Brigade Group Signs JDA for INR 300 Cr Luxury Residential Project in Mysuru

Brigade Group has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a luxury residential project on Bogadi Road, Mysuru, near the proposed Outer Ring Road. With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of INR 300 crore, this project will cover five acres and 12 guntas, offering 0.45 million sq. ft. of premium residential space.
Premium Residences with Senior Living Spaces
The new development will feature 75% luxury 2 & 3 BHK apartments, designed with high-end amenities, and 25% senior living spaces catering to the evolving needs of modern homebuyers. The project will also include a state-of-the-art clubhouse, landscaped gardens, and recreational areas, making it a standout residential community. Located just 4.5 km from Brigade Palmgrove, the project is set to redefine Mysuru’s luxury real estate landscape.

Brigade Group’s Managing Director, Pavitra Shankar, emphasized that this land deal marks a significant milestone in the company’s strategic expansion in Mysuru. Brigade’s Recent Expansion Moves
The Mysuru project is part of Brigade Group’s aggressive expansion strategy across South India. Earlier this week, the company acquired 4.4 acres in Whitefield, East Bengaluru, to develop a INR 950 crore premium residential project with 0.6 million sq. ft. of development potential.
In addition, Brigade Group is making significant investments in the commercial sector. In January, the company signed an MoU with Technopark to develop a 1.5 million sq. ft. World Trade Centre (WTC) and business hotel in Thiruvananthapuram, a project that is expected to attract IT MNCs and create over 10,000 jobs. Furthermore, Brigade is investing INR 1,500 crore to expand WTC Kochi, reinforcing its commitment to South India’s urban transformation.
