while those on the boundary may be nearer Noida Electronic City.
Both stations belong to the DMRC Blue Line and opened to the public on 9 March 2019. Noida Electronic City took over as the line's eastern end from Noida City Centre, which had held that role since 2009. The terminus has parking, and a 2023 property news article notes that Gate 3 faces the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology.
Westbound trains from either station run through Noida into Delhi. A change at Botanical Garden reaches the Magenta Line, including Okhla Bird Sanctuary station in Noida Sector 94, and a change at Noida Sector 52 reaches the NMRC Aqua Line at Noida Sector 51 by skywalk.

No station sits inside Sector 63 by the listing site's account, and no proposed corridor adds a stop here.
Both distances come from one listing site that does not say whether it counts road or straight-line distance. The 0.5 km gap between the two stations is narrow, so the better pick depends on the block, not on the ranking.
What Are the Entry Points to Sector 63 Noida
About 3 lakh people a day pass through the Chhijarsi Cut, the NH-9 underpass that feeds Sector 63 Noida, according to an August 2026 news report. Ghaziabad Junction is the nearest rail hub, about 5.6 km in a straight line and about 7.4 km by a listing site's count.
NH-9, the corridor shared with the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, is described by a listing site as the main road running along the locality. Traffic leaves the highway at the Chhijarsi underpass, which a news report from Aug. 17, 2026, names as the entry toward Sectors 63 and 63A. Inside the grid, listing sites name Vishwakarma Road, Lohia Road and Karna Road.
The FNG Expressway is listed as a connector for intercity trips, though no exit is named and only about 3 km of its Noida section was open as of June 2025.
The Chhijarsi bottleneck has a proposed fix. The same report describes a 900 m four-lane flyover from the underpass near SGM Hospital toward Industrial Sector 63, landing near the Shani Temple. The authority's CEO has approved it, but it still awaits board approval, and widening of the Chhijarsi Mod to FNG road is pending.
Straight-line figures here come from a geocoded point for the sector. Anand Vihar Terminal sits about 7.4 km away, Hindon Airport about 10.2 km and Hazrat Nizamuddin about 13.2 km. IGI Terminal 1 is about 26.3 km away.
By road, a listing site puts Sahibabad railway station about 7.6 km away via NH-9, and another says both Ghaziabad and Anand Vihar stations are within 10 km. Hindon Airport is about 15.4 km by one listing.
Congestion is routine. Reviews describe peak-hour NH-9 traffic, roadblocks as an everyday sight and heavy traffic on the expressway approach, and say auto connections for the last mile are inconsistent.
Entry points are well documented; distances mix geometry with listing estimates.
Main road: NH-9 / Delhi-Meerut Expressway Highway entry: Chhijarsi underpass, about 3 lakh daily users Local roads: Vishwakarma Road, Lohia Road, Karna Road Ghaziabad Junction: about 5.6 km straight-line; about 7.4 km per a listing Sahibabad station: about 7.6 km via NH-9 per a listing Planned: Chhijarsi flyover, CEO-approved, awaiting board (August 2026)
What Gets Made in Sector 63 Noida
Small and midsize factories in lettered blocks make Sector 63 Noida one of the densest Phase III industrial estates, and many units now serve as offices and coworking floors. Two Motherson group plants, Anest Iwata Motherson and Nissin Advanced Coating Indo, sit alongside electrical makers Jaksons and AMBIT Switchgear.
Sector 63 belongs to the third phase of NOIDA's industrial build-out, the northeastern group that also includes Sectors 57, 58, 60, 64 and 65. Its plots are laid out in blocks A, B, F and H, and the products made here sort into three lines.
Finishing and compressed air equipment is the Motherson contribution. Anest Iwata Motherson Pvt Ltd, a joint venture making air compressors and painting equipment, runs a plant at B 123 and 124. Nissin Advanced Coating Indo Co. Pvt Ltd, a Motherson group coating unit, operates at B 135.
Power and electrical gear is the second line. Jaksons works in power distribution, generator sets and solar EPC, and AMBIT Switchgear makes low-voltage switchgear. Nexgen Consultancy Pvt Ltd makes data concentrator units.
Consumer goods appear too. A fire in August 2020 was reported at a toy-manufacturing unit in the sector; the unit is not named in the report.

