Sumadhura Group to invest ₹2,000 cr in FY26, launching plotted housing in Devanahalli and mid-market projects across Bengaluru
The Bengaluru-based Sumadhura Group is setting the stage for an ambitious expansion with an investment commitment of ₹2,000 crore in FY26. The company’s strategy is rooted in diversifying its portfolio between plotted developments and mid-market housing, catering to both investors and end-users. Devanahalli, a region witnessing rapid transformation thanks to its proximity to Kempegowda International Airport and upcoming infrastructure projects, will host Sumadhura’s plotted housing venture. The offering, priced between ₹75 lakh and ₹2 crore, is expected to attract professionals, NRIs, and aspirational families seeking premium land options in Bengaluru’s growth corridor. Parallelly, the Group is preparing to launch residential towers in Whitefield, Outer Ring Road, and the Manyata Tech Park belt, focusing on apartments up to 5,000 sq. ft. with community-centric amenities. Interestingly, Sumadhura is not limiting its ambitions to Bengaluru—it has begun groundwork for forays into Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, and Goa, targeting mid-to-premium housing, while keeping the option of luxury projects priced up to ₹7–8 crore open. This forward-looking approach reflects the company’s intent to balance affordability with exclusivity, while extending its footprint into India’s most promising urban markets
