What Pin Code Do Schools in Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West Print

Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West uses pin code 201306. Delhi Public School Knowledge Park-V and Seth Anandram Jaipuria School at Plot 2A-2B both print it, and I.A. Surajpur S.O delivers it. The code is shared with 7 neighbouring sectors, no post office sits inside the park, and no competing number appears on any record.

Item Detail
Pin code 201306
Printed by Delhi Public School Knowledge Park-V; Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Plot 2A-2B
Delivery office I.A. Surajpur S.O (Sub Office)
Office inside the park None
Counter offices I.A. Surajpur S.O; CRPF Greater Noida S.O (counters only)
Branch offices Bisrakh B.O, Kulesra B.O
Shared with 7 sectors, nearest Sector 1, Sector 2, Sector 3, Sector 4, Sector 10
Confidence High

Admission letters, board registration slips and exam hall tickets all travel on the pincode a school prints, and in Knowledge Park 5 that number is settled. The CBSE record for Delhi Public School Knowledge Park-V and the published address of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School at Plot 2A-2B both read 201306. Two establishment addresses inside the park make this a high-confidence code, and no record was found pointing anywhere else.

The park has no post office of its own. I.A. Surajpur S.O, a sub office, delivers, and Bisrakh B.O and Kulesra B.O operate as branch offices under the same code.

Writing an institutional address

School or college name, Plot 2A-2B, Knowledge Park V, Greater Noida West, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201306. A parent posting a document to the school, or a board posting certificates back, needs the plot number as much as the code, because 7 other sectors share 201306 and the courier cannot separate them by digits alone.

For Speed Post, Registered Post or an Aadhaar update, the counters are at I.A. Surajpur S.O and CRPF Greater Noida S.O; the CRPF office takes counter business but does not deliver.

The beat answers to Noida Head Post Office (201301), the Gautam Buddha Nagar division, the Lucknow HQ region and the Uttar Pradesh circle. The code reads as northern zone 2, Uttar Pradesh 20, Ghaziabad sorting district 201, which also serves Gautam Buddha Nagar, and 306 for the Surajpur delivery office.

Which Corner of Greater Noida West Holds Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West

Knowledge Park 5 is an institutional zone of Greater Noida West under GNIDA, in Gautam Buddha Nagar district. It sits in the Greater Noida West belt near Tusyana village and Ecotech III, among the places reached by the road that comes from Noida Sector 121 across the Hindon. Sector 12 lies about 2.54 km away.

The Knowledge Parks are numbered I to V, but they are not in one place. Knowledge Park V, also written Knowledge Park 5, sits in Greater Noida West, apart from the older parks. Several listings blur them and attach Knowledge Park II and III institutions, such as Sharda University, to KP5. Those are not here.

What is here is an institutional allotment, part of a GNIDA institutional and IT-ITES zone that totals about 1,140 hectares across all five parks.

Item Detail
Authority and district GNIDA, Gautam Buddha Nagar
Belt Greater Noida West belt (Noida Extension), institutional pocket
Villages nearby Tusyana 0.86 km, Saini 2.53 km, Sunpura 2.60 km
Zones and sectors nearby Ecotech III 1.48 km, Sector 12 2.54 km, Sector 1 and Techzone 4
Roads named Surajpur Kasna Road, Greater Noida West Link Road (0.5 to 2 km), Dadri Main Road, Bisrakh Road, NH-24 (3 km from one project)
Landmarks inside None known
Boundary picture Approximate; listings only

An encyclopedia entry lists Knowledge Park 5 among the places reached by the road from Noida Sector 121 after it crosses the Hindon, in the same breath as Sectors 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 12, 16B and 16C and the Techzone.

That road is the belt's main entry. Sector 12 and the villages of Saini and Sunpura appear in the park's neighbor lists, which ties KP5 to the same south-eastern cluster.

Roads that frame the park

Projects here have "easy access to major connecting roads such as Surajpur Kasna Road" and lie "along the renowned Greater Noida West Link Road and Dadri Main Road." Bisrakh Road is named too, and NH-24 is 3 km from one project.

