An Overview
Mumbai's northern region contains Dahisar. The neighbourhood is mostly a residential area. Dahisar is split into Dahisar East and Dahisar West by the Mumbai Suburban Railway line. The neighbourhood is located along the Malad–Dahisar corridor. Sanjay Gandhi National Park, which lies in the east, also limits development in this area.