The office conversion is visible in three workspace operators: Procapitus Business Park, USIS BizPark and Cubicle Workzone on the second floor of F-294. Standalone buildings in H Block are also offered for occupation.
A village list places the Chhajarsi abadi in Sector 63, and Chhajarsi Chowk is a sector landmark, but no source describes the abadi. One portal assigns Chhajarsi Colony to Sector 60 instead.
The factory names are solid; how much floor space has shifted to offices is not measured.
What Medical Care Can Workers in Sector 63 Noida Reach
Sector 63 Noida has no ESIC dispensary of its own; insured workers use the one in Sector 57 and ESIC Model Hospital in Sector 24. For emergencies, Fortis Hospital Noida is 1.2 km in a straight line. New Sainik Public School, a CBSE school to Class 12, sits inside the sector.
Sector 63 belongs to Noida's Phase 3 industrial belt, and its health picture starts with what it lacks. No ESI dispensary is listed inside the sector. Insured workers are served by the dispensary in Sector 57, one of four ESIC runs in Noida, and by ESIC Model Hospital in Sector 24. That hospital is 5.0 km away in a straight line from the middle of the sector.
For an accident on the floor, the nearest large emergency department is at Fortis Hospital Noida, B-22, Sector 62, 1.2 km straight-line. A listing site names it as the nearest medical facility. It has more than 400 beds, 25 of them for emergencies, and NABH accreditation since 2007.
Kailash Hospital and Neuro Institute in Sector 71 is 2.5 km straight-line, and a health directory credits it with 200 beds, 58 of them ICU. Medanta Noida and Metro Hospital and Heart Institute are both 5.3 km. A listing link suggests Chetram Paisal Nursing Home is in Sector 63, but its address is unverified. Noida Multispeciality Hospital and R N Hospital are named without addresses.
Schools are more local. A school directory lists nine with Sector 63 addresses, mostly on the Chotpur and Chhajarsi village side. New Sainik Public School and R.S International School teach CBSE from Nursery to Class 12, and Nav Saraswati Inter College follows the State Board over the same span.
Rudra Global School runs CBSE and State Board to Class 8, and Gyandeep Public School to Class 10. ASPAM Scottish School in Sector 62 is about 1.68 km away. No ITI is listed.

Schools inside the sector are confirmed; worker health relies on facilities outside it, measured only in straight lines.
What Do Workers in Sector 63 Noida Use for Food and Errands
Haldiram's, on Sector 63 Road in H Block, is the one named food outlet inside Sector 63 Noida, and a commercial market sits near Noida Electronic City station. For township shopping, the Gaur City 2 14th Avenue market in Greater Noida West lies 3.5 km away as the crow flies.
Sector 63 is one of Noida's Phase 3 industrial sectors, and published sources name little of what its workforce uses day to day. Haldiram's in H Block, part of Electronic City, offers dine-in, takeaway and snack retail on Sector 63 Road. Property listings also point to a commercial market near Noida Electronic City station inside the sector, without naming its shops.
The villages next door fill the gaps. Listings filed under Sector 63 use Shree Gyan Singh Yadav Market in Wazidpur and Rasoolpur as a landmark, and Shivam Medical Store in Rasoolpur is the one pharmacy named. Chhajarsi, the village tied to the sector, has Om Sweets as a listing landmark, though no source describes its shops.
Punjab and Sind Bank's Noida zonal office appears among nearby establishments. No ATM, petrol pump, dhaba cluster or canteen strip is named.
A listing site calls North India Mall the nearest shopping mall without placing it, and also lists Reliance Smart Bazaar inside Shipra Mall in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. As the crow flies from the sector, the Gaur City 2 14th Avenue market is 3.5 km away, Gaur City Arcade 3.7 km and Spectrum Metro in Sector 75 is 5.6 km.
- Eat: Haldiram's, H Block, Sector 63 Road; Om Sweets, Chhajarsi
- Shop: commercial market near Noida Electronic City station; Shree Gyan Singh Yadav Market, Wazidpur and Rasoolpur
- Pharmacy: Shivam Medical Store, Rasoolpur
- Bank: Punjab and Sind Bank, Noida zonal office
- Larger shopping: Gaur City 2 14th Avenue market, 3.5 km straight-line; Spectrum Metro, 5.6 km straight-line
Worker food and shopping options in Sector 63 are only partly named, and ATMs and fuel are missing from every source.
What Do Warehouses and Factories Rent for in Sector 63 Noida
Sector 63 Noida had 90 warehouse listings on a property portal updated September 26, 2026. The units it shows, 2,500 to 6,500 sq ft built-up, ask from Rs 1.05 lakh a month for 3,000 sq ft to Rs 3 lakh a month for 5,000 sq ft.
Factory listings here often carry a posting date. On a listing site, a 6,500 sq ft factory posted September 7, 2026 asks Rs 4 lakh, a 25,000 sq ft unit in Block A posted July 29, 2026 asks Rs 7 lakh, and a 5,000 sq ft unit posted July 18, 2026 asks Rs 2 lakh. None of the three listings states the period.
Larger floors are priced only in listing text. Descriptions seen in mid-October 2026 put a 60,000 sq ft factory at Rs 15.60 lakh a month plus GST and a 22,000 sq ft unit at Rs 3.50 lakh a month. An undated card asks Rs 2.70 lakh for a unit its description calls 8,000 sq ft, though its size field says 4,500.
Of the 21 Sector 63 cards, sized 4,500 to 150,000 sq ft across Blocks A, C, D, F, G and H, 17 read Call for Price.
Office supply is the largest pool, with 1,077 listings on the property portal's October 14, 2026 page. The 24 visible listings ran from Rs 18,000 a month for 270 sq ft to Rs 4 lakh for 11,000 sq ft.
Zygon Square listed 1,500 sq ft at Rs 90,000 and 220 sq m at Rs 30,000, and ARV Park listed 2,400 sq ft at Rs 1.2 lakh and 6,600 sq ft at Rs 2 lakh.
Rooms make up most of the housing on offer. A rental portal's October 2026 page gives 1 RK at Rs 3,500 to Rs 10,000 and 1 BHK at Rs 5,750 to Rs 15,000 a month, with society deposits of Rs 3,500 to Rs 80,000.
A semi-furnished 500 sq ft 1 BHK in H Block, seen in mid-October 2026, asks Rs 15,000. The page's 2 BHK and 3 BHK figures lean on listings from other localities, so they are not given here.

