The intense bidding, involving names like Aurobindo Realty, Prestige Estates, and Ashoka Builders, highlighted the fervent investor interest in the area. In just under 3.5 hours, land prices surged, as KPHB continues to prove its resilience as a real estate hotspot. Importantly, the auction’s proceeds are set to aid public welfare: funds will be channelled into affordable housing and the Indiramma scheme, underscoring a socially-conscious facet of urban development.

Located near Hi-Tech City, KPHB boasts excellent access via arterial roads, with plans to expand adjacent roadways from 60 to 120 feet—clearly aimed at easing traffic and enhancing the locale's appeal. Godrej projects a whopping ₹3,800 crore revenue opportunity from developing this project into premium housing.

The acquisition has sparked positive reactions on the markets—Godrej Properties' stock gained nearly 3.9%, reflecting investor confidence in its Hyderabad expansion.
