TDI Infratech Ludhiana - Pre launch Residential Project in Punjab

The collaboration between TDI Infratech and DC Group marks a major development in Ludhiana’s real estate landscape, with a planned investment of ₹750 crore. The upcoming integrated township will be developed across nearly 150 acres and is expected to offer over 6 million sq. ft. of developable area. This large-scale project will include a mix of residential options such as apartments, plotted developments, and low-rise floors, catering to a wide range of homebuyers. Designed as a self-sustained township, it will also feature modern infrastructure, green spaces, and lifestyle amenities, aligning with the growing demand for organized living in Tier-2 cities.

This marks TDI Infratech’s fourth township project in Punjab, following its developments in Chandigarh, Mohali, and Rajpura. The move highlights the company’s strategy of expanding into high-potential markets beyond metro cities. Ludhiana, known for its strong industrial base and growing infrastructure, has emerged as a high-potential real estate destination.
