The land, situated along the riverfront in Panvel, holds immense potential due to its strategic location. Currently designated as an industrial zone, it provides L&T Realty with multiple opportunities: the parcel could be redeveloped into a large-scale residential township catering to the rising housing demand in Navi Mumbai, or it could serve as a precast manufacturing hub to strengthen the company’s infrastructure and construction ecosystem.