The pairing of Surajpur Kasna Road with Dadri Main Road suggests KP5 sits on the Greater Noida-facing side of the belt rather than the Noida-facing side.

Tusyana village at 0.86 km and Ecotech III at 1.48 km are the closest listed neighbors. None of these is a stated boundary, and no direction is available.

Boundary records for Knowledge Park V are thin, and some listings confuse it with the older parks. The GNIDA site plan for Knowledge Park V is the final word.

Is Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West an Education Hub or an IT Zone

Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West is a planned GNIDA institutional zone, not an urban village, and its confirmed use so far is IT and ITeS land. The authority was still allotting IT plots here in 2024, and no university or college has been shown to stand inside it.

Knowledge Park 5 inherits a reputation that belongs to its older siblings. Sources often attach the universities of Knowledge Park II and III, Sharda University among them, to this zone, but none of those campuses is in Knowledge Park 5.

This guide classes the zone as institutional under GNIDA, in line with the Knowledge Park family, which together covers about 1,140 hectares across five parks. The concrete evidence inside KP5, though, points to IT and office use rather than teaching campuses.

Type Example Status
IT/ITeS plot 8,080 sq m plot Offered in GNIDA's July 2024 scheme
Institutional campus None named Zone class only
SEZ Wipro SEZ Park number not given

A Wipro SEZ is listed in "Knowledge Park" without a number, so it cannot be placed here either.

The zone is developing. Plots still on offer in 2024 and a developer's overview naming the area as emerging both point to land that is only partly built, and no block or pocket layout has been published.

Its use may still be refined. GNIDA's Master Plan 2041, approved at the authority's 131st board meeting in August 2023, more than doubles the planned area of Greater Noida, from 31,733 to 71,733 hectares, and sector plans are being redrawn under it.

No village abadi is recorded inside Knowledge Park 5.

The IT plot is documented by the authority's own scheme as reported in the property press. Everything else about the zone's makeup is unconfirmed, and GNIDA's sector plan is the final word on whether institutional campuses will follow.

For Students and Staff, How Secure Is Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West

Knowledge Park 5 is a developing institutional and IT sector where many plots are still vacant or being built. No police or news reports tied to the sector were found, so campus gates offer the clearest protection, while the roads between plots remain the open question after classes end.

Knowledge Park 5 was planned for colleges, institutes and offices rather than homes, and the Greater Noida Authority was still offering IT and ITES plots of about 8,080 square meters here in July 2024. That timing tells a visitor what to expect: occupied campuses with their own fences and guards, separated by plots that are vacant or under construction.

For students, the day is mostly spent behind those fences. The exposure comes at the edges of the day, when a student leaves an evening class or a staff member finishes late and walks to a bus stop on Surajpur Kasna Road or the Greater Noida West Link Road. In a sector with gaps between buildings, footfall drops quickly once classes end.

Villages such as Tusyana, Saini and Sunpura sit around the sector, and their markets may keep some approach roads active later than the campus pockets.

No published report names the station that covers Knowledge Park 5. It is a separate sector from the Knowledge Park area of Greater Noida that gives its name to a police station, so the covering station should be confirmed directly rather than assumed from the name. Bisrakh and Ecotech 3 are the stations the district list places in Greater Noida West.

No dated incidents, flooding or lighting complaints tied to the sector were found in police releases or news coverage.

Ask the institution whether it runs a late shuttle to a main road, and whether its gate guards stay on duty until the last evening class ends. Then walk that route once after dark.

The read is thin, resting on the sector's stage of development rather than on reports.

  • Built form: institutional and IT plots, many vacant or under construction
  • Recent activity: authority IT plots offered in July 2024
  • Police station: not confirmed by any published report; do not assume the Knowledge Park station
  • Incidents, flooding, lighting: none reported for the sector
  • Weak point: empty stretches between campuses after classes end

Which Rail Link Is Planned for Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West

Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West lies about 8.1 km from Noida Sector 143, the nearest station, which runs on the NMRC Aqua Line in a straight line from an approximate map point. NSEZ and Noida Sector 144 are almost as close. Knowledge Park 5 itself has no metro, only plans.

