Manglam Riverdale Aerovista Project’s Reviews & Ratings

I am a resident of this society, and I would strongly advise prospective buyers to speak with existing residents before purchasing property here. The water supplied by the builder, Mr. Sanjeev Jindal, is of very poor quality. It is often muddy, and the TDS level regularly exceeds 450 ppm. Despite repeated complaints from residents, the builder has largely ignored this issue. As a result, many residents have stopped paying maintenance charges in protest. Security within the society is also a major concern. There is no proper access control, and anyone can enter the premises without verification. Residents, especially children and senior citizens, do not feel safe. Stray dogs frequently roam the society and have reportedly bitten several children, yet no effective action has been taken by the builder to address the problem. In addition, the internal roads are in poor condition, and the overall maintenance and services provided by the builder are unsatisfactory. Residents have raised these concerns multiple times, but there has been little to no improvement. Before making a purchase decision, I strongly recommend that prospective buyers interact with current residents to understand the actual living conditions and ongoing issues within the society.
