The development and upkeep of Kamothe, a Navi Mumbai node, is handled by CIDCO. On the Sion Panvel Highway is Kamothe. After Panvel and Kalamboli, it is the third node leading to Mumbai. It has several places to relax, like the KK Cinema. It also has a Happy Town family entertainment area where both children and adults may have fun without travelling to distant malls. Mansarovar and Khandeshwar, two train stops in Kamothe, are located on the Mumbai Suburban Railways' Harbour Line. The main mode of personal local transportation is the auto rickshaw.
