An Overview
Daund is a city in the district of Pune which derives its name from the famous rishi “Dhaumya” who used to live here. Located on the banks of river Bhima it is primarily a farming land consisting of crops like wheat, sugarcane, orange and sweet lime. It is now gaining popularity as the pharmaceutical hub and is seeing rapid infrastructure developments.