Knowledge Park 5 was once the end of the line. The 17.4 km Aqua Line extension from Noida Sector 51 approved in November 2024 was to terminate here. The 2026 revision ended it at Greater Noida West Sector 4 at Gaur Chowk instead; the Public Investment Board cleared that 8.4 km version on July 22, 2026, and Union Cabinet approval was awaited as of Sept. 24, 2026.

The area now depends on NCRTC's Ghaziabad to Jewar Namo Bharat corridor, which lists a Knowledge Park V station and a Knowledge Park 5 metro stop. Its detailed project report was revised in August 2024, and NCRTC lists the project in advanced stages of approval; no construction had started as of August 2026.

A news report spelled out the catch. Under the truncated plan, a commuter would ride Namo Bharat from Knowledge Park 5, change at Gaur Chowk, then change again at Sector 51, and the interchanges may involve 600- to 700-meter walks.

For today, the Aqua Line stations along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway are the nearest. Noida Sector 143, NSEZ and Noida Sector 144 measure about 8.1 to 8.2 km straight-line, Noida Sector 101 about 8.9 km and Delta 1 about 9.3 km. The coordinate behind these figures is approximate, and Noida Sector 81 and Noida Sector 83 were not measured and may be just as close.

Station Line Distance Notes
Noida Sector 143 Aqua Line (NMRC) About 8.1 km straight-line From an approximate map point
NSEZ Aqua Line (NMRC) About 8.2 km straight-line Noida Special Economic Zone stop
Noida Sector 144 Aqua Line (NMRC) About 8.2 km straight-line Same expressway leg
Knowledge Park V Ghaziabad-Jewar Namo Bharat (planned) Named for the area Not approved; no construction

From Greater Noida West, shared autos to Noida Sector 52 cost about Rs 40 one way and private autos Rs 150 to 200, the same news report found.

Should You Approach Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West From Noida or Greater Noida

Both directions work, because Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West sits between the Greater Noida West Link Road, 0.5 to 2 km from its projects, and the Surajpur Kasna Road toward Greater Noida. Dadri railway station is the closest rail stop, about 6.7 km in a straight line.

From the Noida side, listings route traffic along the link road and Dadri Main Road, which several projects front. Bisrakh Road is named as a local connector, and one listing gives about 3 km to NH-9 for a single project.

From the Greater Noida side, the Surajpur Kasna Road is the main link. The Ecotech-3 road, which serves neighboring Ecotech III and runs about 2 km to the New Holland roundabout, was snarled because of its width and pitted surface, a September 2026 report said. Widening it from four lanes to six, at Rs 7.37 crore, is expected to ease traffic for Greater Noida West commuters.

Noida-side approach : Greater Noida West Link Road and Dadri Main Road

Greater Noida-side approach : Surajpur Kasna Road; Ecotech-3 road widening announced September 2026

Nearest rail : Dadri station, about 6.7 km straight-line; Ghaziabad Junction about 11.4 km

Nearest airport : Hindon Airport, about 21.1 km straight-line

Planned rail : Namo Bharat stop at Knowledge Park 5, not under construction

Measured from the middle of listings labeled Knowledge Park V, Boraki station is about 10.4 km away and Ghaziabad Junction about 11.4 km. Anand Vihar Terminal is about 18.7 km and Hazrat Nizamuddin about 21.6 km in a straight line.

Hindon Airport is the nearest airfield, about 21.1 km as the crow flies, followed by IGI Terminal 1 at about 34.1 km and Noida International Airport at about 44.8 km. A March 2026 news report put Noida Extension about 60 km from the Jewar airport by road and about 1 hour 15 minutes away.

Knowledge Park 5 also appears as a planned stop on the Ghaziabad-Jewar Namo Bharat line, according to an April 2026 news report, which would make it a transfer point for Greater Noida West. That corridor had not entered construction as of August 2026.

Road names are consistent across listings, and the straight-line figures rest on several listing locations rather than one.

