An Overview
The ECR Road is the East Coast Road in Chennai which is a two lane highway in Tamil Nadu. This highway borders the coast of Bay of Bengal and it has further extended to Kanyakumari running for around eight hundred kilometers. Maintained by the Government of Tamil Nadu and Department of Highways and Minor Ports, this road is being partially developed to a four lane highway. The ECR Road is amazing if you want to go on a long drive and there are a number of places of interest like temples, boat house, lagoons, port, and fort and so on.
