DLF Limited to launch Rs 60,000-crore projects over 5 years, work on Goa villas to begin soon

DLF is expected to launch around 400 bare shell ultra luxury housing units with prices starting at ₹80,000 per sq ft, sources saids,lated for launch over the next five years, as part of its long-term strategy to capitalize on the booming demand for luxury real estate in India. The company aims to diversify its portfolio with a mix of premium and ultra-luxury developments across strategic urban centers such as Gurugram, Mumbai, Goa, and Panchkula. A highlight of this expansion is the upcoming villa project in Goa’s prestigious Reis Magos locality. Envisioned as an ultra-luxury residential enclave, the project spans 38 acres and comprises about 62 bespoke villas, each estimated to cost between ₹40 crore and ₹50 crore.

Construction work for the Goa project is expected to begin soon, with final approvals in the pipeline. This development aligns with DLF’s vision of creating exclusive lifestyle spaces that combine architectural elegance, scenic locations, and world-class amenities. Industry experts see this as a strong signal of revival in India’s high-end housing market, driven by rising affluence and aspirational living standards.

DLF’s total investment also includes several large-scale projects in North India, with a particular focus on expanding in Gurugram, where it already holds a dominant position.
