The project is located opposite the Bombay Presidency Golf Course, a rare and highly sought-after setting that offers open green views in an otherwise dense urban environment.

The development is planned on a land parcel of approximately 2.7 acres, and is expected to comprise high-end residential apartments designed to cater to affluent homebuyers seeking exclusivity, connectivity, and lifestyle amenities. Crest Golfshire is positioned as a golf-course-facing luxury project, which enhances its premium appeal and differentiates it from other residential developments in Chembur.
