This acquisition also marks Godrej Properties’ third land deal in Nagpur over the past four years, indicating the company’s continued confidence in the city’s long-term growth prospects. With this transaction, the developer has surpassed its FY26 business development goal of ₹20,000 crore well ahead of schedule, reflecting strong momentum in its expansion strategy.