What Fills Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West

Plotted housing and data infrastructure, not colleges, fill Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West. Yotta's D1 data center and a 2010 IT SEZ anchor the technology side, while private plotted schemes such as Supertech 199 Plots, Galactic City and Gennex City account for most of the land on offer.

No college or university with a Knowledge Park V address has been found, despite the institutional name. The technology occupant that is confirmed is the Yotta D1 data center of Yotta Data Services, part of the Hiranandani group, at Plot No. 7, Tusiana Village. A larger Yotta data-center park described in earlier coverage does not name the sector, so its size is not attached here.

The Knowledge Park-V SEZ was notified on Dec. 31, 2010, for electronic hardware and software including IT and ITES; its developer is not named. GNIDA was still allotting land here in July 2024, offering an 8,080-square-meter IT and ITES plot in that month's scheme. That plot is allotted land on offer, not an operating campus.

On the residential side, Supertech 199 Plots is listed as a ready plotted scheme. Galactic City mixes approved plots with retail shops, a food court and offices. JainX Cyber City, Gennex City, Imperia Premeria, VHR Winsten Park and Antriksh Valley carry plot listings of about 85 to 375 square meters. A listing site also names Ajnara Khel Gaon, Ajnara City and Elegant Cyber City on its plots page without confirming they lie inside the sector.

Fact Detail
Colleges or universities None found with a sector address
Data center Yotta D1, Plot No. 7, Tusiana Village
SEZ Knowledge Park-V SEZ, notified Dec. 31, 2010

The technology anchors are confirmed by address; the plotted schemes are confirmed only by listings.

What Healthcare Is Available in Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West

Saini Hospital, about 3.1 km away, is the closest hospital with a listed distance to Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West, and the larger Yatharth hospital in Sector 1 is 3.5 km straight-line. Delhi Public School, Knowledge Park V, a CBSE school, gives its address in the sector; DPS World School is listed about 1.1 km off.

No hospital or clinic is addressed inside Knowledge Park 5, so its campus belt relies on Greater Noida West and Greater Noida hospitals.

A listing site puts Saini Hospital about 3.1 km away. It also names Numed Super Speciality Hospital, New Balaji Hospital, AMC Hospital and Rida Hospital for the area, without distances, bed counts or emergency status.

By straight-line measure, the closest large hospital is Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, Noida Extension, at 3.5 km, with 450 beds, 125 critical care beds and a 24-hour emergency unit. Felix Hospital Greater Noida is 7.8 km and Felix Hospital Noida in Sector 137, an NABH hospital with round-the-clock emergency care, is 8.3 km. Sharda Hospital in Knowledge Park III is 8.9 km. No government hospital or health center near the sector has been published.

Delhi Public School, Knowledge Park V, a CBSE school, lists its address in the sector. A listing site also names DPS World School about 1.1 km away; whether the two are the same campus is not stated. Gautam Budh Balak Inter College is about 1.8 km off and NM Public School about 2.9 km. Three more schools appear without distances. Ryan International School, Noida Extension, a CBSE school, is 5.4 km straight-line.

  1. Delhi Public School, Knowledge Park V (CBSE): inside the sector
  2. DPS World School: about 1.1 km
  3. Gautam Budh Balak Inter College: about 1.8 km
  4. NM Public School: about 2.9 km
  5. Saini Hospital: about 3.1 km

  7. Felix Hospital Greater Noida (private): 7.8 km straight-line
  8. Felix Hospital Noida (private, NABH): 8.3 km straight-line
  9. Sharda Hospital (private teaching): 8.9 km straight-line

Schools are reasonably documented; hospitals below the large private chains lack any detail.

Is There a Student Market in Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West

None has been published for Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West, and no campus shopping is documented. A former Syndicate Bank branch, now Canara Bank, is about 3.0 km away. The Gaur City 1, 4th Avenue shops are the nearest larger cluster, 8.1 km in a straight line.

