ZuInfraworld, Gangothri Developers to develop housing project in Hyderabad at ₹1,500 crore
Zuari Infraworld India Ltd, the real estate arm of Zuari Industries, has joined hands with Hyderabad-based Gangothri Developers to launch a large-scale premium residential project in the Kollur micro-market of Hyderabad. The project, titled Zuari Gangothri Tribhuja, involves an estimated investment of over ₹1,500 crore, making it one of the most significant residential developments in the city in recent times. Spread across 9.4 acres, the township will consist of nine high-rise towers housing around 1,730 modern apartments, designed to cater to the growing urban population of Hyderabad.
According to company officials, the project will have a total built-up area of approximately 5.3 million sq ft, out of which 3.8 million sq ft will be available for sale. Kollur, the chosen site for the development, has emerged as one of Hyderabad’s fastest-growing real estate corridors, supported by excellent connectivity to the Outer Ring Road, financial district, and IT hubs. This location advantage makes the project strategically significant for both homebuyers and investors.
Zuari Infraworld has previously delivered over 3 million sq ft of residential and commercial space, with more than 1,500 families residing in its completed projects. The entry into Hyderabad, through the collaboration with Gangothri Developers, is seen as a well-timed move to capture the rising demand for quality housing in the city. The Zuari Gangothri Tribhuja project, with its scale, premium positioning, and modern amenities, is expected to not only boost the city’s housing stock but also strengthen Zuari Infraworld’s presence in southern India’s competitive real estate market.
Why Zuari Infraworld Kollur Project Is Worth Watching
Kollur relies heavily on the adjacent communities for its infrastructure needs because it is a developing area. Samashti International School, Birla Open Minds International School, Indus International School Hyderabad, ICFAI Business School, Continental Hospitals, and more noteworthy institutions can be found in and near Kollur. While there aren't many grocery and daily-needs stores in Kollur, there aren't any malls or large retailers nearby either.