How Are Factories and Industrial Plots Priced in Sector 63 Noida
Factories of 800 sq m in Sector 63 Noida were posted at Rs 18 crore on Sept. 18, 2026, and Rs 22 crore on July 19, 2026, while a 1,000 sq m factory went up at Rs 20 crore on Oct. 10, 2026. Sector 63 also carries its own industrial circle rate of Rs 85,000 per sq m.
Sector 63 has a deep pool of industrial sale listings. An industrial listing site's header showed 222 Sector 63 results in mid-October 2026; of the 20 on view, 15 were factories, two were industrial land, two were commercial plots and one was a shop. A property portal page, last updated Oct. 2, 2026, showed 154 listings of all kinds.
That portal's larger asks were a 2,100 sq m industrial plot at Rs 35 crore, a 36,000 sq ft industrial building filed as office space at Rs 50 crore and a 250 sq m warehouse at Rs 7.25 crore. Offices were listed at Rs 17 crore for 16,000 sq ft and Rs 14 crore for 450 sq m.
Undated listings on the industrial site add a 1,000 sq m factory in Block D at Rs 20 crore, a 27,500 sq ft factory at Rs 21.50 crore and 1,000 sq m of industrial land at Rs 14 crore.
Pockets of housing sit inside the sector too. Two ARV Park houses asked Rs 12.28 crore for a 5 BHK of 3,304 sq ft and Rs 11 crore for a 6 BHK of 2,960 sq ft.
Plots were listed at Rs 2.08 crore for 500 sq yd, Rs 2.6 crore for 100 sq m in Shri Radhe Shyam Vatika and Rs 7.17 crore for 287 sq m. The portal also prints a per sq ft average it labels as apartments; it does not match this sector's stock and is not used.

Official rates come from the district list notified Aug. 8, 2019, and effective Aug. 1, 2019, still in force because later drafts were never notified. They fix the floor for stamp duty and are not market prices. No NOIDA Authority allotment rate for the sector was found.
Firmness is high: two independent sources, with factory asks posted between July and October 2026.
Does Sector 63 Noida Work Better for a Factory or a Coworking Desk
Once a dense block of small and midsize factories, Sector 63 Noida now splits its plots between manufacturing and offices, which makes it a strong match for small manufacturers, startups and coworking users who want a highway and a metro nearby. Families seeking a calm home should look elsewhere.
Small and midsize manufacturers are the traditional fit. Anest Iwata Motherson, which makes air compressors and painting equipment, and Nissin Advanced Coating Indo, a Motherson group coating unit, both run plants here, alongside electrical makers such as Jaksons and AMBIT Switchgear. A firm in power equipment, switchgear or coatings will find suppliers and skilled hands nearby.
Leased factory space is visible on the market. A Block A listing posted July 29, 2026 asked Rs 7 lakh, and others asked less.
Startups and small teams wanting a desk rather than a shed have choices too. Procapitus Business Park, USIS BizPark and Cubicle Workzone offer office and coworking space, and Noida Sector 62 metro station is about 1.4 km away by listed distance. NH-9 and the FNG Expressway carry goods in and out.
Workers who want to live near the job can rent cheaply. A rental portal's October 2026 range put 1 RK units at Rs 3,500 to Rs 10,000 a month, many in H Block standalone buildings.
Families should look elsewhere. Reviews dated September 2025 call the sector noisy and crowded, with narrow footpaths, and last-mile autos from the metro are patchy. A news report of a fire at a toy factory in August 2020 is a reminder to check a building's fire clearance before signing, especially where a factory floor has been converted to offices.
Pros
- Established suppliers in electricals, compressors and coatings
- Coworking and office buildings for small teams
- Highway and expressway access for freight
- Low-cost rooms for staff in H Block
Cons
- Heavy peak-hour congestion on NH-9
- Patchy last-mile transport from the metro
- Crowded lanes and narrow footpaths
Bottom line: A busy working sector that rewards small manufacturers and young firms, and tests anyone hoping for a quiet home.
