Hobli, Bangalore

Hobli, magani or nad means a group or a cluster of adjacent villages which are admistered by the state of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh in exchange of tax, revenue and land tenure purposes. These spaces are developed by the government is exchange of the money earned from the residents of the area. In Bangalore, the two famous Hoblis are the Varthur Hobli and Begur Hobli. Both these places are located on the outer ring road of the city and is connected to the main city via public and private ways of conveyance. These areas are still the developing parts of the city and a lot of residents commute to the main city for work.
