Brigade to Build Chennai’s Tallest Residential Towers in Perambur with INR 620 Cr Investment

Brigade Enterprises is all set to transform Chennai’s skyline with its tallest residential towers in Perambur, marking a significant milestone for the city’s real estate sector. The centerpiece of this development will be a 49-floor tower, officially the tallest residential building in Chennai, surpassing Brigade’s own 47-floor Altius in Sholinganallur and the existing 45-floor SPR tower in Perambur.

Massive Scale: Five Tower Project Across 15.82 Acres

The grand project will span 15.82 acres and feature five residential towers, ranging from 38 to 49 floors. A dedicated four-level parking facility (G+3) will accommodate approximately 2,470 vehicles, highlighting the project's thoughtful infrastructure planning. The total investment stands at INR 620 crore, with land cost at INR 178 crore, construction cost at INR 405 crore, and utilities budgeted at INR 37 crore. This mega project is being developed in collaboration with PVP Ventures.
