The Southern Peripheral Road is constructed to deal with the heavy traffic of the two NCR cities Gurgaon and Faridabad. The completion of the SPR will help the people to connect with these two cities without facing heavy traffic. The SPR is a 16 kilometre road that originates in the Gurgaon Faridabad Road near Ghata and then connects with the NH 8 near Kherki Dhaula. This road will also help the connectivity between the Golf Course Road, Faridabad Road, Sohna Road and the NH8. The construction of this road has led to subsequent development of the real estate in this region.
