Hiranandani to Launch Redevelopment Projects in Bandra West and Versova: 2 Societies Signed
22 August, 2025 - Hiranandani Group, a real estate powerhouse known for its expansive township projects, is making a notable entry into Mumbai's redevelopment segment. The group has signed agreements with two housing societies one each in Bandra and Versova covering a combined saleable area of approximately 200,000 sq ft.
These redevelopment ventures are expected to launch in the coming weeks once all requisite approvals are obtained, and a third project is reportedly close to finalization. In addition, the group is in discussions with seven other societies across various parts of Mumbai, including both islands and suburbs.
While Hiranandani continues to focus on its core strength large-scale townships this strategic move into redevelopment reflects its agility and ability to capitalize on high-value opportunities in Mumbai’s mature neighborhoods.
