Galaxy and Sawasdee Group are planning a Rs 1000 crore investment in South Delhi.

While detailed specifications of the project are yet to be officially unveiled due to ongoing planning, the joint venture has announced an estimated investment of approximately ?1000 crore. This move reinforces South Delhi’s position as a high-value micro-market for luxury housing.
Sawasdee Group and Galaxy Group, known for their successfully delivered projects in Greater Noida West, are also actively developing multiple commercial initiatives in Delhi, particularly in Old Delhi, Rohini, and Paschim Vihar. Additionally, the partnership is constructing a large-scale retail and commercial hub in Sector-63, Noida, further strengthening their footprint across NCR.
Elaborating on this strategic expansion, Pradeep Kumar Agrawalla, Director of both Galaxy Group and Sawasdee Group, stated:
“South Delhi has always symbolized opulence and style, dominated by high-net-worth individuals. Given the positive response to our prior Delhi-based undertakings, our decision to focus on luxury development naturally gravitated towards South Delhi.”
The entry of major developers into redevelopment and luxury housing projects is expected to positively influence both property values and rental demand in the region.
