PERUNGUDI

Perungdi is located in the city of Chennai and it is situated at a distance of ten kilometres from the one of the main town centres known as Adyar. Perungudi is bounded by the Old Mahabalipuram on one side and the Perungudi Lake on the other. Perungundi strategically falls on the oLd Mahabalipuram Expressway and is surrounded by IT estates and plants. Due to the development in the IT sector, Perugundi is a bustling residential locality for the software engineers. It also lies close to other eminent localities like Thiruvanmyur, Adyar and Velacherry. Though being developed in the past few years, Perungudi faces a dearth of the basic civic amenities.
