AREHALLI

The village of Arehalli is located in the Belur Taluk of Hassan District in Karnataka, India. The village is approximately 235 km away from the urban city of Bangalore. This isn’t a big problem for the people of the village as road transport connects the village to the city of Hassan. The nearest railway station is the Sakleshpur Railway Station at 14 km and the Mangalore International Airport is the nearest airport. The main crop produced in this village is coffee. Around 40% of total coffee produced in Karnataka comes from here. The Former Chief Justice of British India owned a coffee plantation in this village.