Knowledge Park 5 is zoned for institutions, yet published sources describe no student market, campus store or canteen row in it. The Greater Noida Authority was still allotting IT and ITES plots here in July 2024, and a developer blog lists the zone among emerging areas. A property listing site links a Wipro Technologies landmark to it.

The closest sourced bank is a former Syndicate Bank branch, now Canara Bank, about 3.0 km away. The same listing site names Icon Leisure Valley, Nitiksha Mart, Ajnara Plazio and Supertech Mart as nearby shopping, without distances.

Measured as the crow flies from listings around Chauganpur, Gennex City and Imperia H2o Residency, the Gaur City 1, 4th Avenue shops are 8.1 km away. Jagat Farm market in Gamma I, a busy market known for fast-food franchises, electronics stores and street food and popular with students, is 8.6 km away. Gaur City Arcade is 8.8 km away, the Gaur City 2, 14th Avenue market 8.9 km and Spectrum Metro 9.2 km.

No weekly bazaar, pharmacy, ATM or fuel station has been published.

  • Student or campus market: None published
  • Bank: Syndicate Bank (now Canara Bank), about 3.0 km
  • Nearest township shops: Gaur City 1, 4th Avenue, 8.1 km straight-line
  • Student-oriented market: Jagat Farm market, 8.6 km straight-line
  • Mall: Spectrum Metro, 9.2 km straight-line

The picture rests on one bank distance and straight-line figures.

What Are PG Rents Near Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West

No PG, hostel or flat rent is published for Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West as of mid-October 2026. The property portal pages that would carry rent and PG listings for the sector failed to load that month, and no other source ties a figure to it.

The sector is still taking shape. GNIDA was allotting IT and ITES plots here as recently as July 2024, and a developer's market note groups the Techzone IV and V belt among emerging sectors rather than settled ones. That leaves little built stock to rent and no institutional campus whose PG market could be described with figures.

No office or commercial lease rate is published either. Figures from neighboring Knowledge Park sectors or from Techzone 4 are not carried over here, because they describe different stock.

For the wider market only, ANAROCK put the average quoted rent for a 1,000 sq ft 2 BHK across Greater Noida West at Rs 18,000 to Rs 25,000 a month in Q2 2025. That figure does not describe this sector.

PG or hostel rent: Not published Flat rent: Not published Office lease: Not published Wider Greater Noida West 2 BHK (ANAROCK, Q2 2025): Rs 18,000 to Rs 25,000 a month

How firm the figures are: no sector-level source as of mid-October 2026; the single figure above is a market-wide one from Q2 2025.

What Is Property Listed At in Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West

Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West is an institutional zone, yet a property portal's 2026 page, seen Oct. 15, 2026, tracks residential listings there at an average of Rs 4,505 per sq ft across 84 properties. Asks on that page span Rs 3,031 to Rs 16,614 per sq ft.

Only one portal covers the sector, and it names three projects. Aadhar Dew Drops Villas is quoted at Rs 1.33 crore to Rs 1.67 crore per villa, Saraswati Executive Home at Rs 42.7 lakh to Rs 82.26 lakh per apartment and Ajnara City villas at Rs 24.03 lakh to Rs 32.09 lakh. Projects the page tags only in general terms were left out.

The trend reading conflicts within the page. Its header shows a 7.76 percent fall year on year, while an FAQ on the same page reports a 3.74 percent rise. The FAQ also gives a sample of 165 properties against the header's 84.

  • All residential, header average: Rs 4,505 per sq ft, 84 properties, seen Oct. 15, 2026
  • Villas, Aadhar Dew Drops Villas: Rs 1.33 crore to Rs 1.67 crore per unit, 2026 page
  • Apartments, Saraswati Executive Home: Rs 42.7 lakh to Rs 82.26 lakh per unit, 2026 page
  • Villas, Ajnara City: Rs 24.03 lakh to Rs 32.09 lakh per unit, 2026 page
  • Institutional or IT plots: No reserve price published

GNIDA was still allotting IT and ITES plots in Knowledge Park 5 in its July 2024 scheme, but no reserve price for the 8,080 sq m plot offered there was found.

