GHR Infra, Lakshmi Infra, and Urbanblocks Realty have made a significant entry into Hyderabad’s premium real estate landscape by securing a prime land parcel in the Neopolis layout at Kokapet. The acquisition was completed through a competitive auction process, reflecting strong developer interest in one of the city’s most strategically planned urban districts. Neopolis has rapidly emerged as a landmark development zone, attracting leading real estate players due to its modern infrastructure, wide road network, and proximity to Hyderabad’s key IT, financial, and commercial hubs.
The Kokapet–Neopolis corridor has witnessed rising demand over the past few years, driven by improved connectivity to the Outer Ring Road, Financial District, and Gachibowli. The land secured by the consortium is expected to be developed into a premium residential or mixed-use project, in line with Neopolis’ vision of creating a world-class urban environment. Industry experts believe that such large-scale acquisitions highlight the long-term growth potential of Hyderabad’s western corridor.
This transaction also stands out as one of the notable high-value land deals in Telangana, underlining the confidence developers have in the city’s economic stability and real estate fundamentals. Hyderabad continues to attract investments due to its robust IT ecosystem, expanding employment opportunities, and supportive government policies aimed at planned urban development.
Kokapet is an emerging commercial and residential hub in Ranga Reddy District in Telangana, India. This place falls under Kokapet SEZ and is as one of the most expensive commercial and residential locations in Hyderabad. It falls under Gandipet Mandal. It is three km from Gandipet and close to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport; it is practically an extension of the Financial District and close to the IT sector. The formerly proposed elevated bus rapid transit system (EBRTS) project, also known as Metro Neo, from Kukatpally Housing Board (KPHB) to Narsingi, which would have covered the IT corridor such as Kokapet, has been placed on hold by the Telangana government.
