In listings seen in mid-October 2026, Rajat Vihar 2 BHK units asked Rs 25,000, Rs 27,000 plus Rs 300, and Rs 36,000 plus Rs 750. A fully furnished 3 BHK in Bhagirathi Apartment asked Rs 15,000 plus Rs 3,000 maintenance, while the property portal showed a 2 BHK there at Rs 25,000.
