An Overview
Ambegaon Budruk is famous in the Peshwa era and has the Katraj Ghat near to this place. It is either a mountain pass on the national highway that’s connecting the Pune with south or the lake that connects the other part. The rural area is surrounded by residential complexes. Gandhi zoological park is located in this place and a large Jain temple is also in this place. It was built during the late 20th century. It is one of the major pilgrimages in Pune. It was constructed under the direction of a renowned person Daulasagiri. It is near Dalavi nagar and Tanaji nagar.
