DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024-2025

2. DDA Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme 2024 (First-Come, First-Serve)

Aimed at middle-income groups, this scheme provides flats in various locations with prices starting at ?29 lakh. The flats are situated in Jasola, Loknayakpuram, and Narela.

3. DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 (e-Auction)

This scheme offers high-end flats primarily in the southwestern part of Delhi, specifically in sectors 14, 16B, and 19B of Dwarka. A total of 173 flats are available, with prices starting at ?1.28 crore. Interested applicants can participate through an e-auction process.

4. DDA Special Housing Scheme 2025

Approved recently, this scheme offers 110 flats, including seven HIG, 58 MIG, and 45 LIG units, in sought-after localities like Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, Ashoka Pahari, and Jahangirpuri. Flats in Vasant Kunj will be offered through e-auction, while others will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

5. Special Housing Schemes with 25% Discount

DDA has launched special schemes offering a 25% discount on flats for specific groups, including construction workers, beneficiaries of PM-Vishwakarma and PM-SVAnidhi schemes, auto and cab drivers, women, and ex-servicemen. Approximately 700 EWS flats in Narela (Sector G2) are available under this scheme, valid until March 31, 2025.
