SINGHAD ROAD

Also known as Tanaji Malusare path, Sinhagad road connects Anandnagar with Swargate, Vadgaon Phata, Dhayri Phata, Manikbagh and Nanded City. Sinhagad road goes straight to the Sinhagad Fort at village Donje and till the Atkarwadi village. It is known as was one of the congested roads of this city due to large populations from the old Peth and Gaothan areas to newly constructed flats and apartments on the way to the fort, which was at a time cheaper than the costs in Pune City. It is a densely populated neighborhood with Ganeshmala, Panmala, Anand Nagar, Vadgaon, Dhayri and Khadakwasla being the specific localities. It also has some large housing colonies along the stretch of the road. It has a Japanese theme park called the Okayama friendship garden or Pu La Deshpande Udyaan which is a major tourist attraction. This road rounds parallel to Mutha river bank.  There is also a Dam called Khadakwasla dam on this road. In addition to that, there are some important educational institutes like IAT, Institute of armament technology and Sinhagad institute. One can find here the Millennium school, Treehouse high school as well as many other academies. There are also temples such as Jagdamba Mandir, Vitthal Rukmini Temple, Datta Mandir and Sainath Mandir in this area. This place is well connected by roads and had good connectivity with other important roads. One can also find some of the good hospitals such as Shaswat Hospital and Sai Hospital as well as SKN hospital in the vicinity of this area. With its proximity to ATMs, shopping complexes, recreational clubs, and other convenience, this location remains undisputed. Sarita Vaibhav by Belvarkar housing, Rohan Kritika Wings by Rohan builders and Developers Pvt Ltd, Guardian City Scapes by guardian developers, Ganga Paritosh by Pushpganga ventures and Calyx Artemis by Calyx constructions are some upcoming real estate projects in this area.
