SHAMSHABAD

Shamshabad is a village which is located in the Ranga Reddy district of the state of Telengana. This was formerly known as Sedanti Village and was changed into Shamshabad during the Mughal rule. The nearest station to Shamshabad is the Umdanagar and it is a part of the South Central Railway division of the Indian Railways. The Rajiv Gandhi International airport at Hyderabad is located at Shamshabad and it is also well connected from the other prime localities like the Hitech City. The Outer Ring road connects these two places and there are a number of projects coming up in this area like the textile park, hardware park, nano tech park, fab city etc.