Across all its sectors, GNIDA's institutional plot allotment rate on the 2024-25 base ran from Rs 14,294 to Rs 27,246 per sq m, in a report updated March 16, 2025. That range is an Authority figure for the city as a whole, not a price for any plot here.

No district circle rate row was matched to Knowledge Park 5, so there is no official minimum value to cite for the sector.

How firm the figures are: one portal, a 2026 page that contradicts itself on direction, and no official sector-level rate.

Should You Build a Home or an IT Office in Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West

Plot buyers ready to build, and IT or data-center firms seeking authority land, are the two groups Knowledge Park 5 Greater Noida West serves. Despite the institutional name, the sector is mostly private plotted schemes with the Yotta D1 data center. Renters will find almost no visible stock.

Households that want to build their own house are the main residential fit. Plotted schemes including Supertech 199 Plots, Galactic City, JainX Cyber City, Gennex City and Antriksh Valley list plots from small to mid size, and a property portal put the average residential asking rate near Rs 4,505 per sq ft in October 2026, though across a very wide range.

IT and data firms are the second profile. Yotta runs its D1 data center in Tusiana village inside the sector, the Knowledge Park V SEZ was notified in December 2010 for IT and electronics work, and the Greater Noida authority was still allotting an IT plot here in July 2024.

Renters should look elsewhere for now. No flat, PG or office rent tied to the sector could be found, so there is no way to judge rent levels or availability.

Daily commuters face a long chain. The nearest Aqua Line stop at Noida Sector 101 is about 8.9 km away by a listing site's count. Under the shortened metro plan, a trip toward Noida could mean taking the RRTS from here, switching to the metro at Gaur Chowk and again at Sector 51, none of which is built.

Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital is about 3.5 km straight-line, and the Ecotech-3 road widening was slowing traffic in September 2026.

Questions to settle first

  • Is your plot in a scheme with clear title and approved layout?
  • Can you live elsewhere while the house is built?
  • Does your firm qualify for authority IT land, and is a plot still open?
  • Will your commute work without any metro for years?

Bottom line: a place to build, not to rent; commuters should wait for transit to exist.

Frequently Asked Questions

Did GNIDA auction commercial plots in Knowledge Park 5 in 2025?

GNIDA did, in August and September 2025. It e-auctioned 22 commercial plots in Knowledge Park 5 and Techzone 7 for IT and BPO-linked use, ranging from 500 to 1,389 sq m, with a combined reserve price of about Rs 55 crore. Registration ran from Aug. 25 to Sept. 23, 2025. Check GNIDA's scheme page for the results and any fresh rounds.

Were data center plots offered in Knowledge Park 5?

Yes, in June 2023. GNIDA's data center land scheme offered two plots in Knowledge Park 5 and 11 in Techzone, sized from 4,047 sq m to 1.07 lakh sq m, by e-auction, with registration closing July 4, 2023. That scheme has closed, so ask GNIDA's IT and institutional department about any current offer.

Is there an official air-quality station inside Knowledge Park 5?

There is one. The CPCB network station Knowledge Park V, Greater Noida, is named for the sector and serves as the reference monitor for the Greater Noida West side. Its live feed showed "Not Available" when checked on Oct. 15, 2026. Live readings, when the feed is running, appear on the CPCB AQI portal.

Will the Knowledge Park V metro terminal still be built?

Not under the corridor approved on July 22, 2026, which ends at Greater Noida West Sector 4 (Gaur Chowk) after 8.4 km from Noida Sector 61. Knowledge Park V was the terminal of the 17.435 km, 11-station plan the state approved in November 2024. The sources do not say whether the stretch beyond Sector 4 is dropped or deferred.

On what terms does GNIDA lease commercial plots like those in Knowledge Park 5?

GNIDA allots commercial units on a 90-year lease from execution of the lease deed and remains the owner of the land. Annual lease rent is 2.5 percent of the premium for the first 10 years and rises 50 percent every 10 years, with a one-time option of 37.5 percent of the premium for commercial plots. These terms come from 2024 GNIDA scheme brochures, so check the current brochure.
