Oyster Living in Dahisar East is a froud project. Don't invest in this project. We had very bad experience with them, Booked in 2015 but till now February 2026 didn't get any response from them

This is a Scam. Invested in 2016, Still following up for refund. The team keeps on saying they will pay money, pay money. Nothing has been happening. Please don't not invest your hard earned money in this Project

Do not invest. Builder has launched project in 2015 and was supposed to give possession on 2020. Builder is a big time liar. Many people have invested in the project and many of them have cancelled their investment. Even after 3-4 years builder have not returned their money. Builder is total fraud. Builder has started 4 projects and all of which are stuck as on date. Builder will also hide many terms and condition from you. Builder wont tell you about refund and interest policy. He will only say will pay you interest and will refund your money, but wont tell you when. once you invest, he will give you allotment letter in which he will say that in case if you cancel he wont pay you interest and also he will deduct 10%
