What is the eligibility criterion to apply under DDA Housing Scheme 2020?

The applicant must be an Indian citizen and should be above 18 years of age.

If the person has already been allotted a flat/ house which has been constructed by DDA or any other development authority and in even if the area of such property happens to be less than 66.9 square meters, the person stands disqualified to apply under any such scheme.

The applicants can purchase the form from the following list of banks with which DDA has tied up for over the counter sale of application forms.

Yes, an individual can apply only once during a year under the scheme.
Does the applicant have any say in picking the flat of his/her choice?

DDA housing scheme 2020 draw date
So every year a draw date has been announced by DDA and for this scheme, it has been decided that around June/ July 2020. The official and the precise date will be announced later on when things will be done properly.

How to check the results?
You can login on www.dda.org.in or you can verify the results which shall be displayed on DDA Notice Board in Vikas Sadan, D-Block, New Delhi 110023. The results of DDA Housing Scheme 2020 shall also be published in all the leading newspapers the following day.
In the old plan of DDA, people surrendered flats after allotment. The reason for this was stated to be the size of the flat and the lack of public transport facilities at a place like Narela.
