PALAVA

In Maharashtra state, close to Dombivli, sits Palava, an integrated smart city. It is situated on a 4,500-acre plot of land between Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Kalyan and was created by real estate developer Lodha. The City of Opportunity is another name for Palava City. According to a confidential research report from Jones Lang LaSalle India, it was ranked as India's top smart city. The Lodha Group was given the go-ahead to launch an initial public offering (IPO) of around 5,500 crores on the capital markets.
