ORAGADAM

Located in the outskirts of Chennai, Oragadam is an industrial town area which lies at a distance of fifty six kilometres from the main city. It is also centrally located in between Grand Southern Truck Road and NH4, and it thus one of the fast growing suburb which is slowing evolving as an industrial zone. Oragadam also has the largest automobile hub in the area and is the most developed industrial belt. The manufacturing giants that have their units in Oragadam are Motorola, Samsung, Nokia, Dell to Esser Steel, BPCL, etc. Apart from commercial buildings there are also areas of residential development which was inevitable de to the economic expansion of the region.
