Greenland is a completely fraud company. I had purchased a plot at Bharje from them. I paid full amount for land and bungalow trusting them. But as Ram sir promised he did not complete my bungalow construction work even after 7 years. Don't ever buy any plot from Greenland farms and waste your hard earned money to these cheaters

Hi client I have invested in greenland farm for plot but later cancelled . I have given application for greenland kharghar office to return money . In 2 years mr chaitanya deshpande didnt return any money . I hv file application to crime branch , later he return 1.5 lakh but total amount 6.5 lakh investment . Now he is playing saying that within some days he will give he is lying with us . I have bought the plot in Greenland farms Pali and paid for the plot and bungalow construction. Ram sir promised me that he will do the construction but it is past 7 years still my construction work is not done. He gives false promises. He has kept his contractor Sai who is a big liar. Sai only gives excuses for not doing the work. Ram sir doesn't allow us to keep different contractor. His contractor Sai is a cheater. He has taken money from us and has still not done the construction work. I want to report this. It is my suggestion don't buy any plot in Greenland farms Pali. These people are frauds. Don't waste your hard earned money on these cheaters
